The Legend of Star Swirl The Bearded
"Magic. Myth. Legend. These things are said as fake. But can I, a wizard, prove them wrong?" A gray unicorn proclaimed to the crowd. The other ponies murmured, unsure of the newcomer. "The answer is yes, my young ponies!" Star Swirl said. His horn started to shine brighter than the moon, producing a beam. The magic hit a flagpole on the road, turning it into a magnificent snake. The snake started to hiss.Ssss.... Aaaaahhhhssss. Star Swirl formed a magic sword, whirling it through the air. His friend Scorpan was working the curtains and music backstage.
"Aargh!" He cut the snake in half, and the sword disappeared. The snake reverted back to a broken pole. "Yay!" The crowd cheered, as Star Swirl vanished in a puff of smoke. Meanwhile, in The Castle of the Two Sisters, Princess Luna had just finished releasing the stars. She started to form constellations, when a unicorn teleported behind her. "Oof!" Star Swirl moaned. "Star Swirl the Bearded, I presume?" Celestia questioned, appearing from inside the tower. "Yes, yes," Star Swirl said. "Nice show." Luna said, walking along with them. "It was one of your best, young Star Swirl." Celestia added. "Great thanks, your Highnesses, but I need help with a spell."
Inside the Sisters magic room, Star Swirl read his spell. "One to another, another to one, when destinies are realized, the magic is done." A glow formed in the room, but nothing happened. "Hmm, it seems as if the spell is, as you say, a dud." Luna remarked. Celestia looked carefully at the spellbook, reading the spell. "Or is it? I have a felling that far in the future, will a young Unicorn, such as myself, will read this and perform it." Star Swirl replied. "We shall keep this in the treasures room, for safekeeping." Celestia declared. "Thank you, your Highness. I must go." With that, the wizard vanished in a puff of smoke.
5 years later, Star Swirl was rushing frantic through his home, frustrated with a new spell. "Argh! Come on! Work! WORK!."He slammed books into the wall, angry. It was a spell to control chaos. This spell he had worked for a good two and a half months! He decided to walk through the Everfree, to practice magic, when he encountered a pack of Timberwolves! Grrr....Rarggg.....Grag... They encircled him, when a large bear approached. He was a dark purple, with black claws, and eyes of hatred. "You have trespassed among my land, our land." He spoke. Other disfigured and misshapen creatures crawled out. "You shalt have the punishment of a thousand magics!" The great bear opened his mouth and bared his claws. A dark, chaotic magic was beamed right at the unicorn."Aaaaaahhhhh!" Star Swirl screeched as went under a horrific transformation.
Hours later, he awoke in a field. He looked at himself, and was terrified at what he saw. He was long, like a snake, but he had a dragon's tail, a lions paw, a eagle claw, a Pegasus wing, a hooved foot, a lizard foot, a bat wing, a pair of disfigured horns, and a chaotic face.
