While Twilight, Rarity, and Pinkie Pie spent this day with their moms, they were left with only terrifying memories. Though they didn't talk about much, they were pained almost everyday by the terrible flashbacks of insanity, cart crashes, and their parents and souls being crushed. They would never forget the flashbacks, theirs parents, the memories.

For two Pegasi, and one earth pony it was one of the WORST days ever. Also for a red stallion, green, old earth pony, and two fillies. It was mother's day. One of two days Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, and Applejack hated the most. Rainbow, Fluttershy, and Applejack, had decided to get together at Sweet Apple Acres and talk about the day they lost their parents. They decided to talk to each other, considering all three of them lost their parents as fillies. They sat down by the CMC's clubhouse. Rainbow Dash went first.

My dad was a purple Pegasus with a rainbow mane. His name was Lightning Bolt. I was holding back tears while talking. My dad worked at the weather factory and my mom stayed home with me. There was an accident at the factory one day. There was a problem with the machine that created lightning bolts. It went haywire. My dad was there by the machine. I felt something wet roll down my cheek. I was crying. I immediately wiped my face. He got struck in the back by a lightning bolt. Then when my mom found out, she became devastated. Her and my dad had a really, really good relationship. She went insane. Her mane became messy, and her pupils became tiny. She would laugh manically, scream in my face, she even held a knife up to front hoof once and made a small cut. She would scare me death. I didn't even want to be five feet near her. I used to get so scared, I would lock myself in my room, and most of the time I would escape to Fluttershy's house to get away from her and to eat, and use the bathroom. She would hit me and abuse me so hard, I would have purple bruises big and small all over my body. It depended on how hard she hit me. I got a black eye once and a broken wing, when she threw me across the room into the wall. I would go through the room in my window. She would rock in the corner of a room humming to herself, and she would drink non stop. One night I saw her taking drugs. I tried to stop her, but she hit me in the mouth. I didn't dare to try again. One day after school, I didn't see her in the living room or the kitchen. I didn't hear anything either. I got really scared that she was hiding somewhere and that she would jump out and try to kill me. My heart pounded so hard against my chest, that I thought it was going to come put of my chest. I went into her room. I saw a knife with blood on her bed. Then I turned my head and.... I stopped and let tears keep rolling down my face. And I saw her dangling from her closet by my jump rope. I lived at Fluttershy's from then on. "I remember that." said Fluttershy, still crying.

My dad was a blue Pegasus with a light pink mane. His name was Thunder. They would leave me and Rainbow Dash at home and let us watch tv and play. We had a security system and she had a pager that would go off if someone broke in. My dad went out to a club one night and did crack. He didn't know. Someone put it in his drink when he wasn't looking. Since it was his first time he died that night. My mom didn't go insane. she was sad, but she didn't go insane. My mom took a taxi to work one day. She worked at Sugarcube Corner. She made cakes. This was when Mrs. Cake's mom used to own Sugarcube Corner. She was taking a taxi. The driver made a turn. I had to stop a minute as tears rolled down my face. I couldn't help myself. When the driver made a turn, h- he didn't see t- the other cart and crashed. My mom w- was thrown out of the cart and landed on her head. She landed in the middle of the road. Another cart came and tried to turn, but he actually ran over her. Then, t- the three carts collided and there was an explosion. Me and Dash were watching the news for the weather to see if we could fly around outside tomorrow, when we saw the news report. "Today there was terrible accident down in Ponyville. A cart was making a turn when it collided with another cart. A white Pegasus with a lavender mane was thrown out of the vehicle. She then got run over by a third cart. That cart collided with the other two and there was an explosion. The female Pegasus was known as Morning Dew. "NOOOOOO!" I screamed when I heard the news. I fell to the floor sobbing. Dash hugged me and we cried the rest of the night. We then had to live with my Aunt Sunshine. At least until we moved to Ponyville. Of course I cried. I even saw Dash crying, an she NEVER cries, well at least in front of other people.
Memories: ApplejackView OnlineMemoriesMemories: ApplejackApplejack's POV My mom was a light green earth pony with a blonde mane. Her name was Green Apple. My dad was an orange earth pony with a brown mane. His name was Apple Pie. My mom died when Apple Bloom was born. I had wished Apple Bloom was never born, but I love her so much. It was just me, Granny Smith, Big Mac, Apple Bloom, and Dad. My dad cried whenever he thought of my mother, but did his best to take care of us. One night there was really bad storm. Our barn is surrounded by trees, obviously. I was sleeping in my bed when a heard something that sounded like a humongous firework had gone off. I felt my heart pound heavily, and I started to cry, so I ran to get my dad. It turns out the crash was a giant red delicious tree. It fell on top of my dad. Big and small branches were scattered across the room, and green wet leaves were everywhere. Where the tree fell there was splattered red on the walls and floor. I became more terrified. The bed was crushed into a million pieces. "Daaaaaddddd!" I screamed, tears streaming down my face. I ran and got Granny Smith. Big Mac also ran over. Apple Bloom was screaming her head off in the other room. Granny went to go take car of her. I fell to the ground and just sobbed and sobbed and sobbed until I fell asleep on the floor. Big Mac tried to be brave. When he looked sad. I would ask if he was okay, and every time he would say "Eeyup." I could see the pain in his eyes. I knew he was lying, but didn't say anything. I'm the element of honesty! We eventually fixed the barn, but the memory remains in that room. To this day I can't dare myself to go into, or even look at that room. Every time I do, the same flashback plays in my mind. It haunts me. I felt Dash and Flutterhsy put their hooves around me. I returned the hug.
