Why did I wake up in Ponyville after the accident? How can I possibly help these ponies?

Life is hard, especially in such a lonely world. I wish nothing more but to be free, to escape the hardship that I must face one day. But when I wake up from my unfortunate accident, I find myself in a new world with new people- ponies - and I must help them through their tragedy along with 5 others while I face my own personal demons.
