“YES!!!!!” the Cutie Mark Crusaders shouted out! Scootaloo, Applebloom, Sweetie Belle, and Babs Seed all jumped in excitement.
Sweetie Belle was dressed in her signature outfit, a purple sun-dress with a white-dyed hay hat laying on the ground beside her. She was wearing her mane up in a tightly wound ponytail with a ribbon similar to Applebloom’s, although its color was only a few shades of purple lighter than her dress.
Applebloom was standing there looking equally as stunning in short denim shorts and a figure-fitting light pink tank top that left her midriff bare. It left just enough to the imagination to stay intriguing, but showed just enough so that you liked what you saw. Her hair, as per the norm, was pulled up into a high ponytail with an overly-large red bow holding it in place.
Babs was in short gray track shorts and a tank top much like Applebloom's, but made of the same fabric as her shorts, and less form fitting. Her hair was hanging around her head, cupping it slightly, and was cut short so that it fit her slightly tomboyish look, yet still looked incredibly feminine.
Scootaloo was the calmest despite her extremely active and energetic attitude. Based on her body stance she was excited along with the others, but managed to look distracted as well. The look did complement her short, spiky magenta hair and similarly-coloured track outfit, which was much like Babs' one.
Spike was wearing his trademark black jeans and green sport shirt, which hugged his quite muscular form. These were joined by a black leather jacket that he had bought just as soon as he had finally grown into the right size (as he had had his eye on it a while and planned on getting rarity to re-tailor it to fit his smaller body), and black high tops with magenta laces to tie them up.
“For the love of Celestia, calm down. It’s not like I agreed to date you all!” Spike replied, slightly taken aback and slightly annoyed at their vehemence to his response. “We’re only going to the beach for the weekend while the girls are in Canterlot”
Spike slumped down in his chair and looked up at the 4 girls in front of him. 'Wow, they’ve really filled out in all the right places, I mean look at- SPIKE,’ he mentally berated himself, ‘stop thinking those kinds of thoughts!’’
“Sorry Spike, it’s just that we’re all so excited! It’s our first vacation since graduation...” Applebloom replied apologetically “Ah' Guess we should go get ourselves packed and ready for later.”
“Ok, be back in an hour! The train leaves at 11 A.M. sharp, and I’m excited too.” Spike told them all.
He closed his eyes as he heard them walk out the door. 'How am I going to get through a weekend with these girls’, he thought to himself, ‘I don’t even know why I agreed...'
“Oh well, I should get packing” He mumbled to himself as he got up and went to his room in the basement.

Spike walked to the door after hearing knocking, and opened it to see the girls standing there with their suitcases. “Right on time!” Spike said to them. “Let me get my own bags and then we’ll be off.”
“Alright Spike” Babs responded excitedly with a small blush, unbeknownst to Spike, but not unnoticed by the rest of the CMC.
As Spike walked away Sweetie Belle turned to Babs. “Oh, and what's got you so excited?”
“I’ll tell y’all later when we get to the hotel” Babs replied hurriedly, the blush intensifying on her face.
“Alright, but I’ll hold you to that” Rarity's “sweet” but just as gossip-loving sister replied, her curiosity piqued. 'I wonder what that girl has got into her head. She seemed very, flustered, when Spike addressed us.....'
Just then Spike returned, holding his purple and green suitcase. “Alright ladies, let's go!” And off they went, getting odd stares from Ponyville’s citizens as they made their way to the train station.
================================== Scene Change =============================
“Ugh, such a long, boring train ride” Spike said through a yawn. ‘We’re only halfway there and it’s already been 2 hours,’ Spike groaned inwardly 'and all there is to do is try not to be awkward and sleepy'
“I know! Why do trains have to be so slow! Compared to flying that is..” Scootaloo responded.
“I know, I’d be up there with you gliding through the clouds!” Spike complained loudly. He had at this point grown his wings, unbeknownst to all but his closest friends due to the fact that they remained hidden under his clothes.
Babs, not being close enough to make them out under his clothing, was shocked. “Wait, you have wings and you didn’t tell me?”, she griped a little too loudly, “And I thought we were really close...'
Spike chuckled at that. “Yes, seeing as none of us know your address I can’t exactly send you a letter telling you.”
“Well, I guess I’ll let it slide then” She mumbled. The other four shared a good laugh at her expression, which she didn’t take kindly.
“Hey! It’s not that funny... is it?” She asked both annoyed and slightly embarrassed.
“It’s alright” Spike gently replied. “I thought you looked cute.” To that Babs blushed wildly and looked away, which went completely unnoticed by Spike. After they all settled down they quietly continued, letting the motions of the train rock them to sleep...
==================================Scene Change============================
All but Babs awoke to a slight chuckle from the food trolley lady passing by. They wondered if they had arrived yet, only to realise the position they were in.
Apple Bloom had Spike’s right arm clutched between her breasts as she sat angled towards him.
Scootaloo was taking up the space on the left side of his lap.
Babs was sitting on the other side of his lap, straddling one of his legs. She occasionally muttered in her sleep: “No, Spike! We can’t do that in public...”
Sweetie Belle, always the most innocent of them all, was just resting her head on his left arm. Spike sat there, squished between them all, wondering how they had gotten into that position in the first place. They had no idea but poor Spike has so many different views of breasts, and is getting his member pressed onto by Babs its sad for him as he actually manages to wake her by his slowly erecting member poking Babs in the stomach! ‘C’mon! you can’t do this to a hormonal young adult dragon!!! Curse you Celestia!’ is the thought basically emanating from him. And of course worst of all Sweetie Belle and Apple Bloom squishing his wings back against the bench like seat the train has they are sitting on.
They all basically explode away from him amidst shouts of “Sorry”
“EEP”
And multiple “Hwehugecaknca-GAAHHHHHH”s.
Meanwhile the poor trolley lady is standing there laughing her head off at the whole scene.
“Does anyone want anything?” She managed to cough out in between laughs. 'Wow this is an unusual couple... I wonder how it all works...'
“Urrrr... yeah I’ll have an orange pineapple smoothie.” Spike slowly replies whilst rubbing his wings to get the numbness out of them from being squished. 'Sweet Celestia I'm so embarrassed.... why did she have to walk in on that???'
“That'll be 3 bits please.” Spike scoops the small amount of bits out of his pocket and she takes her leave after each of the girls order what they want. They soon get their food and start eating and or drinking what they each got. “Soooooooo...” Spike says. “Anypony know how we got into that position?”
A round of ‘Nope's’ go around and so Spike, possibly the most embarrassed of the 5, asks inquisitively “All in favour of never speaking of this again?”
A Round Of ‘I's’ go around and then its settled.
The train whistle then blows and they hurriedly grab their bags and get out of the train that holds the memory of one of the most awkward moments of their lives. They slowly make their way down the beach looking for a hotel to stay at one called the 'Boardwalk Neighbourhood Hotel' and walk in. They meet a nice fellow in a fancy suit like the one Spike himself wore to the grand galloping gala, except pony sized, and carefully groomed slicked back mane who introduces himself as Booming Tycoon.
"And how many rooms is it you will be needing?" he asks politely.
At which point Apple Bloom, the only one remembering her manners, replies “Ah' Think we will need 2 rooms. One with one bed for the drake here and one with 3 beds for us girls.”
“Alrighty then ladies and drake I will show you to your rooms, and out of curiosity, how long will you be staying?” Tycoon questions.
“2 days” Spike replies.
“I see. I assume you are paying, my fine gentledrake?” Tycoon questions.
“I am indeed” Spike responds readily.
“Well I will see to it that your rooms are properly kept for today and tomorrow. We have a extensive bell system so if you ever need anything just pull the string by the door and somepony will be up shortly” Tycoon tells them while gesturing at a wall of numbered bells.
“I am sure the girls will make good use of that. I would prepare yourself for the noise of the bells ringing.” Spike comments, chortling.
They soon get to the rooms Tycoon was leading them to numbered 137 and 138, conveniently right across the hallway.
“Well, again, if you have need of anything just ring the bell and somepony will be up soon thereafter.” Tycoon once again states.
“Thanks” The five guests reply in unison, heading into their separate rooms to get settled.

A Beginning To A Day At The Beach!
(A/N) Hello dear readers! The not-sure-how-long awaited chapter 2 has arrived!!! The long awaited Bikini’s I promised reside in this chapter! XD I hope this chapter is satisfactory to you all and you enjoy reading it! Flame me as I need to be flamed and don’t pull any punches! And with that read on!

“So, what was with that little spat of blushing when Spike complimented us?” Sweetie Belle asked Babs, who was currently getting herself dressed for bed.
“What?” The aforementioned pony replied.
“Y’know! When Spike was all ‘right on time’ with that complimentary smile and you were all blushy and he, though I aint sure how, missed it!” The slightly exasperated unicorn exclaimed.
“Oh! Umm….. I’ve been meanin’ to tell y’all gals somethin’ ” Babs took a breath before continuing. “I kinda have a huge crush on Spike...” She whispered, looking to the floor in embarrassment.
“Repeat that?” An impatient Sweetie Belle basically shouted at her.
“I have a huge crush on Spike!” Babs responded, at a finally audible level.
“WHAT?!?” The rest of the crusaders shouted is surprise.
“You heard me! I, Babs Chrysanthemum Seed, have a crush on Spike the Dragon!” Babs shouted.
Luckily Spike, resting in the other room, couldn’t hear them for a couple of reasons. First of all, by this point he was fast asleep. Second, he had used his draconic magic to cast a silence spell on the doors, windows and walls of his room, knowing that the girls would likely stay up gossiping while on vacation.
The girls, not knowing this, quickly quieted down in case he woke and heard them.
“What ah’ don’t understand is why you kept this from us” Apple Bloom whisper-shouted, annoyed at being kept in the dark. She was, after all, Babs’ cousin!
“Well I thought ya’ll might laugh at me, seein’ as he’s a dragon an’ I’m a mare an’ all ” Babs, at this point feeling guilty for not telling sooner, whispered in a barely audible voice that reminded her of Fluttershy.
“Why Babs,” Sweetie Belle exclaimed, slipping into a tone that mimicked her sister, “you of all people should know we would never do something like that!”
“Look!” Scootaloo, who had been very uncharacteristically quiet so far, joined in. “This is enough information for one night. I, for one, am too tired to be going through all this! Let's just get some sleep.”
A round of agreements went around as they all, quite tired without realising it, slipped into unconsciousness.

“Ugh.” Spike woke from his deep sleep with a grunt.
“What time is it?” he questioned. Looking around for the alarm clock™ (a new invention made by the Flim-Flam-Bros. LTD), he quickly checked the time.
“Ugh, 9:00 am already? Why couldn’t I have slept another hour?” Grumpy from waking up earlier than he’d have liked, he grudgingly decided to get up and move around a bit. He went through his normal morning routine of washing his face, brushing his fangs and dressing for the day. He quickly finished his routine and, remembering his plans for the day, packed himself a bag for his beach visit with the CMC later.
Just as he was finishing his packing Sweetie Belle’s head pops through the conjoining room connected to the girls. “Hey Spike? Just making sure you’re awake! We have a lot planned for today and only so much time to do it!” She explained to him.
“Yeah yeah, I’m getting ready. I’ll be done in a few minutes” A very grumpy Spike responded, a hint of annoyance in his voice. ‘Man am I beginning to regret this….’ He thought to himself.
Sweetie Belle quickly closed the door, sensing that the drake was not having a good morning. ‘Must not be a morning person’ She thought to herself.
“Hey girls, time to get up!” she shouted, back in the safety of the girls’ room.
She was met by a series of grumbles from the other girls as they slowly got themselves up, going about their morning routine. It was like Spike’s for the most part, except for the addition of needing to brush their manes and tails.
Apple Bloom, being such an early riser, was the first one done. “Gosh, ah’m so excited for the beach today! Six hours of swimmin’, tannin’ and relaxation!” She merrily reminded the girls of their plan, causing them to get ready a bit faster in anticipation.
“Hey Babs? Did you remember your swimsuit this time?” Scootaloo questioned, remembering the distant time Babs showed up to a crusade for swimming and forgot her swimsuit.
“Scootaloo? Scootaloo?” Scootaloo heard her name being called, shaking her out of the memory.
“What? Oh, sorry, I was remembering the time Babs forgot her swimsuit on that crusade.” Scootaloo said, quickly explaining her little blackout.
“Oh yeah! And we didn’t even get our cutie marks that day!” Babs replied, remembering the embarrassing day. “Although I can’t complain, we have our cutie marks now!”
Right then they heard a knock at the door, signalling that Spike wanting to come in. He popped his head through the door, only to be hit in the face and hear the accompanying scream of “Spike! We aren’t dressed yet!” from Sweetie Belle.
“Uh, sorry! I should have waited!” he quickly yelled in response with a purple blush, just wanting to get out of the room.
“Apology accepted!” Sweetie Belle huffed. “Go wait in your room, we’ll get you when we're ready to go”
“Alright, alright, I’m going!” he responded as he left the room, his tail whisking around the corner.
Sweetie Belle had half a mind to yell at him some more through the wall until she heard mumbling from behind her. She spun around to see Babs standing there, mumbling “He almost saw me naked...” quietly to no one in particular.
“Hey Babs, snap out of it! He didn’t see you! I made sure he was hit hard enough he couldn’t see anything!” Sweetie Belle shouted at the top of her lungs, snapping Babs out of her trance.
Unfortunately for them Spike had just lowered his sound barrier in time to hear what was happening.
‘Huh? I thought they were at least in underwear! Man, this vacation is so not turning out well… wait! Remember what Luna taught me. Calm down. Lower my inner fire. Repeat.’ A particularly mortified dragon repeated to himself in his thoughts trying desperately to stop the perverted thoughts running through his mind.
He sat down and waited, patiently meditating whilst the girls in the room beside him got ready. After about 20 minutes, Spike heard a knock at the door. “Spike,” Scootaloo’s muffled voice came through the separation door “we’re ready! You can come in now, but we’re expecting an apology!”
Spike carefully walked through the separation door, turning to face the four girls, saying sorry to each one individually. “Sorry Babs, Scootaloo, Sweetie Belle, Apple Bloom. I was under the assumption you were all decent.” Spike bashfully apologized, kneeling down on the floor.
“It’s alright Spike. We know you didn’t do it on purpose. And ‘sides, it wasn’t like you actually saw anything, right?” Scootaloo responded, taking on a dangerous tone near the end of her statement.
“O-of course not! Nope! Definitely didn’t see anything!” Spike stuttered out, scared out of his wits by the look Scootaloo was giving him.
“Well, with that settled we can take off! To the beach!” Sweetie exclaimed, letting the nearby rooms know of their plans with her volume.

“Whew, it’s damn hot out here! I’m a dragon and even I’m having trouble with this heat!” Spike complained.
“Quit your guffin’ and go git’ changed! In case you hadn’t noticed, we’re here now!” Apple Bloom told him, quickly ending the stream of complaints coming from the drake.
“I’ll be back in a minute!” Was all they heard over Spike’s shoulder, albeit quietly, as he bolted off to get changed.

‘Man, when are those girls going to get out of the changing room!’ Spike complained in his head. ‘I’m dying out here! It doesn’t help I have to hold all these bags! I mean, couldn’t they have brought a couple in with them!’
Spike stood alone in the sweltering heat, scales burning under Celestia's blessed sun. Of course, as attractive as he was (along with his draconic heritage), Spike was getting looks from all kinds of ponies. Many of the looks were ones of curiosity, coming from couples, families, and older ponies. Of course, there was the odd mare eyeing him up, many of them sending sultry and seductive looks his way.
Spike himself was dressed in his swim trunks, black body with green and purple accented flames going up the sides, leaving his torso exposed. And quite the torso it was! His muscles were clearly defined under his coating of scales, his underbelly a deep forest green and his wings’ membranes and spines a light purple backed by more of the green colour. The outside edge of his wings were had capped in purple scales, the same colour as his back and legs.
Looking up from the ground, having been lost in thought, he saw the four mares he came with waving at him.
There was Babs wearing her light grey strapless bikini top. She cmpleted her look with a pair of frilly bottoms, leaving lots of leg and chest visible to the pony eye (or in this case, drake eye). To her left was Sweetie Belle, with a dark purple monokini only really covering her nipples and marehood, with a horizontal strip of cloth in the middle to connect the strips going up on the sides. To Babs’ right was Scootaloo in a light orange one piece. It had an oval-shaped hole in the middle, with the same shape cut out on the back. Apple Bloom was on Scootaloo’s right, wearing by far the most revealing of the group’s swimsuits; a scarlet string bikini that, on the top, was really just some strings connecting to a patch of fabric covering each nipple. Her lower half was only kept modest by a strip of fabric between her legs, reaching from her front to her back and kept in place with two thin strings around her thighs.
After a moment of staring, Spike’s nose quickly started to gush out blood. The girls tried to make sure he was alright, running up to him and asking what the problem was. Spike waved them off, murmuring “It’s just the heat. I’m fine. Really!”
After regaining his composure (and drying his face of blood), Spike addressed the girls.
“Ehem. Well! Shall we get going then ladies? We only have so many hours of sunlight and I can’t really ask Celestia to extend the day for us, can I!” Spike said, covering his nose bleed with excitement for the day.
“Yeah!” The girls responded, booming out their answer simultaneously.
