Every pony was in shock. Who would have committed such a horrible crime? -- They built Shadowsmiles a nice little comfy house. She settled nicely though still did not reveal her identity. Shadowsmiles made a quick prayer to the underworld gods and spoke to Nightmare Moon through a portal-like substance, though they were both in different places. "Hello, Shadowsmiles. What is the news?" Shadowsmiles bowed her head. "I have great news. For me and possibly you. I have murdered the Cutie Mark Crusaders, Apple Bloom, Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle." Nightmare Moon bit her lip but nodded with approval. "They were such stupid and annoying fillies anyway. Dissmissed." The image of Nightmare Moon faded. Shadowsmiles did not notice a shadow from the window behind her... -- Twilight Sparkle, an honest pony, ran to her gang. "Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash! Pinkie Pie! Applejack, and Rarity!" She huffed. Everybody looked at her. "What's the rush, darlin'?" Applejack murmured, her eyes red from sobbing. Rarity was sobbing loudly and dramatically. Fluttershy stuttered, "Yes, Twilight?" "I saw that pony speaking with Nightmare Moon! This is bad! What if she killed Scootaloo, Sweetie Belle and Apple Bloom?!" Rainbow Dash shook her head. "Impossible, Twilight. I think this unfortunate event is getting to your head..." Dash sniffed. Fluttershy was praying for their poor little souls. Pinkie Pie's hair abnormally was straight with sadness, confusion, anger and depression. Everybody was out of order. They weren't expecting what was happening next... The First SignPonyville was supposed going through its daily routine. Every pony was supposed busy, had something to do. Others were supposed chillax to with their friends, or eating a nice meal together. But something was out of order. A new pony, one that had suddenly walked into Ponyville. She was drowned in a wave of questions, whispers, and slight excitment. Rainbow Dash muttered, "Some pony. Look at her cutie mark! A ghost? How'd she get that dumb thing?" Pinkie Pie squealed, "Oh, maybe she's a paranormal investigator or something!" Flutteryshy just silently walked back to her home. The mysterious pony pushed through the crowd into the Everfree forest. Every pony gasped and mumbled to themselves, "What is she doing? Is she crazy? Why does she want to go in there?! It's scary in there!!" The cutie mark crusaders creeped after her; They were curious, too. A Shocking DeathApple Bloom murmured to Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo, "Don't y'all think it's dangerous out here? There could be monsters or somethin'!" Scootaloo smirked, "Oh, psh. I doubt it." Though Scootaloo's hind legs were shaking with fear. Sweetie Belle remained silent. Apple Bloom glanced, worried. "Somethin' wrong with ya, Sweetie Belle?" She shook her head. "If we don't be quiet, monsters may actually come!" Scootaloo sweat dropped. "Oh," Apple Bloom grinned, "Let's keep walkin', now." The mysterious pony murmured to herself, "I need a plan. If anyone is to find out about this, I may get corrupted. I, Shadowsmiles, vow to get my revenge." Shadowsmiles, the pony of misery, agony, and pain rose her head. A white pony with a beautiful straight blue and purple mane, a red tattered cape, along with a red beret, dark purple demon wings, rows of extremely sharp teeth, two yellow hoop earrings and her purple ghost cutie mark. You must admit, she looked scary, all in all. "Ponies are stupid. They mess up their own lives by killing each other, while one misfit thinks up a plan and becomes the best of the best. I will visit Nightmare Moon soon. Right now I must think of my plan- Uh-oh. Some pony is approaching.." She flew up a tree quickly. Scootaloo laughed nervously, "Well, we're at the edge of the Everfree forest. I don't see any pony." Sweetie Belle smiled, "Maybe it was an illusion! What if we created it?! Somehow?!" Sweetie Belle, Apple Bloom and Scootaloo each looked at their flanks. "Aw, nothing." Shadowsmiles narrowed her eyes. "...Ah. My first victims... I have a plan, too." Shadowsmiles ever so quietly flew from tree to tree until she was behind them. Apple Bloom must have sensed something, because she turned around. Shadowsmiles had suddenly dark eyes; purple sharp strings of lights emerged from her body. Apple Bloom screamed a horrible, loud screech as one shot through her body. Some blood splattered on the ground as her eyes rolled back and she fell to her knees; To her death. Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo had no time to react as the same thing happened to them. Their corpses bled heavily and smeared the cool grass with blood. Shadowsmiles was clearly pleased with herself. Only the rest of Ponyville to go. The Next DeathEverybody soon got in-depth in Twilight's plans, but they still didn't believe her. When the next pony was murdered, everybody banned fun events of any kind for eternity. -- Pinkie Pie rushed out onto the field with her toothless pet alligator, Gummy. Gummy nipped at her soft, fluffy pink mane. "Oh , boy Gummy!! It's raining! You know what that means!" The passersby ponies rushed into their homes and took a quiet nap, or curled up with a nice book. All except for three. Pinkie Pie and Gummy rolled around in the cool mud, getting themselves dirty and sticky. A pair of eyes watched from the trees, trying to keep her evil energy at level. Soon she just couldn't take it. The same farmiliar purple strings of dangerous demon light emerged from her body and cut through Pinkie's neck and sliced at her tummy. Some organs slid out as she dropped to the ground and smeared the grass with warm blood. "That dumb Gummy." She wringed his neck and strode off to her home casually, leaving their corpses to rot and blood-stain the grass. No one ever suspected. -- When Fluttershy came to that very field the next day, she screamed loud enough to where even Princess Celestia could hear it. All of Ponyville came in a rush to see what the big fuss was. Everything sweet and fun was banned from then on; Especially the Sugar Cube Corner.
