Out and About: True Stories of the six
It was a smallish club- much smaller than Rarity had imagined when the four of them clip-clopped their way in, heads held high with the exciting promise of fun just beyond their hooftips. During their trip to Manehattan, Applejack had mentioned something about visiting a karaoke bar, and while Fluttershy had immediately fainted at the prospect of singing in front of others, and Rainbow Dash flat out said no, the other four had been more than cheerful enough to try it.
And now Twilight, Rarity and Pinkie sat quietly in a booth, watching Applejack belt out a sound that Rarity was sure she'd describe as yodeling of the highest caliber. Or some sort of sonic based special attack that required multiple button inputs and perhaps a full super bar. Twilight grinned, resting her arm across Rarity's shoulder, and her body flush against the unicorn.
"Yooooou know what? Raredy? You...YOU are one of my very besh friends. Alwaze has been. Alwaze will be. I want, I want you to know, I am a princhess. I'm princhess Twilight Fuggin Sparkle, and I am super drunk." Twilight giggled quietly. Rarity smiled, of course, and nodded her head, doing her best to keep the intoxicated alicorn steady in her seat. Even with the encouragement of four ponies, liquid courage was a must have for most ponies to approach a bar and sing. Except for Pinkie. Pinkie just hopped up onto the stage and started screaming, until she was promptly removed.
"Oh, I know dear, and you are a lovely princess indeed." She smiled warmly. Pinkie quickly nodded her head, leaning in to nuzzle at Rarity's other side.
"You should go up and sing, Rarity! That would be fun! You can sing that song about having sex!" Pinkie squeaked. Rarity blushed a lovely shade of crimson, and slowly shook her head.
"Hahaha. No. I'm afraid not, dear, a lady does not sing...without a strong dose of liquid courage. And Lady Rarity is designated driver, tonight. " Rarity explained.
"Annnnnnnnnnd a fantashtic one at that! Rares, I know we've had are differenceseses in the past, but I jush want you to know, that, I love you. I love you, Rarity. I am SO drunk right now! So drunk." Twilight gushed. Rarity smiled, and squeezed Twilight close.
"I love you too, Twilight." She quipped. Pinkie shook her head, giving Rarity's shoulder a firm nudge, still determined to hear the pretty pony sing.
"Nu uh! Come on, you can do it! I wanna hear you sing! I wanna! Do it Rarity! Do it Rarity! Do it Rarity! Do it Rarity! Do it Rarity!" Pinkie squeaked, bouncing around the table, popping up and around Rarity with each excited squeal of "Do it Rarity!" From under the coaster, off frame, upside down- all the while Rarity smiled quietly and shook her head, with only a very small twitch from her left eye.
"No, no that's quite alright, darling, I'm quite sure that is a terrible idea." Rarity explained, while Applejack bounced back towards the table.
"Booooooooooy Howdy! Didjaya'll see me? I really gave it my all!" Applejack squealed happily, the crowd around them indeed cheering for the earth pony, while Twilight climbed to her wobbly hooves, and Applejack sat down, scrunching herself in and sandwiching Rarity in between her and Pinkie Pie.
"I'm up nest! But before that, I think I need another doseh of...of...that....stuff." Twilight explained. Rarity's eyes widened and she reached out for the alicorn, but Twilight was already off to the bar.
"W, wait, wait! Twilight! Darling, wait, you don't need another! Twilight!?" Rarity squealed as she watched the bar tender hand the princess something that looked horrifyingly similar to a long-island iced tea. Nonononono, Twilight had already had........Rarity last count. She was sure the number was somewhere in the double digits by now, and a mixture of wine, shots, and more shots, with an added Long Island were not going to add up well together.
"Pinkie, darling, move, please. I need to-" Rarity began, but Pinkie firmly wiggled her rump into her seat, crossing her arms with a pout.
"Why won't you sing, Rarity?" She whined. Rarity rolled her eyes, and turned towards Applejack, who was yabbering wildly about her ordeal.
"And I didn't think I was gon do it, but I did it, and it really was somethin! Thank ya'll for such an opportunity! Rares, ya'll oughta go up and try it! And don't you fret none bout...bout Twilight none. She's a princess, dagnabbit, she sings just fine!!" Applejack explained, point a hoof towards the stage, where Twilight was bouncing around, wildly whipping her mane left and right and screeching at the top of her lungs.
"With the lights out, it's less dangerous
Here we are now, entertain us
I feel stupid and contagious
Here we are now, entertain us!"
Rarity sighed and leaned into the booth. Still it looked like everypony in the room was having a good time, and Twilight was having fun, so, over all, things were going rather well, but this was the last song- Things were going to go downhill, quickly, if the four of them didn't get back to their hotel soon.
"Raredy! RAREDY did you shee me? I'm TWILIGHT FUCKING SPARKLE! I LOVE YOU! I LOVE YOU SO DRUNK! PINKIE! WE SHOOD DO A DUET! I LOVE YOU PINKIE! God, your just so wonderful. Applejack. You are fucking...just...I mean look at you. Fucking fuck yeeeeah" Twilight announced happily. Rarity gave a loving smile and nodded her head, trying to slowly herd a slightly intoxicated Applejack, a VERY intoxicated Twilight, and a completely sober Pinkie Pie out of the bar.
"Tiiiime to go. " Rarity cooed softly, trying to pull the wobbling Alicorn away from the booth. Twilight held up a hoof, reaching out to wrap her lips around the straw sticking free of her glass.
"MMMhmmmm just lemme...lemme fishses this..." She squeaked. Rarity winced and wrapped a hoof around Twilight's shoulder while caaaasually sliding the Long Island to the side.
"Darling, you don't want to drink that! You're good and buzzed as it is, are you not? I'm sure if you drink anymore, you'll be sick, and no pony wants a sickly princess! Come now, lets get you home, doesn't that sound lovely?" Rarity beamed. Twilight stared at Rarity for a moment with bleary eyes, before her lips twisted into a warm grin.
"Rardy...I gotta secret. I'm a princhess." Twilight whispered as Rarity lead her, and Applejack outside, into the cool summer's night.
"Yes, darling, you are!" Rarity smiled. Twilight nodded her head, leaning firmly on Rarity as they stumbled down the street- Rarity deciding she didn't want to run the risk of driving with the four of them.
"And I want...Rarity...Raredy lishen to me fer a shec. Ra, raredy. I..am...a...princess. And I know you wanna be one, too! If I could, if I could I would give you some princhess, Rarity. You and me, Raredy, we'd, we be princhesses, and we'd shee the world together, and I love you sho much, Raridy. I love you SHO much! ALL OF YOU! You are...you all are my very besh HHWWWARRRFFFF!!!" Said Twilight. She said it all over Rarity, too, who smiled, and nodded, and took a calming breath...that lasted for one point seven seconds. The ending of Rarity's patience was capitalized by a blood curdling shriek that set off a car alarm.
"My...Mane....OH GOD IT'S IN MY MANE!! IT'S IN MY MANE!!" Rarity shrieked, throwing herself down the street to find the nearest bathroom.
"BELIEVE IN YOURSELF RARITY!!!" Screamed Twilight. Twilight was sure Rarity said something in return, that sounded a lot like Purple puking thunder cunt, but she was really drunk, so she probably heard incorrectly. Still, it had been a relatively fun night, and every pony was really pleased with themselves for singing on stage, except for Rarity. She was a bit of a coward, but Twilight was sure, next time- next time they'd all get up on stage and belt out a ballad that Equestria had never heard.

Applejack, Pinkie, Myself, and Twilight all decided to visit a karaoke bar during Everfree northwest. The players of said ponies, and I had a wonderful time, really. n.n This is....this is pretty much how that unfolded. This is almost exactly how this unfolded, actually. You'd be surprised which parts of this story are made up. :P
