Broken rainbow butterfly

"What does it look like I've done"

"Flutter, why..."

"Nopony wants me"

"Fluttershy you stupid mare I don't want to lose you. I know what you've gone through, and I can't say I would have reacted any differently, but what in equestria pushed you to this?"

"Like I said, you won't understand"

"Well maybe if you had of told me"

"Stop shouting at me. If you really don't want me around just leave me"

"I'm not leaving you, especially like this"

So rainbow stayed at flutters place overnight.

The next day...

"Flutter, I need to leave now. I'll come back at lunchtime, and I expect you to be alive and preferably in one piece."

"Ok"

"Promise me"

"I can't"

Rainbow sighed, and headed towards the door. "Fluttershy, I have one more thing to ask"

"What's that?"

"Fluttershy, would you, like, date me."

"Umm...."

"I don't want to be weird...."

"Yes dashie, I would date you"

"Oh, really?"

But what flutter and dash didn't know is that there was another pony outside, listening to their conversation.

While rainbow was out, fluttershy was tidying up her home, when there was a knock at the door. When fluttershy answered it, she was given all sorts of strange questions and comments by ponies she didn't know, like "fluttershys depressed", and " show us your wrists, psycho" and " are you a lesbian, fluttershy?"

By the time flutter had managed to shut the strange ponies out, they were still there, but they couldn't see inside, it was almost lunch, so rainbow would be back soon. But fluttershy was quite upset by the group of ponies that just left, so she went to the kitchen and pulled out a knife. This was fluttershys way of dealing with her problems, she'd always cut, even her mood swings, that she was used to, caused her to cut. Fluttershy went and sat on the floor in her lounge room, in front of the television where she usually sat. She used the knife to reopen the cuts already there, so they bled once again. She could hear rainbow outside now. She pressed the knife deeper into the cuts, severing veins, so they bled more, and faster. Rainbow was at the door now, trying to get in. She would have figured fluttershys reaction by now. Fluttershy pulled the knife out of her wrists, and cut 5 times, in the shape of a star, over her heart.

Just at that moment rainbow dash got inside.

Just at that moment fluttershy collapsed.

Rainbow dash ran over to her barely alive girlfriend, picked her up, and hugged her for the last few seconds of her life.

The moment fluttershy died, rainbow dash picked up the knife.

She made one deep cut down each of her forelegs, like fluttershy, then cut a star over her heart, like fluttershy had.

In her last seconds, rainbow dash hugged fluttershys already dead body, and cried.

"Like we promised, flutter. We die together. Like we promised. Love you flutter...."

And then rainbow dash died
