It seemed like a easy job: Return the Master's remains to Gallifrey after his execution. But with the Doctor, nothing is easy. After and emergency landing, the Master has escaped and the Doctor has been injured. After some surgery goes wrong, the Doctor finds himself with a new face and a new companion: Nurse Redheart. But the Master has also gotten a new body, and a henchman: Caramel.

Now it's a race against time as the Doctor and Redheart try to stop the Master and Caramel from stealing the Doctor's remaining regenerations and destroying all of Equestria. But can they do it in time before Equestria's gone?
