Gender bent love

It was a bright beautiful day in ponyville.  Everypony was out enjoying the beautiful weather. All except for one. Fluttershy was in her cottage bundled up in a mound of blankets. "Achoo!" The butter Pegasus sneezed.  Suddenly there was a knock at the door, Fluttershy got out of her bed and slowly made her way down the stairs. When she opened the door there were 2 ponies standing there. Twilight and Applejack.  Applejack spoke softly  "Oh uh hey Fluttershy, ahm sorry that we woke ya, its just that Dash told us you were feelin' a little under the weather, so me an Twi' decided to check up on ya."  The sickly yellow pegasus smiled at her guests "Oh it's ok, I wasn't asleep. You really didn't need to come all the way here." She paused for a moment. "Oh my goodness I'm so sorry! please come in!"  Fluttershy moved away from the door so that the other ponies could enter. "So um Fluttershy" Twilight Sparkle spoke softly " have you uh...been in the everfree lately?" The lavender unicorn began to levitate some items from her saddle bag  "Oh um...not really...well Angel bunny had run off and I had to go get him, he was right at the edge of the Everfree."  She paused for a moment  "Um, why do you ask?"  Twilght looked at her with a bit of a worried expression "I um....know exactly what you have...but the onlyway to cure it....Isn't going to be fun for you.."  Fluttershy looked up at her with a worried expression. "W-What do you mean?"  She asked obviously worried.  Applejack walked her to her with a warm smile 'It's gonna be jus' fine Flutttershy."  She said in a soothing voice  Fluttershy looked up at her and smiled nervously "But what is it?"  "Twilght Smiled nervously well..you are going to have to...be out for a couple days...Your body has to be out of commission completely or else it will just continue to get worse. Fluttershy looked up at her in shock "B-B-But what about the animals?"  Applejack held her hoof soothingly  "Don't worry 'Shy, we'll take great care of  'em" After a moment, Fluttershy spoke. "Are you sure it's.....safe...?"  Twilght looked at her "Of course it is."  Fluttershy smiled at Twilght nervously. "Well...Ok.." "Great! I'll be back in one moment I need to use the litle filly's room"  Twilight nervously headed up the stairs to the restroom. When she got there she took a deep breath and removed a very susippcious looking book. There was something that Twilght Hadn't told anyone yet. She had lied. Fluttershy didn't have just a common sickness...she had type 2 blood cancer..She Didnt have much longer to live, a month at the most.
