Many years have passed and Twilight Sparkle finds she is terribly lonely. She has all the power and wisdom she could ever want now that she is an alicorn, but feels incomplete without her friends. When she returns to her old library home in Ponyville, she begins to contemplate her life and the major changes she has experienced.
