The sword in the sparkle

Vladicarus Jr, a young pirate raised by himself mostly. though he is a pirate he mostly does good, though sometimes has evil ideas thanks to his fathers influence. Vlad as a child watched his mother be beaten to death. He was only five at the time, as he sits there whimpering, nuzzling his dead mother. His rather evil father, drunk growls and bats him away. making him hit a wall. His father picks up the mother, and begins walking out, Vlad trying to follow, crying. but only to be beaten back by his father. Vlad's mother was thrown off the ship, her dead body falling into the unknown. from there on, Vlad the young Pegasus was tortured, beaten. he was mentally unstable. Until the day he meets a mare in his fathers grasp of mean spirited rape. The mare thanks Vlad, before grabbing him and his favorite plushie, repaying the favor to him. quickly running away with Vlad on her back. The years go by, and Vlad grew up. It was his twelfth birthday when he found his adopted mother. Dead. A bullet wound on her head, piercing her skull. Vlad searches for the pony who did this..Finding his father. Smirking. Vlad backs away, scared. but through mostly in anger, Vlad stands up for himself and fights, eventually winning while almost dying himself. The entire crew look in shock as Vlad stands before them. Before one crew member bows and asks for Vlad to become their captain. Vlad agrees but makes rules, no rape of women or children, no harming them, no harming innocents. Soon as Vlad has his life as a pirate, he finds a little girl in a forest. Her only being 2 year of age with no parents. Vlad took her in and named her Jaded Rum. Her soon calling him daddy which stuck, as Vlad now had a daughter to love. Days went by, and Vlad soon mastered his way of flying with bad wings, and controlling his evil side. Now day by Day he lives the fight of keeping his own life in check, making sure he never goes into the evil ways or hurts anypony he finds kind. Soon, as he turns 19, he fnds out slightly about his family past, Finding out his grandfather from his mothers side is a vampony, it explains Vlad's fangs that at times show up. also explains his casual craving for blood. A day where he lays in his bed, snuggling his daughter who had a bad nightmare He finds out his fangs are unsheathe-able and sheath-able. His wings were in the way of a bat, he noticed before but he just thought of it a backlash of his past, never wondering why he had it. So he never tried to figure it out. He was young.  And today he sat, Staring off into a small town known as ponyville. "This town....Why is it so.....Calming....." He sighs and jumps down from his ship. Landing on his hooves, beginning to wonder the town. He begins walking around. He looks around before running into  big diamond like tree castle. "Ow..Son of a bitch..Who puts a giant tree in a town!.." He looks up at it, growling. Noticing the little star atop of it. "..Princess.." He sighs, and walks past it. "Great, more royal snobs.."

He continues to walk, before he hears a voice. "Excuse me sir. Is your muzzle ok? you..Took a bit of a bash against my home.."

He turns to the voice, spotting a cute purple alicorn. "oh, so you're the one. Yeah listen, I'm sure you really don't care." he rolls hs eyes, the mare slying her eyes. "whats that meant to mean!"

"Well, you're royal. So why the hell should you care if somepony gets hurt. it ain't your problem." He looks to her,  before she sighs. "I might be royal. But it still worries me if somepony gets hurt near me." She trots over, checking his nose. Not being the best with knowledge of medicines. He grunts as she touches his nose. "Hey! watch it!" She lets his nose go. "S-Sorry." She sighs, and continues to check his nose. being more careful this time. "mhm..your nose will be fine..just maybe a little bit of blood..come in, we'll get a tissue for you." She uses her magic to drag him inside, seeing how he refused to move. "Just come along." He tries to stop, but only to fail. being dragged into her castle as he begins using tissues to wipe away blood from his nose.

"Most stallions would probably yell in pain..You seem pretty calm, y'know.." She looks at him. He sighs. and speaks "It's just a hurt nose. I've had more pain." He calmly says. Twilight rolls her eyes. "Stallions and trying to make themself tough..How do you actually feel?"

He looks at her. an blinks. "I'm fine. really." He chuckles as she bonks his head. "fine...but if you start crying, I'm not giving you a hug." She giggles. as he looks at her. "Whats that meant to mean, penis head?"

She blushes. and looks at her. "What!?" He laughs. "thats whatcha get for saying I'd cry~"

She blushes and stutters. "..g-grr..L-lucky.." She glares lightly. before giggling. booping his nose. gigglng as his nose scrunches up. "haha, you got boop'd." She giggles. as he speaks. "Nuuu....dun boop meh.." his eyes widen as he shakes his head. "I..I ..Uh..Mean..Don't..touch me, please.." he backs away a little. the mare laughing. "Ok, ok "toughly". Anyway, whats your name?"

he tilts his head and speaks. "Vladicarus Jr..yours?"

She calmly smiles. "Princess Twilight Sparkle. Please call me Twilight."

"Ok, Twilight." he smiles. Calmly looking through a window. seeing the sun go down. "C..Crap.."

She tilts her head. "hm? What is it?"

"It's getting dark..and I sent my ships crew away for the month..I have no place to stay,,..you know of a tree to sleep on?"

She tilts her head and looks around. "..well, this castle has a lot of spare rooms I never use. feel free to stay here if you want too. Just don't bother me, or talk to me if I'm reading..I might bite."

"...Bite?" he tlts his head.

She giggles nervously. "yeah..Apparently when I'm reading I bite things.."

A long silence comes from him. before he begins laughing. Her looking at him, confused. wondering why he's laughing of the threat she might bite him. he continues laughing before she pokes him. "..why are you laughing at that?" He chuckles and looks at her. "Cause thats rather adorable..I can just see you, nomming on a hoof...Nomnomnom~" She blushes and looks at him. "..T-Thats..N-New." She looks away a litte akwardly. Not knowing on what to say. Vlad broke the awkward silence with a light chuckle. "So, question. Why help the pirate?" Vlad tilts  his head. Twilight's eyes widen "P..P..PIRATE?!?!" She backs away. Slightly afraid and worried about her virginhood. Vlad tilts his head. with a light smile. "Hey, don't worry. I'm a nice prate. No rapey twilight vagina. Thats a big No go for me." He assures her. Twilight was still worried. But calmed down a little bit. "O..Ok....But please..No..bringing....A..um...'hooker'..If thats ok." she giggles nervously. Vlad stares at her awkwardly. "..Yeaaaaaah No..No, Not ever..I don't need an STD, Starbutt.." He chuckles. Twilight slying her eyes again. "Don't call me starbutt, my names Twilight Sparkle."

"Well you're cutie marks a star. so you equal starbutt." He replies, smiling.

"And you have a skull on your cutie mark. I don't call you skullbutt..or pirateboy."

"ah but you do wish you could call me dear~" Vlad smirks in a teasing way. Twilight puffing up her purple up a little. "grrr.." Vlad laughs, and bows to her calmly. and Soon Twilight gives him a small tour of the castle. and shows him the bedroom he will be staying in, it wasn't glamorous, but Vlad couldn't care less. He was just happy that he had a place to stay. His daughter Jaded Rum was off with her caretaker. Petal rose. who was a mare working on Vlad's ship. Vlad had a kind heart towards her. mostly because she was kind to jade, and Vlad's mother was named Petal Shine.

Eventually days went by. Vlad and Twilght became slight friends. Nothing really special they just talked when ever they could. Twilight was mostly being busy with princess things. As for Vlad, he wasn't really busy. He was enjoying his vacation. Though he did not treat Twilight bad. He did his own cleaning, and even cook'd for her a few times if Spike wasn't up for it. though Spike and Vlad got along well. Like two teenagers on weed, though no one would expect Spike to have had a bit of FunFunhightime.

Twilight noticed something about Vlad,  He seem'd rather caring towards mares and children. Stallions not so much. Big Macintosh he gets on OK with. But as for a few royal guards, Vlad doesn't get along with. obvious reasons of course, but Shining once came to visit his little sister, Vlad trying to avoid Shining. Failing badly as Shining see's him, and begins quizing him on random questions about equestria, Sadly Vlad wasn't really from the country equestria, but he answer the best he could. Failing but doing Ok. Shining glared at Vlad a little but somehow Vlad pulled it off at being Twilight's personal cook..which lead to Vlad and Spike in the kitchen trying to cook for two princesses and a Prince. not an easy task. Many swear words were said and many burns where..burnt, but thankfully Shining believed it, And eventually him and his princess left. Twilight going into the throne room, finding Vlad and Spike passed out on the floor "..uh..spike? Vlad?..you two ok?' the two reply to her question. "Nyeeeah..sleepy times..." Twilight let's out a tiny yet cute giggle. levitating the two and walking to her bedroom Placing the two in the spare bed where they can cuddle.
