//-------------------------------------------------------// Trixie Lulamoon and the Alicorn Amethyst -by alipopsie- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// The story //-------------------------------------------------------// The story Trixie's parents had died in a cart crash. It was one of the very few questions her aunt Emerald Gleam had answered for her. According to her, the 3 ponies had been travelling home one night, her father pulling the cart after having a few too many kegs of cider. As he pulled them down the road, he wasn't looking where he was going and tripped. He crashed straight into a post and her parents were killed instantly. She survived with only a star shaped scar just under her horn. Once they had been found, officials brought Trixie to the house of her closest living relatives, who had abused her ever since. There were many holes in this story that Trixie couldn't quite fill in, but whenever she asked, her aunt and uncle had stubbornly refused to reply. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 1:Abused and A Loner //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 1:Abused and A Loner "What's wrong, yah FREAK?" Platinum's voice rang through Trixie's ears. Trixie squeaked. "Is mean Pwatnum Shine making wittle Twixie all sad?" She asked in a mock baby voice, wiping an imaginary tear from her eye. "Here, why not have some LUNCH?" She shouted, punching Trixie right in the mouth. "That was a very nice horseshoe sandwich, thank you, Platinum. Here, you can have a bite of MINE!" She swung her hoof into Platinum's mouth just as Ms. Junebug rounded the corner. "TRIXIE LULAMOON!" She yelled. "Don't you dare hit your cousin again!" "B-but, Ms Ju-" "Don't 'but' me, young mare! Go to time-out!" She pointed her hoof towards the picnic table reserved for foals who broke the school rules. "And don't get up until you've written a letter to Principal Smith about what happened, or go to her office right now and tell her yourself!" Trixie got off Platinum and headed to the school building. ••• That was pretty much every second at school that Trixie had ever had. Her parents had died when she was 1 and she was left to live with her aunt, uncle and cousin. When she asked Aunt Diamond, all she had said was "They died in a cart crash. Don't ask questions." Her cousin Platinum bullied her at school every day. The only times her relatives acknowledged her were when they had jobs that needed doing. ••• "Trixie," Mr. Trimly said "Will be working with Platinum. You fillies will be reading and reviewing the entire Sherclop Holmes series by next Wednesday." "Guess who'll be doing all the work." Platinum hissed in Trixie's ear. "You will be required to write at least 2 hooves of writing WITH NO LETTERS OVER 1 1/2 CENTIMETRES TALL. Do you understand?" "Yes, sir." Trixie said with a sigh. Then, the recess bell rang. Oh, god! ••• As soon as Trixie got home she got to work on the homework she and Platinum had been set. She had one sentence to go when she suddenly saw a bright flash of green light. It was strange, this happened randomly at the most strange of times. She suspected it was part of the cart crash her parents had died in, but she couldn't figure out how green light could be related to a cart crash. She finished writing the sentence and got into her bed, if you could call it that. It was basically a small pile of straw with a blanket on it. well, at least it's Friday, no need to worry about school.
