What Happened Afterby -TheStoryteller-ChaptersPerspectiveGratitude...and NotUltimatumInvitations and a Tea PartyPerspectiveIt had taken some weeks after the events of the party to set things right in Ponyville. Though most of the physical damage had been contained in the Apple Farm, and the Apples had no shortage of willing hooves to help them with the repairs, the emotional trauma had been harder to deal with. Even the most out of touch pony noticed Twilight had changed somewhat. There was an expression of sadness about her even at the best of times, and all knew it was over her actions against the Queen that night. Therefore, even though Pawise and Fluttershy shared a mutual affection for each other, they both thought it best to wait on their relationship until something could be done to help their suffering friend. The suggestion was made that the Queen live somewhere other than the Library, but Twilight wouldn’t hear of it. She had a duty, she said, to fulfill her teacher’s wishes, and that was what she was going to do. In spite of the emotional cost to herself. As for the Queen she was always on her best behavior, especially due to Discord’s habit of literally popping in unannounced. She was at least polite to Twilight, without being obsequious. If she harbored any ill will towards her, she kept it to herself. The only pony with whom she was openly friendly was Pinkie, and they spent as much time with each other as they could. One afternoon while the Queen was out with Pinkie, Twilight was able to have one of her rare private conversations with Discord. Twilight asked him how he felt about the Queen. “Oh, I was a bit peeved at first, Twilight, but now she amuses me.” He laughed and said, “No matter how many times I…er…drop in… she’s always surprised.” There was a time when Twilight would been annoyed at his impromptu visits, but she knew they had the ultimate purpose of keeping the Queen in check, so she merely smiled and said, “Just give me some warning before you do…”drop in.” “I wouldn’t have it any other way,” he said as he idly poured them both steaming tea from a spout on his head. Twilight grimaced as he held out a cup and asked her, “Cream and sugar?” “No thank you…I’m…good.” He shrugged. “Suit yourself,” said he as he finished off both cups and tossed them into the air, where they popped and disappeared just before hitting the floor. Then he grew unusually quiet for a few moments, then asked, “You’re still bothered by that night, aren’t you?” Startled, she looked at him, and then softly said, “How did you know?” “Come, come, Twilight. EVERYpony knows. And what kind of friend would I be if I didn’t as well?” Twilight raised an eyebrow at this, causing him to nervously clear his throat. “I mean, what kind of friend would I be now if I didn’t notice?” She looked down for a few moments. Without raising her eyes she quietly asked him, “Have you ever killed anypony?” If he was bothered by her direct question he didn’t let it show. He merely smiled, shook his head and said, “How boring would that be? I’m THE Master of Chaos, and as such I need a live audience!” He paused, and then said, “Although…there was that one time…” Twilight looked at him with new interest. “Yes?” she prodded. Discord looked her in the eyes, considering. Then he said, “It’s not in my nature to be helpful, you understand, but I think in your case an exception is needed.” He got to his feet. “It will just be easier to show you.” And with that he snapped his fingers. ***** They found themselves on a barren plain. The wind whistled and howled around them, as a billion stars wheeled overhead. A sickle moon was the only illumination. “What is this place?” asked Twilight. She could see little in the moonlight. There were no dwellings, nor any discernable landmarks. “This is Ponyville,” said Discord. “Or it will be in about, oh, two millennia.” He turned to her. “Look around. See if you can find anything.” “What’s there to find? There’s nothing but rocks and sand. I don’t…” Just then she noticed something white jutting out of the ground a few yards ahead of her. “Wait…what’s that?” Discord was silent. Twilight walked over and started uncovering it. It was a skull, but it wasn’t a pony’s. The closest creature the skull resembled was that of an ape, but the cranium was too large, and lacked suborbital ridges. She looked a question at Discord. “They called themselves “humans.” If any still exist in your time, they’re few and scattered.” “What happened to them?” “They happened to them. This is the final result of their war, but this isn’t where I was involved. This is.” He snapped his fingers again. Now they were in a huge room, filled with strange machines that had lights that blinked on and off, while the creatures Discord spoke of ran here and there, speaking loudly to one another. A large circular table dominated the center of the room, and seated around it were more of the creatures. They seemed to be arguing. Then one stood and shouted the others down. It pointed to a large illuminated map behind it, where red lines crossed and crisscrossed each other. Major portions of the map had gone dark, even as Twilight and Discord looked on. Then the creature gestured, and another brought what looked like a suitcase to it, which was then opened. Inside were more blinking lights, with two holes that appeared to be places for keys to fit, which were on either side of a large red button. The first creature reached inside his clothes and brought out a key, and seemed to be demanding for the one seated on his right to do the same. The second creature shook his head ‘no’. The first one looked at him, then motioned for two others to stand on either side of him. They pointed what must have been weapons, though they were nothing like any Twilight had seen before. The first creature waited, then said one word. The second one hesitated a moment more, looked at the two menacing him, then slowly brought out his key. All had gone silent, except for the sounds of the machines. Then there was a flash of light behind the standing creature, though none of them seemed to notice it. Twilight gasped. It was Discord, but he appeared to be much younger. His beard was black, and instead of his usually flippant expression he seemed to be in the middle of an agonizing decision. As the creatures slowly inserted their keys, and the first one reached for the button, the young Discord raised his eagle claw. He hesitated just a moment too long as the first creature closed its eyes, mumbled something and then pressed the button. The young Discord’s face contorted with pain, then he let his arm fall to his side. Then he slowly faded from sight, but not before Twilight was able to see a single tear roll down his face. As the shaking started, the older Discord looked down at Twilight and said, “Time to go.” **** They reappeared back in the Library. Twilight was silent, thinking over all she’d seen. Finally she said, “So…that machine the creature had, it caused their destruction? I don’t understand.” “Let’s hope you never do, my little pony. That device was only the catalyst for other devices, called missiles, which flew all over and landed with terrifying impact. Billions died. And I could have stopped him.” “But...but...why…” began Twilight, but Discord held up his paw. “Why did they destroy themselves? Who knows? They’d been at war at one time or another for their entire existence, over one squabble or another. It doesn’t matter now.” “’But you may be wondering why didn’t I just show myself to the creatures? Or simply speak to them? I’d tried that before.” “What did they do?” He laughed without humor. “They doubted their own eyes. Said I was a ‘figment of the imagination’, and I couldn’t possibly exist. Or I was some sort of trick created by their entertainment technology. The rationalizations were endless.” He smiled grimly. “It would have been funny if it weren’t so damn tragic.” “So that first creature, that…’human’, killed them all…” “No, Twilight. He only ensured the final outcome. They had been at war long before that, but the actions you saw didn’t have to be done. If I had...killed him, they might have survived that war, as they had so many others.” Twilight was quiet, but visibly shaking. “But you stopped yourself.” “Yes. I realized at the last second I would have been playing the part of a deity, and that’s a job I did NOT want.” “So…if I had killed the Changeling Queen...” “You might have saved Equestria from further threats, but it would have cost you your entire being. And I like you just the way you are, as annoyingly sweet as you can be.” Twilight met his eyes for a moment, then rushed forward and hugged him. “Thank you.” Gratitude...and NotFrom that day on Twilight was much like her old self. The shadow was gone from her expression, and she seemed much more determined to make friends of the Changeling Queen. To celebrate, it was decided to have a picnic in one of Ponyville’s many parks near the river. Fluttershy invited Pawise, and Pinkie brought the Changeling Queen. The sun shone brightly, but not too warm, as a breeze brought the scent of summer flowers. The tree under which they sat caused the sunlight to dapple as the breezes gently moved the leaves. It was a very idyllic scene. They all sat in a semi-circle as the refreshments were passed around. Spike sat next to Rarity, and Pawise sat between Fluttershy and the Queen. “It is so good to see you back to your former self, “said Rarity to Twilight. She passed a teacup to her while Rainbow, Applejack and Fluttershy looked on. Pawise was in conversation with the Changeling Queen. Any animosity he’d felt towards her had quickly been swallowed up by his feelings for Fluttershy. “If you can tell me, what are the limits to your changing abilities?” he asked. The Queen sipped her tea as she thought of an appropriate answer. “There’s only so much I’m ready to say about such things,” she said. “I’m starting to like you ponies, but I still have some reserves as to what I’ll reveal. I hope you understand.” Pawise nodded. “Of course. It was the scientist in me asking, not the friend. You take as much time as you need.” She smiled wryly. “Are we friends now, unicorn?” He returned her smile. “I’d like to think so. And please, call me Pawise.” “Alright…Pawise. Please refer to me as Chrysalis. Just do not call me “Chrissie.” That’s for Pinkie alone.” Pawise smiled and looked over at Pinkie, who was in the process of blowing up more balloons. “Okay then, Chrysalis…how are you adjusting to life in Ponyville?” All conversation stopped as the Queen considered her answer. “It’s not what I expected,” she began. “I’ve thought of you ponies as nothing but my enemies for the longest time. But I respect strength.” Here she looked at Twilight, who returned her gaze without comment. She went on. “I found a different sort of strength, one I never knew existed: mercy.” Here she looked fondly at Pinkie, who smiled and waved, even though they were only a few feet away. “Twilight spared the life of an enemy, at Pinkie’s insistence. That is something I would have never even considered doing, and I am not ashamed to admit I’m grateful for it. So yes, Pawise, I’m adjusting to Ponyville quite well, even though I’ve lost the worldview I held for so long. It’s worth it to have…friends.” Twilight especially lit up at these words. “You have no idea how much it gratifies me to hear you say that, Chrysalis. It makes everything we’ve been through worth it.” Chrysalis smiled. “Don’t get too comfy.” She gestured at the food around them. “This is all fine for now, but there’ll come a time when I need sustenance of my own.” The silence grew. Finally Twilight asked, “You mean emotions. You need to feed off emotions. How much do you need?” Chrysalis put down her cup. “I need as much as you’re willing to give. But,” and here her face took on an expression of pleading, “I think it would work best if the pony is willing to give, rather than me taking it. I…I like you ponies, something I never thought I’d say. ‘Taking’ is something I know now that friends just don’t do.” There was uncomfortable shifting, as the ponies looked around at each other. Finally Fluttershy spoke up. “I’m willing to give you as much as you need. But…but will it…hurt?” “Absolutely not,” said Chrysalis. I don’t have my children to worry about now, so it needn’t be an intrusion. Am I asking too much?” Pinkie bounded forward and hugged her. “You can have what you need from me as well, Chrissie!” “This has to be everyponies’ decision. I’m willing to help you, just so long as you can control yourself. Is that possible?” asked Twilight. “Yes, of course,” said Chrysalis. “I’ve been holding off all this time, and I can do so for a bit longer. I just thought it was a good time to bring it up, before things got out of hoof.” “I’m glad you did,” said Twilight. “It shows we can trust you.” They all started discussing how they would each take turns. Some, like Rainbow Dash and Applejack, weren’t as thrilled about it as the others, but each of them felt it would be worth it to share the load and help out their new friend. After that they all fell into easy conversation for the next hour or so. Twilight looked around at her friends as they sat and enjoyed themselves. Her face held a look of peace, which lasted until she looked up and saw a crowd of twenty ponies, some she knew and some she did not, approaching them. Something was wrong. She got to her feet to face them as they came. Her apprehension spread to the others as they stopped their talk and waited. Clearing her throat, the lead pony quietly said, “Good afternoon, Your Highness. We…we were all wondering if we could have a word with you?” Twilight didn’t recognize the pony who had spoken, so she asked, “Of course you may. But first, why don’t you introduce yourself?” “My name is Brandi. I just moved to Ponyville a few weeks ago, just in time for that horrible fight that happened out at that farm.” Here she cast a disapproving look at the Changeling Queen, who coolly returned her gaze. There were murmurs of anger from the ponies behind her. Brandi continued. "We’ve all been talking, myself and ponies who have been here a long time. There’s always the threat of some danger or other popping up here in Ponyville…and we think it’s because of you…you and your friends.” “We just needed to ask you…if you would consider moving away from Ponyville?” UltimatumThere was a collective gasp from Twilight’s friends. Rainbow Dash quickly placed herself between Brandi and Twilight. “Just what the hay are you talking about!? Why should Twilight move away from Ponyville?!” “Rainbow, please, “said Twilight, “let’s hear them out.” Another pony spoke up, this time one they all knew. Lyra cleared her throat and said, “I’m sorry, Twilight, but it’s not just you.” She had the grace to look ashamed as she continued. “Ponyville has been in almost constant danger since you came here. You and your friends have become the Bearers of the Elements of Harmony, and while we’re all grateful for you saving Equestria, there have been too many times we’ve all been placed in immediate danger because you all are here.” She pointed a hoof at the Changeling Queen. “Nopony is safe with her here, and who knows what she’ll do once she decides to make trouble? How can we trust her?” She frowned and looked around at them all. “As much as we like you, none of you should be here anymore. It’s just not safe.” Applejack spoke up. “Now wait just an apple-bucking minute! Are you sayin’ you don’t want Sweet Apple Acres here anymore?! Because if I leave, my family ain’t stayin’ here without me! Talk sense, you silly filly!” She got up and glared at Lyra, Brandi and the others. “I don’t know who the hay you all think you are, but there wouldn’t be a Ponyville if’n it weren’t fer Sweet Apple Acres. We founded this here town, and I’ll sprout wings an’ buck apples with magic afore I leave it!” There was some murmuring among the ponies at this. “That’s a good point, Applejack, but our minds are made up,” said Brandi. “It’s just not safe for our foals with all of you living here.” She took a deep breath. “So if you won’t leave, then all of us will!” “Then GO!” cried Rainbow. “Who wants to live with a bunch of ungrateful, STUPID ponies anyway?!” “Now please, let’s all be reasonable,” said Twilight. “I’m sure we can all come to some sort of agreement.” She laid a steadying hoof on Rainbow, who looked as if she was going to start flying through the crowd. “If we all just sit and talk for a while, I’m sure we can—“ but she stopped when Brandi raised her hoof. “I’m sorry Your Highness, but there’s nothing left to discuss.” Turning to the crowd she said, “Let’s go.” Twilight and her friends watched them leave, then she turned to the others. “This is terrible! I never expected this to happen, and…and I don’t know what we should do.” Rainbow was still seething. “I know what to do! Let 'em leave, ‘cause I’m not going anywhere! Of all the stupid, crazy…” “Yes, I agree with you, dear,” said Rarity. “But I can understand their point.” Rainbow and Applejack rounded on her. “WHAT?!” cried Rainbow. “Are you taking their side against US?” “You can leave if’n you want, Rarity! I’m with Rainbow: let ‘em go!” “I’m just saying I understand their point: misadventure does seem to follow us,” said Rarity. “Please…” Fluttershy timidly said. “Let’s not fight among ourselves…please? They’re…they’re all just frightened,” she said, as Rainbow and Applejack turned on her. “You TOO?!” said Rainbow. Fluttershy wilted under her gaze and began crying. “Leave her alone, you two!” said Pawise, as he placed himself between them. “We’re friends, we can’t turn on each other!” The others fell silent, then slowly Chrysalis spoke up. “If you want my opinion, you should talk to their leader. In the Hive, when a drone did not wish to obey me, it was given the choice: leave or stay. It was not allowed to live with us and make trouble. Most chose to stay.” “I thought all the Changelings only did whatever you told them,” said Twilight. “No, they’re devoted for the most part, but they’re still individuals, able to make their own choices. It’s not generally known.” “What happens to the ones that leave?” asked Spike. Chrysalis turned to him. “I wouldn’t know, they’re never seen again.” Spike shuddered. “Well, we’re not drones, but neither choice is good. Either they leave or we do, so we need a third option,” said Twilight. Pinkie finally spoke up. “Why don’t I talk to them? They might listen to me.” “That’s a good idea, Pinkie. If they’re friends with anypony they’re friends with you,” said Twilight. Rainbow was still visibly angry. “I don’t see why we should bother. If this is the thanks we all get for saving their hides more times than I can count, then good riddance!” “You don’t mean that, Rainbow,” said Twilight. “Nor you, Applejack. Those aren’t just our neighbors, they’re our friends as well. We can’t turn our backs on them.” Rainbow and Applejack exchanged glances, then Rainbow said, “Yeah, I guess we can’t.” She sighed and then added, “Sorry for yelling at you, Rarity, Fluttershy. It was the heat of the moment.” “I’m sorry too. They just got my dander up; I shouldn’t have taken it out on my friends,” said Applejack. “That’s quite alright, dears,” said Rarity. “To be honest, I was pretty angry at first when I thought they were just singling out Twilight, but when they included all of us I realized they’re just scared, and not thinking clearly.” Fluttershy dried her eyes and said, “That’s just what I was thinking as well: maybe we shouldn’t judge them too harshly. I think we can change their minds.” Pawise said, “I’m still relatively new here, but from what I’ve seen I don’t think there’s anything you all can’t do if you try hard enough. I’d like to help in any way I can.” He turned to Twilight. “So what’s the plan?” Invitations and a Tea PartyTensions were high in Ponyville, as the group of disgruntled ponies grew. Pinkie took it upon herself to seek out the individuals herself, starting with Brandi. After making a few inquiries, she found out where she lived, and went to visit her. Hers was a small, modest home near the outskirts of Ponyville. Pinkie approached the door and gave it a knock. “Who’s there?” asked a voice from within. “It’s me, Pinkie Pie, Brandi. I was wondering if I could talk to you.” The door slowly opened, and there stood Brandi, with two foals peeking out behind her. “What can I do for you?” she asked. “I could sure use your help in understanding why you feel the way you do,” Pinkie said. “Can I come in?” After a moment’s hesitation, Brandi nodded and stepped back from the door. Looking around as she walked in, Pinkie said, “This is a very nice place you have here. And who are these two?” “These are our twins Faith and Summer. Say ‘hello’ to Miss Pie, kids.” “Hello,” they both said at once. “Hello!” said Pinkie. “And how old are you two?” “We’re both five, but I’m the oldest!” said Faith. “So?” cried Summer. “I’m the smartest!” “Nuh UH!” said Faith. “Uh HUH!” said Summer. “That’s enough, you two. Go play while I talk to our guest,” said Brandi. As they continued quietly arguing while walking away, Brandi shook her head and smiled. “Children.” Pinkie smiled at her. “I can see you love them.” Brandi looked at her. “Then you can also see why I’m worried sick about them.” Pinkie nodded. “I have no foals of my own, but I do look after the Cake’s twins. I don’t want anything to happen to them either.” “So you have some idea why you all have to go, or we will.” “That’s what I came to talk to you about. Ponyville needs us. My friends and I, we didn’t ask to become the Bearers, it was predestined.” “But why do you have to do it here? Wouldn’t someplace like Manehatten or even Canterlot be better?” “We go to those places when we’re needed as well. And that’s my point: we don’t ask for trouble, but we take care of it when it arrives, wherever it arrives. So in that case, Ponyville is actually safer than most towns, because this is where we live.” “I can’t shake the notion that trouble would follow you elsewhere if you leave.” “It may, or it may not. We have no way of knowing. What I DO know is with ponies like Twilight around, we can deal with it.” Pinkie brightened, and reached into her mane. “I have something for you.” She pulled out an envelope and gave it to her. “What’s this?” “An invitation! I’m throwing a party for you and all the ponies that feel the way you do. I want you all to see there’s much, much more to Ponyville than being scared.” “How is a party going to help us with our fears?” “Just come and see. Please? I promise you’ll feel better if you do!” Brandi considered. “I’ll think about it.” “Great!” said Pinkie. She suddenly bounced forward and gave her a hug. Somewhat startled, Brandi said, “I haven’t said ‘yes’ yet,” as she gently pulled away. “That’s okay!” said Pinkie. “You’re still welcome!” With that she turned and bounced out the door, saying, “I have lots more invitations to deliver. Hope to see you there!” Still dazed, Brandi watched her go, then opened the envelope and began reading. Noting the date and time, she resolved to discuss the matter with her husband. It couldn’t hurt to go, she decided. ****** Pawise was just putting the finishing touches on his impromptu cleaning when there was a quiet knock on his door. Surprised, he opened the door. There was Fluttershy! “Fluttershy!” he said. Looking around at the mess that still remained he stuttered, “W-Won’t you come in?” as he stood aside. She stepped in and smiled at him. “Did I come at a bad time?” “No, of course not! I just wasn’t expecting company. Sorry for the mess…” “It’s quite alright. You’ve seen the mess my cottage can be if the animals are given their way!” Seating herself down across from him, she continued, “I’m sorry this was such short notice, but I had an idea and I wanted to discuss it with you first.” “Certainly. What’s your idea?” She took a deep breath and said, “What if we ask Discord to help us?” “Discord! Would…would he be willing to do anything, you think?” “I think so. He just needs to be given more chances.” He looked at her thoughtfully. “I know he’s been good about keeping the Queen ‘in check’, as it were. But…he doesn’t like me very much.” She sighed. “I know. I’ve been talking to him about that. He can be…jealous.” “I noticed. Maybe if we talked to him together, and help him to see he’s not losing you just because you’re with me.” “It’s worth a try. We can do it now, if that’s alright.” “Of course, but how do we get ahold of him?” “That’s easy. He and I always have tea at four this day of the week.” Pawise looked at his wall clock. “It’s almost four now. We’d better get going.” As they quietly made their way back to Fluttershy’s cottage, Pawise looked at her and said, “Did you do something different with your mane? It’s nice.” Fluttershy blushed and said, “Thank you for noticing. I did try something different at the spa recently. Do you really like it?” “Very much so.” She sighed. “I wish all our conversations could be like this. I don’t like conflict.” “Well, maybe Discord can really help with this situation. It was a good idea to ask him, whatever the result.” Finally they arrived at her cottage. There were a few animals about, as per usual, but no sign of Discord. Fluttershy looked at her clock. It was ten minutes to four, so she excused herself and went into the kitchen. Pawise seated himself on the couch. Until the couch sprouted eyes and a lopsided grin. Pawise yelped and jumped off the “couch”. “My, my…aren’t we jumpy?” smirked Discord as he fully materialized. “That was…that was unexpected,” panted Pawise. Discord was just about to reply when Fluttershy walked back into the living area. “Discord! Are you behaving yourself?” “Moi? Of course as always, Flutter Butter!” He smiled back at her and formed a halo over his head. “We’re just two bros hangin’ out!” he added as he slipped an arm across Pawise’s shoulders. Fluttershy raised an eyebrow at him, then said, “Are you okay, Pawise?” “Yes, I’m fine,” as he gently pulled away from Discord. “I was a bit startled at his joke, but I’m okay now.” “See?! We’re bosom buddies! What would you like to do next, ole pal?” “Actually, Fluttershy and I have a favor to ask of you.” Discord drew himself up to his full height and looked down on the two of them. “Oh really? And what pray tell do you need from me?” Fluttershy held up a hoof. “It can wait until we’ve had our tea. I’d like for you and Pawise to get to know each other for a bit first.” She looked around. “Where’s my couch?” “Oops! Almost forgot,” said Discord, as he snapped his fingers and the couch reappeared. She smiled up at him. “Thank you. Now if you boys can wait a moment, I’ll be back with the tea and sandwiches.” “Of course! Take all the time you need!” smiled Discord. As soon as she was out of earshot he fiercely whispered, “I know what you’re up to, unicorn! Nopony is taking Fluttershy from me!” Pawise stared at him in shock as Fluttershy came back in bearing a tray with a teapot and three cups. Discord grinned widely at her. “Here we are,” she said. “Now let me get the sandwiches and we can begin.” Pawise jumped to his feet. “I’ll get them! You just have a seat here with Discord.” Quickly he made his way into the kitchen and levitated the tray of cucumber sandwiches in his magic. Fluttershy was just pouring for them all when he returned. Discord shot him a look of pure venom as her attention was drawn to her task. When she looked up Discord was smiling at them both as he held his cup with one pinkie extended. “Excellent chamomile, dear Fluttershy!” He took another sip, then addressed Pawise. “Is something wrong? You’re not touching your tea.” Pawise looked from him to Fluttershy, then levitated his cup and took a loud sip. “It’s delicious.” Then his gaze hardened and he said, “In answer to your question, yes, something is wrong.” He set his cup down, then looked Discord in the face. “I’m not stealing Fluttershy from you, Discord. I love her, and I only want to make her happy. That means being friends with her friends, all of them, including you. So what do you say?” Discord was silent for a few moments, staring at them both. Finally he set his cup down and stood. “I need time to think about it. In all the time I've existed, Fluttershy was my first and only friend, and I can’t lose her.” “Wait, Discord!” Fluttershy began, but he snapped his fingers and disappeared. She sighed. “That didn’t work out as I’d hoped.” A single tear slipped down her face. Pawise got up from his place and sat next to her, then drew her in for a hug. “I’m sorry, Fluttershy. I really do want to be friends with him, and not just for your sake.” “I know,” she said, “but now what are we going to do? I was really hoping he’d help us all.” Pawise smiled. “He’s your friend. He’ll come around.” She settled herself against him and sighed once more. “I hope so.”

“Thank you.”
Gratitude...and NotFrom that day on Twilight was much like her old self. There’s always the threat of some danger or other popping up here in Ponyville…and we think it’s because of you…you and your friends.” “We just needed to ask you…if you would consider moving away from Ponyville?”
UltimatumThere was a collective gasp from Twilight’s friends. “So what’s the plan?”
Invitations and a Tea PartyTensions were high in Ponyville, as the group of disgruntled ponies grew.
