A Pony by Any Other Name
Drama Letter returns home one day to find her counterpart from another universe, Watermelody, is somehow in Equestria. As the two are stuck together, they begin to realize they differ in much more than name.
After Drama Letter finds a pony almost identical to her in her house, Drama Letter and Watermelody are both startled. They appear to be the same pony from different universes, just with slight differences. Watermelody always wears her trademark beret, for instance.
Drama Letter does what any pony would do in this situation: she goes to Twilight Sparkle, the unicorn at Golden Oaks Library. And that's when Watermelody starts to lose it. As they, with the help of several of Drama Letter's other friends, hurry to get Watermelody back across dimensions, Drama Letter begins to realize their universes may be more different than alike.
This is not an attack on the six ponies of Adventures in Ponyville. This is an adventure story about what would happen if two different worlds collided. Here is said tumblr.
