A Diamond Dog Tale

Hello everypony it took me a whole four days to write this. Reason one the site was down for two days. Reason two  I didn't know were to go with this chapter.

Chapter 5

New Clothes

"Come on Fetch not everypony here is that mean."

Fluttershy said as they were walking down the streets of Ponyville.

"Yeah I can tell by all the screams and people calling me things. Yeah everypony here is a good kind soul."

"Oh come on, just try to ignore them, pretty please."

Fluttershy begged him with her puppy dog eyes.

"Okay i'll try to, but I can't make any promises."

"Okay that's fine with me, anyway lets see what my friend Rarity is doing she is always looking for a new project."

"Wait, are you talking about getting me some new clothes?"

"Yeah..why you don't want any new clothes to wear?"

"Well the thing is.."

"Well, well, well if it isn't Cluttershy."

Said a voice come from the air as it landed in front of Fluttershy herself. It was Dumbbell and Hoops.

"Hows it going Cluttershy?!"

"Yeah how's it going?"

"Oh..um h-h-hi..h-h-how are you two doing?"

"Oh were fine Cluttershy, who's your new pet. He's pretty ugly for a dog."

"Yeah Really Ugly Hahaha!"

Fluttershy didn't know what to do. She always had Rainbowdash to make them go away. Fetch had enough of them, their name calling and making funny of him. Calling him a 'Pet'. He rolled Right in front of the two who stopped laughing.

"You two better get going before I do something I won't regret."

Hoops and Dumbbell looked at each other and feel on the floor laughing. Fetch just sat there with and look of anger clutching his fist, wanting to punch them both in the face. Fluttershy came to his side and said something but he didn't hear it, he was to busy controlling his anger.

After a good minute of laughing they finally got up off the floor wiping the tears off their faces.

"Oh...I haven't laughed like that in a long time..."

Fetch still looked at them not blinking keeping that pissed looked on his face.

"Hey Dumbbell I think he's serious."

"Oh come on you think he can do anything look at him, he's in a wheelchair.

Hoops flew on the Opposite side of Fetch in which he turned to face Hoops. Dumbbell took the opportunity to push Fetch out the wheel chair. He fell to the ground ,but turned to his back quickly and growled at the two.

"Hey Hoops look at him."

"Yeah what a loser."

Fluttershy was mad and was about to stepped in front of the two, but was taken back when she heard one of the two scream in pain.

"OOOWWW! YOU SHOULD WHATCH YOUR PET CLUTTERSHY!"

"YEAH L-L-LOOK WHAT HE DID."

She seen Dumbbell holding his face. He had three long cuts across it.

"Yeah that's only what I can do while i'm not on my feet. So I suggest you leave...NOW!"

With that, they both fled from the Dog. Fetch crawled back to his chair, and sat back down and contiuned to go to Rarity's. He passed Fluttershy and stopped and turned his head around to look at her.

"Hey. Are you going to stand there all day or are we going to your friend's house."

"Oh..right. Its just over there."

A Few Minutes Later

"Well Fetch here we are, Carousel Boutique."

Fluttershy said standing next to the building. She knocked on the door three times she heard her friend saying 'One minute Darling' and what sounded like somethings falling over and glass objects breaking.

After a few seconds Rarity opened the door.

"Oh well hello Fluttershy and what brings you...Wahahaha!"

Rarity screamed and ran back inside slamming the door in their faces.

"Well that went exactly how I thought it would."

"What do you mean?"

"I knew she would react that way just like every other pony has since I've been here."

"Oh come on you don't really think that do you?"

"I don't think, I know...*Sigh* oh well lets get going."

Just like that the door opened to revile Rarity.

"I'm so sorry darling I wasn't expecting company to come right now. My shop was just simply a mess so I had to clean it up. Now what brings you two here." she said with a smile on her face.

"Oh we came here to get Fetch some new clothes..I mean if your not to busy that is."

"No not at all darling. I would be happy to do that, plus I get to put my seamstress skills to the test. Now please do come in."

Rarity walked back into her shop letting the others to walk in. Before they did Fluttershy looked at Fetch and smiled.

"See I told you she'd be happy to see you."

Fetch just smiled and rolled in behind her and shut the door and rolled next to Fluttershy.

"Now darling do you know what you want?"

"Um..I really didn't think about that on the way here...Hmm, what about something formal and something casual."

"Oh that sounds marvelous. Now if you could just come over here to this stand so I can get your measurements."

Fetch rolled to the stand and use his muscle to pull himself up. He sat down while Rarity took his measurements.

"Um..Rarity."

"Yes what is it Fluttershy."

"Can I use the bathroom.

"Why of course no need to ask.

"Oh..right

Fluttershy went up stairs to use the restroom. Rarity got done doing her measurement and went to get white and black fabric.

"So...Fetch was it. What is going on between you and Fluttershy she has never been that close to...how can I put this delicately..A ruffian who kidnaps ponies for their diamond mines. Did you do something to her, are you telling her lies that you will never hurt her, or that..."

"Now hold up. We came here to get me some new clothes not play 20 questions."

"So you have been lying haven't you."

"Look what I said back in the hospital was the truth, i'm tired of those countless hours of kidnapping ponies. I even saved her from two Pegasus jerks that were harassing us both. Why can't none of you believe me like Shy does."

"You do not call her that, you are not her friend she just taking care of you because she is always helping an animal in need."

"Oh so now I'm an animal huh?"

"Yes, you are, and I would appreciate..no demand that you call her Fluttershy or I'll."

"You'll what!" Fetch said growling at her. Rarity just stared daggers at him.

"Just don't hurt her. If you do all of us are coming after you."

"Pft...whatever don't you have some sewing to get too."

It was a good minute before Fluttershy came back down and she could see that something wasn't right.

"Um..is there something wrong?"

"Oh nothing is wrong here darling. Isn't that right Fetch."

Rarity said putting emphasis on his name while looking at him. He just rolled his eyes.

"Yeah everything is fine..Shy."

Rarity's eye twitched when he said her name like that again. Fluttershy just smiled and walked over to Fetch and gave him a hug. Rarity saw this in the mirror, showing the two of them in a warm embrace. Her eye twitched even more and she started to grind her teeth. Fetch saw her in the mirror he smiled and laughed to himself. Rarity finished his Dress shirts and started to work on his casual clothes.

"So Fluttershy were are you going after here?"

"Oh.. Well we were going to go see Twilight after this...Why?"

"Oh no reason just wondering were you would be."

After a good five minutes Rarity finished his clothes and gave them to Fluttershy.

"So Rarity what do we owe you?"

"Oh nothing it's free of charge."

Fetch looked at her skeptically and shook his head.

"Oh, thank you Rarity. Come on Fetch let's go see Twilight i'm sure she would be happy to see you."

"Yeah i'm coming."

"Oh Fetch can I talk to you for a minute." said Rarity

Fetch rolled to Rarity who whispered in his ear.

"That will be 175 bits."

"Here my wrist band has a pure diamond in it that's worth 1000. Take it and leave us alone."

Fetch ripped of his wrist band and threw it on the floor in front of her and rolled out of her shop.

Well let's see what's going to happen at Twilight's house.
