30 minutes story challenge
When I woke up, all I can see was the darkness of the Everfree Forest. I don't know how I got here, my mind is still a little fuzzy. I tried to get up, but only to have pain meet me. I turned to look at my body to see what happened. I only wish I didn't there were 3 claw marks on my side. Blood was still coming from the wound, meaning that it happened not too long ago. I looked around to see if I can find something to hold my wound, so no more blood comes out. As I looked at my surroundings I came to see that I was in a ditch. It was an average sides. Even a small filly can jump and get out of it, but because of my injury I am stuck here.
"I wondered who or what attacked me?"
I said to myself as I looked at my wound again, but then I shook my head.
"It's no time to be thinking of this, I need to find something to cover my wound and find away out of here"
I thought to myself. Looking again I found some leaves and vines just a few inches away from me. Slowly I crawled over to them, even though the pain grew more and more every time I move a centimeter of my body. When I got to the them, I grabbed the leaves and put two on each of the 3 claw marks. When it was time to wrap the vines around me the pain grew even more unbearable. With one more tug the vine keep the leaves in place. I let out a little whine once I was finish with the deed. I tried to get up again but only to fall back down to the dirt.
"Oh horse feathers."
I said hitting the ground with my hoof. I was about try to get up again, when a heard a sound coming from behind me.
"Oh sweet Celestia, somepony came to help me."
I said in a happy voice, but when I turned my head only to meet pure terror. There on the other side of the ditch was a timber wolf. The wolf walked to me as if I was it's next meal. Panicked, I struggled to get up to my hoof, but only to fall back down. Then the wolf got into a pouncing position. I let out a little cry knowing it was the end of me. As I wait for my faith I closed my eyes and prayed that it'll be quick, but only it never came. Slowly I opened my eyes to not only seeing the timber wolf was gone but yellow red eyes staring at me. In a fright I jumped backed from the figure in front of me. From the quick movement my wound opened and blood started leak out from the leaves and vines. I whimpered in pain.
"Now, is that anyway to thanks a pony that saved you from being attacked by a timber wolf."
I looked up at the pony that saved me, only to have my eyes widen. The pony or thing was a mixture of different animals. I remembered one of my pony friends saying that there was a pony who's body was made out of different type of animals, and the it tried to take over Equestia twice only to be turned into stone. If I remembered correctly the pony's name was.
"Discord."
"The one and only."
Discord said to me with a bow and a smile. He then looked at me more closely, eyeing me everywhere. I couldn't help but blush at the situation. He then took his claw and touched my wound. I then let out a little shriek of pain.
"Hmmm...it looks like you got yourself injury. Do you mind if I look at it."
I shook my head 'no' and Discord begins to unwrap the vines and taking off the leaves. He looked at my wounds as if he was wondering how I got injured. In which my hunch was correct because Discord said.
"Do you know what happened to you, Miss?"
"Sweetheart. Miss Sweetheart. As for how I got this I don't know. I don't even remember how I got in the Everfree Forest."
I said to Discord just as confuse as he was. I was about to say something else when my vision started to blur and my head felt dizzy. I guess Discord saw my state because he picked me up in his claw and paw and with a snap from his tail we where gone from the darkness of the Everfree and into the light of Ponyville hospital. I squint my eyes from the change in lighting.
"Discord? What are you doing here?"
I heard one of the nurses ask Discord. I can feel his body heat go hot as if he was angry.
"What dose it look like, Nurse Red Heart. This pony has been attacked. NOW ARE YOU JUST GOING TO STAND THERE OR ARE YOU GOING TO HELP HER!"
From the change in tone from Discord's voice, the nurses and doctors took me out his arms and put me on a bed and started to roll me to one of the rooms. I struggled to try to find Discord. Once I saw him I said to him.
"Discord, I'll never forget what you did for me. Thank you!"
I can feel tears going down me cheeks. I knew it was tears of happiness. The last thing I was before the doors fully closed was Discord smiling at me.
30 minutes story challenge
When I woke this time I was not in any pain. I looked around and instead of the darkness of the Everfree Forest but the light on the Ponyville Hospital. I pulled off the cover on my bed and look at my wounds. There are bandages around where the wound were. I was about to get out of the bed, when the door opened. I looked up at the door to see Nurse Red Heart.
"Oh, I see you are awake. How are you feeling Miss. Sweetheart?"
"Much better, then I was before. Um.. how long was I out?"
"The whole day. It's now 10:30 pm."
I nodded and looked around the room hoping to see Discord, but sadly he wasn't there.
"You are looking for Discord are you?"
I heard Nurse Red Heart said. I can feel my cheeks heat up. I can hear Nurse Red Heart soft giggled. At first I though she was laugh that I was blushing, I was about it tell her to stop it when i heard a familiar voice.
"Well stop your looking Sweetheart. Your hero is here."
I looked around the room to try to find where the voice is coming from. I heard Nurse Red Heart giggled when she said with a smile.
"Look behind you, Miss. Sweetheart."
I did what she said and looked behind me to only see the yellow red eyes looking at me. In shock I jumped backwards, I would had fall off the bed when I felt ~~hooves~~ a claw and a paw holding me. I looked up to see Discord smiling down at me.
"Now, is that anyway to reacted to the pony that saved your life."
I smiled at Discord and said.
"No, no it isn't."
I then attacked Discord the a hug.
"Thank you, Discord, for saving my life."
"Your welcome Sweetheart."
