Chapter 1View OnlineFluttercordChapter 1It was a beautiful morning in Ponyville, not a cloud in the sky (thanks to Rainbow Dash). Fluttershy was on her way to visit Applejack at Sweet Apple Acres for a picnic. She was happy as could be - almost. One thing had been bothering her for a while. She had a crush on Discord, the Spirit of Chaos. Yes, he had been reformed, but he still loved to reign chaos in the patch of land Celestia and Luna had given him. Fluttershy had met up with him a lot, most of the times at her garden or in the park, since he wasn't allowed in any cafés. Fluttershy was embarrassed about this, and she had kept it a secret from all of her pony friends except for Applejack. Fluttershy was so lost in her own thoughts that she didn't notice when she bumped into the side of the bright red barn. "Fluttershy? Is that y'all?" Called a voice with an unmistakable southern accent. "Yes, Applejack, it's me," said Fluttershy in a quiet tone. The orange Earth pony then stepped through the barn doors, laden with a bulging saddlebag. "Are y'all ready?" she asked. "Ready!" Chirped Fluttershy. "Ok then, follow me," Applejack commanded. Fluttershy followed Applejack to a small clearing in the apple tree grove. It was a beautiful place, with all kinds of animals scattered about. "Wow, Applejack! This place is amazing!" Said a thrilled Fluttershy. "Glad y'all like it!" Applejack put her saddlebag on the ground at the edge of the clearing and said, "We'd best be setting up now." "Ok," whispered Fluttershy as she pulled out the red-and-white checkered cloth from her saddlebag. She spread it on the ground and put some stones on the corners to keep it from blowing away. Applejack and Fluttershy then continued to set up the food and drinks. Once everything was set up, the two best friends stood back to admire their work. "It looks great, pardner!" said Applejack. Before them sat a feast of apple pies, cream cheese sandwiches, apple muffins, cucumbers, and much more. They sat down and started to nibble on the food. "So, Fluttershy, y'all needed advice on y'all's - crush?" Asked Applejack. Fluttershy blushed lightly and said, "Yes..." "Well, I'm the right pony to go to in this situation. When are you planning on asking him out?" "At our next meet-up," squeaked the embarrassed Pegasus. "Ok then. At y'all's next meet-up, y'all have to put on something nice, maybe some golden horseshoes or a flower in your hair. You also need to be nice as always, which will be no problem." Fluttershy nodded. "Maybe, prepare for a picnic like this one. Y'all can find a secluded spot in the woods, I'm sure." "Okay," said Fluttershy as she stuffed a whole apple muffin into her mouth. "These cucumber sandwiches are delicious," said the Earth pony. "Make some of these for him, I'm sure he'll love them!" "Sure," smiled Fluttershy. Suddenly, Fluttershy was aware of a clock tower sounding in the distance. She stood up and looked over the treetops to Ponyville and the clock tower. "Oh my gosh! Is it noon already? I'm meeting Discord in 20 minutes!" Screamed Fluttershy. "Then y'all should go home and get prepared!" Said Applejack. "Okay," whisper-screamed Fluttershy. She then grabbed her saddlebag and flew off towards her house.
Chapter 2View OnlineFluttercordChapter 2Fluttershy arrived home and rushed inside. She hastily prepared some more cream cheese sandwiches and rushed upstairs to get ready. She slid on her golden horseshoes and combed her hair until it was silky. She then picked a beautiful purple flower from outside and slid it behind her ear. Next, she polished her hooves until they shined. Then, she packed her saddlebag with the picnic supplies. On her way out the door, she glanced in the mirror and gasped when she saw the pony in the reflection. The reflection-pony had a silky pink mane and shiny hooves. She wore a pair of shimmering golden horseshoes and had a purple calla lily tucked behind her ear. She then realized that she was looking at herself! "What have I done?" Fluttershy asked herself in amazement. She turned away from the mirror and continued out the door with a determined look on her face as she flew to Discord's land. "Discord! I'm here!" Fluttershy said while knocking on his red and white polka-dotted upside-down door to his green and pink stripes castle. "Coming, my dear!" The spirit of chaos shouted. She waited for only a moment more until the door opened. The draconequus stood there in a bright pink T-shirt that read "My chaos is better than yours" in neon yellow letters. He gaped down at Fluttershy and said,"One more moment please." He slid back inside and was out in a second, this time wearing a bow tie. He smiled sheepishly at the delicate little Pegasus before him. "You look so beautiful!" He whispered. This made Fluttershy blush a deep pink and grin. "T-thank you!" She stuttered. "I picked out a nice spot for us today!" Truly, she hadn't picked it out yet, but she could find a random clearing, easy. "Okay! Walking or flying?" Discord asked. "Flying, I suppose." The two took off, Fluttershy staying close to Discord as she searched for an acceptable clearing. She spotted a nice-looking one and pointed it out to Discord. "Does that look nice?" She asked. "Yes, it looks perfect!" He then started to descend, Fluttershy right behind him. When they landed, Fluttershy spread out the blanket and anchored it with some rocks as she did earlier at Applejack's. "A picnic?" The curious draconequus asked. "Yes, if that's-" "It's perfect!" He smiled enthusiastically. Once all the food was set up, Discord summoned a flaming candle and put it off to the side. They then sat down and looked at each other through grins. "So, I've been meaning to ask you something-" Fluttershy began. "Me too..." Replied Discord. Fluttershy blushed and gained a surge of hope - he might be thinking the same thing! "You can go first, Discord," Fluttershy said. "Um, okay..." He blushed and took a deep breath. "Fluttershy, would you do the extraordinary honors of being my... Special Somepony?" He blushed a very deep red and gave a sheepish grin. "Yes, of course! That's what I wanted to ask you, too!" Fluttershy squealed excitedly. The two gazed into each other's eyes for a moment before Fluttershy trotted over to sit next to him. "I love you," Fluttershy confessed. "I love you more," Discord said. "I don't think that's possible," Fluttershy grinned, and then she pressed her lips against his. They were soft and warm, and they felt great. She wrapped her hoof around his neck, pulling him even closer. He twirled his claw around in her hair, while his lion paw went up and down her back, trying to feel every last bit of her. Then, Discord laid down, Fluttershy on top of him. They continued to kiss, wanting more and more of each other. Finally, after what could've been a minute, a day, a month, or even a year, they broke apart. "You are the best thing that had ever happened to me," whispered Discord. "Same here," said Fluttershy. And they continued on into their small but perfect piece of forever. Author's Note That last sentence was stolen from the last sentence of Breaking Dawn in the Twilight Saga. Chapter 5View OnlineFluttercordChapter 5"Fluttershy." She heard a voice calling from a distance. "Fluttershy, wake up." The groggy pegasus woke and groaned. "Who is it?" She croaked. "Fluttershy, it's me. Discord!" The pegasus turned her head to see her lover next to her. "Discord," she whispered and he leaned down and kissed her. "What time is it?" She asked. "Around noon. You slept for a full 24 hours, and then some!" The draconequus said. This news caused Fluttershy to sit up. "I gotta go find my friends!" She said. "They could be worried!" "No, don't go! Stay here with me!" Discord asked with puppy eyes. "No, I want to spend some time with my friends," argued Fluttershy. "NO, YOU WILL NOT GO VISIT YOUR FRIENDS!" The Lord of chaos yelled in a booming voice. He snapped his fingers and Fluttershy slumped to the bed for a moment, and then rose again, but her eyes were now never ending red and white swirls. She was hypnotized. "Yes, master." She said in a monotone. Discord stared at what he had done for a moment, and then shrugged. When she wakes up from the trance, I'm sure she won't mind... he said to himself. Then, all of a sudden - "FLUTTERSHY!" A light blue pegasus with a rainbow mane was suddenly swooping towards them. Rainbow Dash. "Oh Fluttershy, I'm so glad that -" she began, until she noticed her eyes. "WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO HER?" Roared Rainbow Dash, looking straight into Discord's eyes with an angry expression. "Umm..." He grinned sheepishly. "BRING OUR FLUTTERSHY BACK! NOW!!" Rainbow Dash commanded. "Fine," Discord grumbled and snapped his fingers. "Wh-what happened?" Asked a dazed Fluttershy. "Discord put you in a trance, and I just happened to be flying around -" Rainbow Dash began. "Wait, wait. Hold on. Discord put me in a trance?!" The pegasus stared at The Lord of Chaos, her expression half anger, half surprise. Chapter 7View OnlineFluttercordChapter 7It had been a week since Discord had put Fluttershy into the trance. She felt very alone, even though she had all of her friends to comfort her. She had been thinking about him constantly, and had cried every night because of him. She didn't know whether she cried because of anger, sadness, or because she just missed him. She always thought about their kisses, replayed in her head over and over, reliving them as best as she could. But nothing worked. No medicines, no speeches, nothing. She was suffering from something that could only be cured by Discord. Loneliness. Fluttershy shuffled around her cottage, as usual, putting a piece of toast into the toaster and pouring a glass of orange juice. And as always, she didn't eat more than a bite or two. She thought that maybe, she could go visit one of her friends, just to cry in their hooves and to have them comfort her. They had tried their best; Pinkie Pie throwing a huge party, Rainbow Dash inviting her for a fly, Applejack inviting her for lunch, Rarity making her a new dress, and Twilight casting spells with cool effects on her. These would have cheered her up and made her happy - under different circumstances. She sighed and got up from the breakfast table and walked out the door. It was a crisp, cool morning, with clouds shrouding the sun and wind blowing the leaves off some of the trees. She began to walk down the pathway until she tripped on something. When she looked down, she felt as if her heart had exploded. Beneath her lay a large bundle of tulips - her favorite. They were in all different colors; red; white; orange; yellow; purple; and many others. She picked them up and inhaled their sweet scent. She carried them inside and was about to set them in a case until she noticed that there was a card attached. She already knew who it was from, and she refused to open it. She took it and flung it across the room. It fluttered softly onto her bed. She turned around and went out the door again. She then flew to Pinkie Pie's place. "Hey, Pinkie," Fluttershy whispered. "Hey, super-duper-best friend! Why'd you come? Ooh, wait, I think I know! A little while ago, you had a crush on Discord and you wanted to tell him, so you went to Applejack's to ask for advice, and then you brought Discord to a clearing in the forest, and then you ate cucumber sandwiches, and then you kissed, and then you fell asleep together, and then in the morning he summoned a gigantic bed with tons of rose petals, and then you made out on it, and then you fell asleep again, and then he hypnotized you in the morning, and then Rainbow Dash came down and saved you, and both of you flew off, and you went home and cried about it all a lot, and then you came over to Sugarcube Corner to ask me if I could throw you a big giant party to try to cheer you up?!" Pinkie took a huge breath and Fluttershy stared at her with open-mouthed shock. "H-how'd you do that?!" She questioned. "I don't know!" She smiled happily. "Well, you basically got everything spot on," she sighed. "Okay! I can throw you a big giant bash and invite everypony in Ponyville!!" She shrieked. "Ok, that sounds great!" Fluttershy said.
Chapter 8View OnlineFluttercordChapter 8Fluttershy wandered around a bit, looking in the shops and chatting with other ponies. Finally, Pinkie Pie came up and told her,"Your party is prepared!!" She then took out her beloved party cannon (from nowhere?!) and gave it 3 blasts. When it cleared out, Fluttershy was covered head to hoof in glitter and confetti. She shook some of it off and Pinkie giggled. "C'mon, follow me!" Pinkie said. The two went back to Sugarcube Corner, Pinkie Pie bouncing along and Fluttershy fluttered (hence her name) behind her. As soon as they arrived, Pinkie leaped inside the door and told Fluttershy to wait. She obediently stayed in her place and distinctly heard someone say "Muffins" inside. A second later, Pinkie strolled back out in a frilly party dress decorated with candy and balloons. Fluttershy had no idea how she could dress so fast! She shook her head as Pinkie said, "You can come in now!" Fluttershy walked up to the doorstep and slowly opened it with her hoof. It was pitch black inside. She took one step into the door, and all of a sudden, the lights flashed on, some music started to play, and several dozen figures popped up. "FLUTTERSHY!!" Screamed all the figures. Pinkie brought out the party cannon again and gave it 10 kajillion blasts! Fluttershy smiled for the first time in days as she recognized some of the figures: Twilight Sparkle, Applejack, Derpy Hooves, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Octavia, Dr. Whooves, Vinyl Scratch, and many others! She started to trot around, picking up a cup of punch on the way. She greeted all of her friends and started to dance. She was having so much fun, that she didn't notice when a certain head with mismatched horns popped up outside of the window. Discord. He was watching her, having heard about the giant party. He saw how much fun she was having at her very own party, and he started to feel bad for putting that trance on her because she wanted to go visit her friends. He was being very selfish. He sighed and slumped to the ground to swim in his own misery. Then, a few minutes later, he heard hoof steps next to him. He sat up and saw that it was Fluttershy, laughing and chatting with Pinkie Pie. She didn't notice him for a second, but then she saw him and recognized who it was and gasped. Embarrassed for being found outside of her party, he slinked away into the alleyway, away from his beautiful pegasus.
Chapter 3View OnlineFluttercordChapter 3Darkness. That was all Fluttershy could see. Consuming darkness. Wait - was that a light? A light, a bright yellow light. Two. Two lights. Looking. Searching. Finding. The lights, which Fluttershy suspected to be eyes, suddenly started to move towards her, very quickly. The pegasus backed up a few steps until flat - out running away from the menacing eyes. She screamed, but she knew that nopony could hear her. She was alone. The eyes were catching up. She could hear heavy breaths now, and she could smell - what was that scent? Garbage; or maybe rotting eggs, she didn't know. All she cared about was that she got away from this creature. She could hear it on her hooves. She was very scared, but she kept running. She was sweating now, and she was about to give up - Fluttershy woke with a start, heart pounding from the nightmare. She wiped the sweat from her forehead and realized that she wasn't in her bed. She glanced around her and saw that she was in a grassy clearing in the middle of a forest, and there was a sleeping draconequus next to her. Fluttershy thought back to last night and her heart ached for more. She leaned over and gave Discord a soft kiss on the lips to wake him up. The sleepy lord of chaos opened one eye and glared at the pony who had woken him up - until he realized that it was Fluttershy, then his gaze turned soft. "Fluttershy," he whispered. "Good m-morning," Fluttershy stammered and snuggled up next to him. "I just woke up from a terrible nightmare," Fluttershy told him. At this, he sat up and gazed at her, curled into his fur. "Are you ok?" He sounded worried. "Um-" She was broken off by Discord's kiss. Fluttershy passionately returned the kiss, wrapping her hooves around his neck. The couple sat there for a minute, kissing each other heavily. When they finally broke apart, Fluttershy said," What do you want to do today?" "Whatever you would like to do, my dearest." He voiced. Fluttershy thought for a moment and then said,"We could stay here all day!" and then blushed a deep red. Discord grinned and blushed as well. "That sounds perfect!" he smiled.
Chapter 4View OnlineFluttercordChapter 4Discord summoned a huge, beautiful bed covered with rose petals. The couple climbed on top and layed down. "This would've been helpful last night before we went to sleep," mentioned Fluttershy with a small smile. Discord laughed and said,"Maybe so..." Fluttershy then snuggled in Discord's soft fur again and looked up at him. "Whatcha wanna talk about?" She asked. "Oh, I don't want to talk," said the love-hungry draconequus. "Then what do y-" Discord kissed Fluttershy with as much passion and love as he could muster, stroking her silky mane and rubbing her back. Fluttershy returned the favor, her wings opening a bit, revealing how much she loved this moment. The lovebirds moved against each other, and they tried to touch each other everywhere they could. Just as it seemed that Discord was going to pull away, Fluttershy laid on top of him, pinning him to the bed. Discord gave in, still desiring the yellow pegasus's kiss. Discord then started to rub her stomach, and Fluttershy squeaked. She had never been touched this low before. But she kept on kissing her beautiful draconequus, hers and only hers. She smiled to herself and finally pulled away from the kiss. She had no idea how long they had been making out, maybe 15 minutes? She sighed and collapsed in Discord's arms. She was suddenly very tired, even though she had just woken up. She closed her eyes and tucked in her wings as she scooted closer to Discord. She was soon asleep.

"Fine," Discord grumbled and snapped his fingers. "Wh-what happened?" Asked a dazed Fluttershy. "Discord put you in a trance, and I just happened to be flying around -" Rainbow Dash began. "Wait, wait. Hold on. Discord put me in a trance?!" The pegasus stared at The Lord of Chaos, her expression half anger, half surprise. "Maybe?" He grimaced. "You put me in a trance so you could control me so I couldn't go and see my friends?!" The normally quiet pony raged. She then gave him the Stare, making him shrink down in fright. "You go, Fluttershy!" Cheered Rainbow Dash. "You evil, selfish little beast! You just wanted to have me all to yourself all day! Well, sometimes, I need to spend time with OTHER PONIES! Have you ever thought about that?" She then turned her back on him and said, "Come on, Rainbow Dash, we're leaving." Then, his beautiful pegasus took off with Rainbow Dash. "Fluttershy, wait!" He called after her. He swore that he saw her hesitate a moment, considering looking back. But then she continued flying away, away from him. ~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~ As Fluttershy was flying away, she heard Discord ask her to come back. She hesitated a moment, thinking of him, of how much she loved him. But he would have to deal with a consequence for this. She shook her head and continued to follow Rainbow Dash away from the Spirit of Chaos that was her lover.
Chapter 9View OnlineFluttercordChapter 9Chapter 9 Discord sunk down onto a pile of trash in the alleyway and sighed. He had been caught. "Discord?" A small voice whispered at the mouth of the alleyway. The draconequus looked up at Fluttershy as she trotted down next to him. "I-I'm sorry for - " Discord began to mumble. "Don't apologize, it's fine," Fluttershy said in a soothing tone. "Well, I've just missed you, I mean, it's been a week - " Discord whispered. "I've missed you too, Discord, and the whole reason that there was a party was because I was sad. Because I hadn't been with you." She stared into his eyes. Discord hesitated for a moment, and then he leaned over and kissed Fluttershy. It was gentle at first, but then it became hungry and needing. They both kissed each other until they ran out of breath. Discord then pulled Fluttershy into his lap and leaned down to kiss her again. Right before his lips landed on hers, a pink - haired pony came around the corner into the alleyway with a bag of trash. "Oops - am I interrupting something?" Pinkie Pie squeaked. The couple pulled away from each other and Fluttershy quickly rolled over so she was sitting next to Discord instead of being on top of him. "Ummm..." Fluttershy blushed. "Oh, okay!" Pinkie squealed. "Have fun, lovey-doves!" She called as she bounced back into the house. "Maybe we should go somewhere else," whispered Discord. "I have just the place in mind." Said Fluttershy through a pink blush. 1 Year Later "Discord?" Fluttershy called, looking for her husband. Discord and Fluttershy had gotten married a week ago, and today was their one-week-anniversary. "Yes, darling?" Discord called from somewhere upstairs. "Could I take you somewhere?" She called. "But of course, my sweet! Where are we going?" Discord asked, suddenly appearing at the top of the stairs. "Well, it's a surprise." Fluttershy smiled. "Oh, okay!" The draconequus said. The two went outside and took flight. Fluttershy led the way, passing over lots of ponies underneath. Then, they reached their destination - the clearing where they had declared their love for each other. Discord gasped when he saw that there was a romantic candlelight dinner set out before them. "Do you like it?" Fluttershy asked. She was answered with a kiss.
