Equestria is building up to war - the Union of Soviet Pony Republics has secretly been doing some suspicious things as of late, and Equestria looks ripe for the taking. Rumors also suggest inner strife, but could a Civil War even be possible?

EDIT: I will slowly revamp the entire story, name and story, but will keep general plot. As in story center, not horse butt, even though that'd be nice :)
