Alright, Here it is. Chapter 6: The Heat. Enjoy!

I opened my eyes to see Fluttershy, still under my hoof. I smiled and started to get up. The dream I had last night consisted of me and Vinyl. I'll let your imaginations work with that. She noticed me and got up herself. She yawned and trotted out of the room. I made the bed and followed her down the stairs. I trotted over to Bass and woke him up. He tried to roll over but he fell onto the floor. I laughed, he laughed, and then he got up and rubbed his head.
"So," He whispered, "Get any action last night?" He smugly smiled. I rolled my eyes as we walked into the kitchen.
"Hey Fluttershy!" I called.
"Hey Faint. How..how did you sleep last night?" She asked. I smiled.
"Last night? BEST sleep ever! I bet no-one sleeps as good as I did!"
"Oh..Well...Um...That's good...." She said as she placed down the bowls she had in her hooves. "Well...I.. I made us breakfast...if you don't mind.."
"Nah, it's cool Fluttershy! I am starving anyway!" Bass said and smiled. I think he was trying to not be so nervous around Fluttershy. Good. We all sat down, and started to eat. Me and Bass were hesitant, but I dove in. Fluttershy had only made
honey and oats. Just like cereal back home.
When Bass saw me, he jumped in. I mean, he took one bite. Next thing I new, HE SNARFED THE WHOLE BOWL DOWN! About five times I saw him swallow. Then the whole bowl was empty. I swallowed what I had and stared at him in awe. Fluttershy was calmly eating hers. He smiled and I laughed. We finished off our breakfast a few minutes later.
A loud knock came at the door.
"I'll get Fluttershy. Don't worry 'bout it." I called over my back as I trotted to the door. I turned the nob and pulled the door open. I saw a pegasus stallion with shaded gray coat, brown eyes, and a black and ice blue mane.
"Hi, um, my name is Shadow Breeze. I am looking for Fluttershy, is she here?" He tried to look around me. I blocked his vision by standing on my hind hooves.
"Yes, she is here. Why do you ask?"
"Well, I need to talk to her, if you don't mind." I looked at him, sighed, and let him pass.
"Take a seat on the couch then. I'll go get her." I pointed to the couch then went into the kitchen.
"So, um, who was that Faint?"
"It's this guy who says his name is Shadow Breeze, and wants to talk to you."
"Oh, he wants to talk to me? I-I don't know...."
"Don't worry, I'll be there just in case."
"O-Okay then. I guess I can try." She trotted in and sat down in the recliner. I stood behind her with a hoof on her shoulder, like I was protecting her. She was my best friend, so I had to be there for her.
"Hey..Fluttershy....I-uh...wanted...I-just-wanted-to-take-you-out-this-friday!" He blurted out. He then covered his mouth with his hoof. I snickered. Fluttershy blushed.
"Oh...um, I-I don't know...." She looked up at me, so I whispered into her ear.
"I think you should go, and have some fun. Who knows, this could turn out A-Okay. Give him a try, he seems honest enough."
"Do you really think so?" She whispered.
"Yes, no go on. If you really want me to, I'll fly over and check on you every hour."
"Would you really do that?"
"Yep." She looked back at Shadow Breeze, who was staring at Fluttershy. She didn't notice, but I did.
"I-I think that would be nice." She said to him. What happened next.... was totally priceless. His eyes widened and he stuttered, and fainted.
"Oh, poor thing," Fluttershy said. I heard Bass laughing in the kitchen, and couldn't help but fall on the floor, laughing and rolling around myself.
"He- He really just fainted?" Bass asked as he walked into the room.
"Yep!" He just laughed harder, but fell and laughed even harder. We stopped laughing after about five minutes or so. I could barely breathe, and Bass was shedding tears of comedy. After we were fully done, I stood up and went to look at the calender.
Hmm, what is "The Heat?" I wondered.
"Hey Fluttershy," I called.
"Umm... Yes?"
"What does 'The Heat' mean? It's written on today's date. A look of horror and dread spread across her face. Shadow Breeze had woken up, and he and Bass walked in. Seeing Fluttershy, they asked what was wrong.
"This is bad.." She murmured.
"What?"
"The Heat. It's...um...when...it's when all the mares in equestria go into a state of... well..."
"Lemme guess," I said. "They go into a state of... hornyness?"
"Something like that, yes. But they stop at nothing to get their prey. I mean NOTHING! What time is it?" She had slammed her hoof down at 'NOTHING' and then looked at Shadow. He looked back at he clock.
"Uhh, it's only 11:01." He said. "Why?"
"Because the Heat starts at twelve."
Crap.
I looked at my friends who stood before me.
"You guys have to get away! Even I go into the Heat. It's not pretty, for anyone!"
"Alright, let's go take the train." Bass suggested.
"That will not be needed," Said a familiar mare's voice. We all looked to see the mane six, specifically Twilight, who talked.
"I think I can teleport you three, plus Big Mac." I looked past her to see him waiting behind.
"Alright, let's do it." I said. Shadow finally looked around. (He was staring at Fluttershy again.) He almost fainted again. This time though, it was only a slight slip, which he made look natural.They led us outside, and had me, Shadow Breeze, Bass, and Big Mac stand in a group.
"Wait, where are you gonna send us?" Shadow asked with a hint of worry in his voice.
"Manehattan. We'll see you when the Heat is over!"
"WAIT!" I yelled.
"WHAT?!"
"When does the Heat end?"
"Tonight, twelve 'o clock, midnight."
"Alright, See ya!"
"Bye Fluttershy!" Shadow yelled.
We were gone in a flash of purple light.
I blinked a few times, to get my vision adjusted. When could see clearly, I stood up. I looked around me, and saw the rest of the group.
"Hey, guys, get up. We need to hurry and prepare for this!" I hit each of them with my right hoof, not too hard, to wake them up.
"Alright, we need to find someplace safe to stay until the Heat ends." Then, we heard a voice. It was an evil voice.
"Lookie here, I guess you stallions played right into my trap. We are going to play a game." I looked around for a second time, and noticed something materialize right in front of us. My friends saw this, and jumped right up. It was.... well, it looked like Discord. There was something off about it though...
"It's....It's not Discord....." I heard Bass say. It was true.
"Well, you sure caught on fast." It gave a couple of fake claps.
I now figured out the small difference. They eyes were blue, and the horn on top was red.
"My name is not Discord, but it is Calyptico."
