"Wait what?!" StarGazer asked. "Oh yeah! We're staying with Princess Twilight Sparkle!" Prickle shouted. "Yeah. Yay." StarGazer said sarcasticly. The three walked over to Princess Twilight's Castle. "Alright StarGazer, you may not like her, but you will be kind and act nice to her." StarGazer thought. Spike opened the door revealing seven thrones. Six were taken up, and one was empty. "Nice." Prickle whispered. StarGazer walked towards Princess Twilight. "Excuse me your highness. I would like to introduce myself." StarGazer said bowing. "You don't have to call me 'your highness'." Twilight said. "Sorry Princess. My name is StarGazer. And this is Prickle." StarGazer said pointing at Prickle, who was also bowing. "Don't call me 'Princess' either. Call me Twilight, StarGazer." Twilight giggled. "Is it alright if I have a introduction?" StarGazer asked. StarGazer wanted to face-hoof herself. "[Really?! You seriously asked for an introduction?! You already lnow these six ponies." StarGazer thought. "Of course." Twilight said. Rarity, RainbowDash, Fluttershy, AppleJack, and PinkiePie got up, and formed a line in front of StarGazer. "I'm Rarity, darling. I work at the Carosaul Boutiqe." Rarity said. "Hello Rarity. I love your work. I see some of your designs at Canterlot." StarGazer said. Rarity smiled, and walked back to her throne. "Hey. I'm RainbowDash. I work for CloudsDale, and I'm performer of the Sonic Rainboom." RainbowDash said. "Really? Because when I was a filly, Celestia hoof-picked me to help her with the stars. I couldn't do it at first. Then one night a big boom made my magic powerful enough to make all stars appear at once." StarGazer said. RainbowDash, proud that she had made another filly's cutiemark appear, flew back to her throne. "Hi. My name is Fluttershy. I am a animal caretaker." Fluttershy said. "Hi Flutershy. You know I don't have a pet. So maybe I'll swing by your cottage, and look for a pet." StarGazer said. Fluttershy blushed, she then flew back to her throne. "Well howdy. Mah' name's AppleJack. I work at Sweet Apple Acres." AppleJack said. "I love your Apple Cider. It's really good." StarGazer said. "Hi! I'm PinkiePie! I love to plan parties! I also love tomake new friends! I love sweets! Did I mention I planned parties!" PinkiePie said quickly. StarGazer stood there not catching what PinkiePie said. "Okay. I think I've met everypony." StarGazer said. The six looked at each other nervously. "What? Who did I miss?" StarGazer asked them. "Discord." Twilight said. "Who's Discord?' StarGazer asked. "You'll find out." RainbowDash said. "Let's go to his room then. He should be in there." StarGazer said. "Alright. But be prepared. For it is utter chaos." Rarity said. Chapter 2: Meeting Discord... Dosen't go as you expect.As the seven walked down a hallway, Twilight started to walk slower with every step. "Look StarGazer. Maybe we shouldn't pop in his room right now." Fluttershy suggested. "Yeah. He tends to get in a bad mood." AppleJack said. "And sometimes he's really sad." PinkiePie said. "Gee. Thanks for the tip PinkiePie." StarGazer said rolling her eyes. "You're welcome." PinkiePie said not getting the fact that she used sarcasm. StarGazer face-hoofed herself. Then they finally reached Discord's room. "Oh Diiiiscoooord." PinkiePie said sing-song like. Twilight knocked on his door. "Are you awake?" PinkiePie asked. StarGazer was about to open the door till Rarity stopped her. "StarGazer, darling. Before you go in there, we just want to warn you that it's complete and utter chaos in there." Rarity said. StarGazer nodded and opened the door preparing for whatever was in there. "I thought you said it was chaotic in here." StarGazer said poking her head in. The six looked into the room confused. "Oh. Is it not four yet? Huh. Nevermind." Twilight said. StarGazer walked in. "Woah. It's so nice and quiet in here. Hey! There's a lot of books!" StarGazer exclaimed. She then used her magic to grab one. "Lets see. Hey. This one has a lot of missing pages!" StarGazer exclaimed. "Shhhhh!" RainbowDash whispered. "Discord is sleeping." RainbowDash said pointing at a bed. StarGazer looked at the bed to find a big lump in the blankets. "Is this Discord?" StarGazer asked. Fluttershy nodded. "Oh." StarGazer whispered. She then noticed his body size was twice the size of a regular stallion. In fact it was to long to even be a stallion. "Are you sure this is Discord?" StarGazer asked slightly louder. "Shhhh! And yes!" Twilight whispered. Twilight went over to the book shelf to see which books that had missing pages. Just then Prickle and Spike came running in the room. "Hey? Where were you guys?" Prickle asked loudly. She and Spike were panting hard from running all over the castle. Twilight dropped the book she was holding. It hit the floor with a loud thud. Discord awoke from the sudden noise. When he got up from the bed StarGazer was the first to notice. "What the freak is that thing?!" StarGazer asked pointing at Discord. The creature she was staring at had a head ofa pony, the antler of a deer, an another antler of a antelope, the claw of a eagle, the paw of a lion, the wing of a pegasus, a wing of a bat, a leg of a dragon, a hoof of a goat, and a long snake tail. Discord looked around. "Are you talking about me? Because I find it very rude." Discord said crossing his arms. "What exactly are you?" StarGazer asked. "I'm a draconequess. I am the last and only one of my kind. As you can see I'm made up of different animal parts." Discord said. "And if you don't already know my name. It's Discord. What is your?" Discord asked. "StarGazer, is my name." StarGazer said. "You never told me that Discord was a freak!" StarGazer whispered to Twilight. Discord heard this, and looked at her with hurt eyes. "You think that I'm a freak?" Discord asked. Ever since the battle with Tirek, Discord became sensitive. "Well duh! I mean look at you! I think that freak isn't a good enough word. I think that you're hideous! A monster you might say!" StarGazer shouted. Tears filled Discord's eyes. "Well if you think I'm a monster, then you could leave my room!" Discord yelled angrily. StarGazer teleported herself out of his room. While the remaining eight, stared at Discord who was begining to cry. "I think we better go. Come on girls." Twilight said her head hanging low. The eight began to feel bad for Discord. Meanwhile StarGazer is near his wall, listening to him sobbing. "Maybe I should apologize to him." StarGazer said. "No you shouldn't! He's a freak! He dosen't deserve pity!" A voice in her head said. StarGazer stopped listening to it, and headec to her room, felling bad for what she had said and did. "I'll apologize later." StarGazer said. Chapter 3: Apology acceptedDiscord haden't shown up for lunch that day. He did't even come out for dinner. He just stayed in his room the rest of the day, till night fell. StarGazer was getting worried. Had her outburst upset himself to not want to come out? She didn't know. StarGazer went to bed. But she couldn't sleep. She was tossing and turning, guilty thoughts entered her head. "I have to apologize to Discord." StarGazer said getting up. Walking, careful not to wake up Prickle. Meanwhile Discord was looking at himself in the mirror. "She's right. I am a freak. I am a mix-match variety of animals." Discord sniffed. He was about to cry again. Discord looked in the mirror to find StarGazer in his room, near his door. "What are you doing here? I thought you said I was a freak!" Discord said harshly. StarGazer winced. Feeling guilt enter her heart. "Look Discord. I'm sorry. I didn't know you were sensitive. I am not used to seeing creatures like you." StarGazer said. Discord knew she was telling the truth. For these sounded like words from the heart. "I just hope you can forgive me. We can start over, and be f-f-f-friends." StarGazer choked. Discord walked towards StarGazer, and hugged her. "Apology accepted." Discord whispered. StarGazer looked into his eyes, to find they were redder than before. "Probably from all the crying." StarGazer thought. "So you want to be friends with the Lord of Chaos?" Discord asked. "Sure. Why not?"StarGazer asked. "Wait. Did you say Lord of Chaos?" "That's right. I can manipulate minds, bend reality, make cotton candy clouds rain chocolate milk." Discord said. StarGazer giggled. She loved cotton candy and chocolate milk. "Any thing else you want to talk about, dear?" Discord asked. "Why did you call me dear?" StarGazer asked. She was slightly alarmed about what he called her. "I call the ponies that." Discord said. "It kinda annoys them." "Well don't call me that either." StarGazer threatened. Discord nodded. StarGazer then formed an idea in her head. "Discord, I have something to tell you. Just bend down." StarGazer said. Discord did as he was told. "Come closer." StarGazer said. Discord moved his head closer. "Closer." Discord was now near her head now. "Perfect." StarGazer thought. StarGazer kissed Discord's check, which surpried him. "What was that for?" Discord asked rubbing his check. "Consider it an apology gift." StarGazer giggled. StarGazer then left his room. "Oh, goodnight Discord." StarGazer added. Discord just stood there, lookin at the doorway. Discord then entered his bed, and fell asleep smiling. Thinking over and over again in his head "She kissed me." Chapter 4: Sick dayThe next morning, StarGazer hadn't woken up. In fact she hasn't come downstairs all morning. Discord had questioned Twilight why, but she didn't know either. Finally Discord decided to check on StarGazer. "Um... StarGazer? Are you all right?" Discord asked knocking on her door. Discord wanted to know what was wrong with his new friend. A very loud sneeze was his answer. "I'm all right." StarGazer replied. Discord noticed that her voice sounded different. Almost as if she was sick. Discord decided to enter her room. And his suspicions were correct. StarGazer was lying in bed, an ice-pack over her head, and a thermometer in her mouth. "Oh, hi Discord. It's nice to see you." StarGazer said. "StarGazer, listen to me. You're sick, and you must stay in bed. I will stay here and take care of you." Discord said. StarGazer looked at him uncertainly. "Is he for real?" StarGazer thought. "He's probably here to see you suffer. Probably savoring the moment that you're weak and ill." A voice said. "Shut up." StarGazer moaned. Discord looked at her confused. "But I didn't say anything." Discord said. StarGazer face-hoofed herself. She then took the thermometer out of her mouth, to check her temperature. It was 101.6 degrees. StarGazer groaned, followed by a cough. "Well, if we're done wasting time, maybe I can take you a nice cold bath?" Discord asked. StarGazer blushed slightly at the idea of Discord taking her a bath. "Um... Sure. Why not?" StarGazer asked. StarGazer then took the cover off, and tried to use her magic to take off the ice-pack of her head. But alas, her magic wasn't strong enough to even do simple levitation. Discord then picked her up bridal style, and carried her to the restroom, and prepared her bath. "Thanks Discord." StarGazer said. "No problem Star. I'll do anything for a friend in need." Discord said. StarGazer smiled and kissed his cheek like the night before. Discord then blushed, and put her in the tub. "Is it cold enough for you?" Discord asked. StarGazer smiled, and nodded. After her bath. StarGazer felt her throat get soar. "Discord? If it's no trouble, can you get me a cup of tea with extra honey, please?" StarGazer asked. Discord nodded, and went downstairs to make her tea. Making the tea reminded him of his song Glass of Water. "Maybe if I sing her my song, she'll feel a little better." Discord thought. When Discord went back upstairs he found himself humming his song. "Uh Discord? If I may ask? What are you humming?" StarGazer asked. "I'm singing a song I made up when I was sick." Discord said giving her the tea. "Will you please sing it to me?" Stargazer begged. Discord smiled. "A little glass of water please? A fresh pressed hanky, if I sneeze. Some tea with honey from the bees. Whenever you can brew it. And while I get a little rest a teeny, tiny, small request. Some Codfish oil for my chest. Poured from a crystal cruet. My goodnes I'm a nincompoop, because I fear I've got the croup. I need a vat of Pumpkin soup. And scarves made ou of zinia's. Did I say zinia's? I meant silk, or something shiny of that ilk. And then I'll need some nice warm milk and pastries from Absynnia. And since my stomach's feeling crummy, why not give my aching tummy, something soothing, something yummy, piled up with noodles. Add a slice of homemade rye, with stacks of swiss way up high. Served with sides of Sweet Mince Pie, more Basil, I need oodles. I'll be grateful for your charity, until the bitter end. Because I heard that tenderness is what you lend an ailing friend. Tenderness isn't that right friend, So who's ready for my big reprise?! I'd like that glass of water please, some magic spell to cure disease. A firm geisudhoof when I sneeze, a fresh bouquet of roses. Some lozenges will soon appease, my wheezing when I start to sneeze. A wig to keep me from the breeze, and blankets for my toses. Take tweezers out of my valise, and then massage my knoby knees, a bowl of peas, som extra cheese, a cuddle with a perkiniese, a singing harp who's named Louise, a goat on skiis, a new trapeze, and more and more and more and more of these! And just because I outta. Make sure I'm drinking in thr right a mount of fluids day and night. I wish I may, I wih I might. Just one little thing. Would you finally bring me that glass of water?" Discord sang. StarGazer smiled feeling the warmness from Discord make her fell better. "That was amazing!" StarGazer shouted. Discord smiled. He then went over to her, picked her up, and kissed her on the lips. StarGazer was surprised at this action, but kissed him back passionetly. Chapter 5: Meet the Cutiemark CrusadersDiscord looked at StarGazer surprised. He had kissed her out of happiness, not love. Or so he thought. Discord closed his eyes and fell back into the kiss. Seconds after Discord closed his eyes, StarGazer opened hers. "Why the hell is he kissing me?! I do not, and I repeat do not love him! I like him as a friend. And I'm sure he's thinking the same thing. Right? Right?!" StarGazer thought. But she closed her eyes and fell back into the kiss. When they finally pulled away, both were blushing a deep red. "That was nice." Discord said smilimg. StarGazer nodded in agreement. Discord then released her from his grasp. "We should probably go downstairs before the others start to worry." Discord said. StarGazer nodded. Both of them had stopped blushing. The two walked downstairs holding each others hoof, or paw. RainbowDash was the first to notice. "Oooh. Discord has got himself a marefriend!" RainbowDash exclaimed, with sass in her voice. Discord blushed, while StarGazer giggled. "StarGazer is not my marefriend RainbowDash! And you know that." Discord said. RainbowDash rolled her eyes and flew off. "So you think of me as your marefriend?" StarGazer asked slyly. "Of course not. You're my friend. And I care about my friends." Discord said blushing. StarGazer giggled as she went to go eat breakfast with the others. "Of course I don't love her. There is no way I'd feel that way for somepony. Unless I did love her. What am I saying? Of course I don't love her. And I bet she's thinking the same thing. Right? Right?!" Discord thought. When Discord entered the kitchen he saw the others talking about something. "That's right! He asked me out!" Rarity squealed. "Oh Rarity, somepony will ask all of us out. Probably our secret crushes." AppleJack said. "Who do you like AppleJack?" RainbowDash asked. AppleJack blushed. "Ah' like Flim." AppleJack said. Everypony stared at her in dis-belief, except StarGazer, Discord, and Prickle who did't know who Flim was. "But didn't Flim try to make the Apple family out of business?" Twilight asked. "He did. But only because Flam made him do it. Because technically he's 'the oldest'." AppleJack explained. Everypony nodded to show that they apologized. StarGazer was now curious. She had heard those names before, but she couldn't put her hoof on it. Finally she had remembered. "I've had trouble with the Flim-Flam brothers before." StarGazer said. Everypony looked at her, even Discord looked a little surprised. "You have?" Fluttershy asked. StarGazer nodded. "A few years back Flim and Flam appeared at the Canterlot Castle to prove that they can make the stars appear better than me. So both of them tried to conjour up a star, but they could't do it. I finally decided to show them I am best at my job, and made all of the stars appear at once." StarGazer said. After StarGazer told her story, Rarity somehow changed the subject back to stallions. Even StarGazer was talking about some stallions who had asked her out for Hearts and Hooves day. Discord started to feel a little jealous about StarGazer being asked out by a group of stallions. But he didn't know why. He and StarGazer were just friends. Or so they thought. After the talk StarGazer thought that it was best if somepony had shown her all of Ponyville. Discord chose to be her guide. While they were walking around Ponyville a paper heart flew in StarGazer's face. StarGazer took it off with her magic. After she took it off she saw a trio of fillies running toward her. One was a unicorn, the other was a pegasus, and the other was a earh pony. "Sorry ma'am. But Scootaloo, AppleBloom, and I think that paper heart you're holding is ours." The pale unicorn said. StarGaze then gave her the heart. "Thank you. Oh by the way I'm SweetieBelle." SweetieBelle said. "I'm Scootaloo" Scootaloo said. "And Ah'm AppleBloom." AppleBloom said. "WE'RE THE CUTIEMARK CRUSADERS!!!!" The three boomed. StarGazer and Discord flattened their ears. StarGazer thought the three looked familiar. "You three wouldn't be related to Rarity, RainbowDash. and AppleJack right?" StarGazer asked. "Actually we are." AppleBloom said. "RainbowDash is my sister." Scootaloo said. "Well I'm actually her adopted sister." "Rarity is my sister." SweetieBelle squeaked. "And AppleJack is my sister." AppleBloom said. "I thought you three fillies looked familiar." StarGazer said. "Well we gotta go. We're making something for somepony." SweetieBelle said. "So bye." The CMC ran away with their paper heart. StarGazer chuckled. "Fillies." StarGazer thought as she and Discord went home. Chapter 6: A whole day togetherThe next day, SweetieBelle was being baby-sat by Discord. Rarity dropped SweetieBelle off, because of a dress delivery in Fillydelpheia. But SweetieBelle was happy about this. Because she has formed a little crush on him, ever since he had accidentally bumped into her her. But anyways, Discord watched as StarGazer went to sleep. It was becoming a habit of his, since she had fell asleep in his lap, the day before. So just in case she woke up, Discord made StarGazer a tea he brewed instead of summoned. SweetieBelle stuck right by him all day long. But she began to wonder of his actions. Finally her curiosity got the best of her, and she finally decided to ask him. "Discord?" SweetieBelle asked. Discord looked up at her to show he was listening. "Why are you drawing a picture of you and StarGazer?" Discord looked shocked. He then blushed as he finally realized his actions. "I-I-I don't know." Discord stuttered. Discord looked at his drawing. He hadn't realized he was doing that. The drawing was of him and StarGazer dancing in the moonlight, in the open air. StarGazer was wearing a golden and red dress, and Discord was wearing a tuxedo. Both were looking into each others eyes. They were both smiling. Discord then looked away from the picture. When he snapped his fingers the picture was gone. Let's go do something, away from the castle." Discord said. SweetieBelle smiled. SweetieBelle and Discord were in Ponyville. Just wandering around. SweetieBelle's eyes lit up as they passed by the theater. She somehow freed herself of Discord's grasp and ran to see what new movies were up. Discord ran after her. He didn't want to lose her and end up being Rarity's enemy again. "SweetieBelle! Why did you run off?!" Discord asked angrily. SweetieBelle turned around to see Discord. He had his hands on his hips, and he looked a little angry. "I wanted to see what new movies they had." SweetieBelle said. "Well, you should still tell me where you're going, before you go!" Discord shouted. "Do you know what Rarity'll do to me if I lost you?! She'll kill me, for pony's sake!" Discords shouting had brought SweetieBelle to tears. Finally Discord calmed himself down. When he realized what he had done he knelt down next to SweetieBelle. "Sweetie don't cry." Discord said using the nickname he gave her. "Look, I'm sorry. It's just that I never took care of a filly before, and I don't want to lose you." Discord said. SweetieBelle stopped crying and looked up. She had a little smile on her face. "It's okay Discord. I know you were just worried about me." SweetieBelle said. Discord and SweetieBelle got up, right before Discord kissed her on the check. "Now, how about we go to the Malt shop before your sister comes to pick you up?" Discord asked SweetieBelle. SweetieBelle nodded. When they were at the Malt shop SweetieBelle ordered a Vanilla malt, and Discord ordered a Chocolate Malt. When they returned to the Castle StarGazer had barely woken up. "Oh. Hey guys." StarGazer yawned. StarGazer then walked downstairs. "Hello StarGazer." SweetieBelle said. "Where have you two been?" StarGazer asked. "Around town." Discord said. Discord then winked to SweetieBelle. Just then Rarity entered the Castle. "Thank you for baby-sitting SweetieBelle. I had to make a dress delivery to Fillydelpheia. She wasn't a hoof, I mean a handful was she?" Rarity asked Discord. "Not a problem at all." Discord said. "Alright well, I best be going. Goodbye Discord, StarGazer." Rariy said. She then left the Castle and went back to the Caurosel Boutique. Discord floated upstairs, and went to his room. He had something he needed todo. When he entered his room, he summoned up the drawing he made earlier. "Why did I draw this? I didn't even realize I was drawing this. Well, nevermind, I better take a nap. I'm really tired." Discord thought. When Discord fell asleep he dreamed about a wonderful world full where nothing makes sense. And he called it 'WonderLand'. Chapter 7: Poetry can tell your true feelingsAfter Rarity left, StarGazer returned to her room. AppleJack who had returned from AppleBucking, had returned to the castle, right as StarGazer entered her room. "Why is StarGazer in her room on a nice day like this?" AppleJack asked herself. To answer her question AppleJack went upstairs to StarGazer's room. StarGazer on ther other hand was writing something sown on a peice of parchment. "So what are ya' doin'?" AppleJack asked. StraGazer jumped up quickley. She then turned around. "Oh it's just you AppleJack." StarGazer said relieved. StarGazer then went back to writing on her parchment. AppleJack looked over StarGazer's shoulder to see another peice of pachment with writing on it. StarGazer had covered it up with the peice of parchment she had been working on. "StarGazer? Is it alrigh' if ah' read yer' paper?" AppleJack asked. "Knock yourself out It's just poetry." StarGazer said writing on another peice of parchment. AppleJack read aloud: The colors of Discord The blue of your horn and wing remind me of the sky. The tuft of your tail and your horn remind me of soft clouds. The red of your eyes and tail remind me of a rose's petals. The yellow of your eyes and your arms remind me of the sun. The black from your mane reminds me of a dark and silent night. The grey of your head reminds me of silver linings in a cloud. Your brown coat and leg reminds me of the dirt that grows our food. The purple of your wing reminds me of Amethyst. The green of your leg reminds me of the grass that the cows graze on. All of these colors bring me happiness. And these are the colors of Discord. StarGazer looked up and stopped writing on her parchment. Had she really wrote that down? "And here's another one." AppleJack said. AppleJack then began to read the next one. The animals of Discord The gazelle, goat, and deer roam in the grass. All three eating. While the lion and dragon eat the gazelle, goat, and deer. The gazelle, goat, and deer support life for the lion and dragon. The snake lives in the grass loking for something to eat. The eagle looks down and finds and eats the snake. The snake supports life for the eagle. The lion finds the eagle and eats it. The dragon fonds th lion and eats it. All of these animals support the lives of other animals. If all these creatures were combined into one animal, they would create the perfect animal. This animal is a draconequess. And this draconequess is Discord. "Wow. Ah' never knew that ya' liked Discord." AppleJack said. StarGazer began blushing a very dark red. "I don't like Discord. I like him as a friend I mean. Damnit! Now you got me confused." StarGazer muttered. AppleJack giggled. "So? Do ya' like him?" AppleJack asked StarGazer. "I think I do like him. I think I love him." StarGazer said. AppleJack squealed. "Ah' can't believe it. It seems like yesterday you came in here and had shouted at Discord. Now you are making little love poems about him." AppleJack said. "WHAT?!" AppleJack and StarGazer turned around to see Twilight,RainboeDash, Fluttershy, PinkiePie, Spike, and Prickle staring at them. "Let me get this straight. StarGazer is in love with Discord?" Prickle asked. AppleJack nodded. "And how do you suppose that?" RainbowDash asked. StarGazer gave RainbowDash the poetry she made about Discord. "Poetry?! Ugh! I hate poetry!" RainbowDash muttered. "Just read them." StarGazer said. RainbowDash began to read. Chapter 8: NightmaresDiscord's dream had turned dark after a while. At first he was sitting on a mushroom talking to a caterpillar, then he was in the Changeling Forest witnessing a gathering. "Princess Pupa, my daughter, will be watching over the hive while I am in Equstria." Queen Chrysalis said. Discord looked confused. "Why don't they see me?" Discord asked. He even stood in front of Queen Chrysalis. But she acted as if he was invisible. He even tried to touch her, but his hand went right through her. "No wonder she can't see me. I don't exist." Discord said. "Wait? What did she mean by that she'll be 'In Equstria'?" Discord asked. What he saw next horrified him. A couple of Changeling Guards brought out a tied up StarGazer. However her mouth wasn't in a muzzle. "You'll never get away with this Chrysalis!" StarGazer barked. Queen Chrysalis giggled. "I already have." Queen Chrysalis said. "You don't know a whole lot about me, bitch!" StarGazer growled. Queen Chrysalis turned into Discord. StarGazer's and the real Discord's expression were the same. "Yes I do." Queen Crysalis said. "I know you like this monstrosity. I know your dreams about you and this creature. Very dirty, nasty dreams." StarGazer gulped. This couldn't be happening. Discord on the other hoof blushed like crazy. He even started sweating. "StarGazer likes me?" Discord asked. He never knew. "I wish Luna would stop this nightmare already." Discord said. What happened next put Discord back into reality. The Changeling Queen disguised as himself, puckered up her lips and was about to kiss StarGazer. "Wait! Stop!! Leave her alone!!!" Discord shouted forgetting that he didn't exist. By the time he reached StarGazer she was kissing Queen Chrysalis forcibly. StarGazer let out an ear-piercing shriek of pain. StarGazer fell to the ground as if she had been stabbed. Discord knew why. Changelings fed off love. And a kiss was a strong act of love. So if a Changeling turned into a pony another pony loved and kissed them, that pony could either die or be badly injured. Discord forgot this was a dream and tried to grab StarGazer. But she always fell through his arms. His dream shifted, right after Queen Chrysalis turned to StarGazer. This time the Diamond Dogs had her. "Stupid mule! Find us some gems! NOW!!!!!" A short, little one shouted. StarGazer had a couple of marks on her. Discord almost threw-up. She was bleeding, and those cuts on her were deep. His dream shifted again. Everytime his dream shifted StarGazer was either abused or being mocked. Till one dream showed Tirek holding StarGazer by the neck. He was stealing her magic. Her eye color turned grey and her cutiemark disappered. "Your choice Discord. You can either save Equstria or save this one." Tirek said. Discord look horrified. Was Tirek actually talking to him. He was lost in his thoughts, till he heard something. "I choose Equstria." Discord turned around quickley, to find himself walking towards Tirek. "Why would I care about a stupid, little mare?" His dream self asked. Tirek smiled and began choking StarGazer. "Enough!" Luna shouted. The image disappered. Discord turned around to see Luna coming towards him. "Thank Celestia you came!" Discord exclaimed. "Why are you dreaming about this?" Luna asked. Discord tried to answer, but couldn't. Everything began to shift as Luna flew away. "Tell her how you feel!" Luna shouted. Discord awoke sweating. He had to tell her. Polouge"Just two weeks from now Hearts and Hooves Day is coming up." A blue unicorn said. That blue unicorn was named StarGazer. A red and gold dragon named Prickle started to look over some book titles. "Calm down Star. I know you're excited, but Princess Celestia said that from now on you need to get out and stop being cooped up during this holiday." Prickle said. "Well I just don't want to be hurt." StarGazer said defensivley. Flashbacks suddenly appeared. Prickle suddenly burped orange fire. A scroll came with it. "What does this say?" StarGazer asked. "Just read it." Prickle said. StarGazer began to read the note. Dear StarGazer I am aware that you are not going to celebrate the upcoming holiday. I very much want you to celebrate. So for a while I will give you temporary home in Ponyville, to spend the holiday in. I am sure that you will find a stallion there that is very much like you. I am so sure you will make lots of friends there as well. Signed. Princess Celestia. StarGazer sighed. "I guess I'll go to Ponyville." StarGazer grumbled. "Yes! We're going to Ponyville." Prickle said. "But we don't know when we're leaving." StarGazer said happily. "Oh yeah. Well when we find out, we're packing and leaving immediantly." Prickle said. StarGazer giggled. She loved Prickles enthusiasum. StarGazer checked the note to see if they missed anything. P.S. You're leaving in in one week. One week later StarGazer and Prickle started to enter the carriage that Princess Celestia had gotten for them. "I wonder if Ponyville has anything good about it." Stargazer said. "I'm sure it does." Prickle said. Then the carriage started to cross over Canterlot and into Ponyville. "Look you can see Princess Twilight's Castle." Prickle squealed. StarGazer never really liked Twilight. They have crossed each others path a couple times before in Canterlot, when Twilight became a Alicorn, Stargazer couldn't help but end up hating Twilight. "I bet Princess Prissy is as snooty as she was before. Always saying that she has to study, just to spend time with her friends." StarGazer mummbled. As the carriage landed in Ponyville StarGazer was wondering what Princess Celestia meant by, 'there is a stallion a lot like you.' "Thank you gentlcolts." StarGazer said when they landed. They nodded and flew back to Canterot. "I wonder if thay ever get tired of flying." Prickle said. "I bet they don't." StarGazer chuckled. The two walked around Ponyville searching for their new temporary home. As they walked around Prickle started to grow attached to Ponyville. "Hey look Prickle. There's another dragon." StarGazer said pointing at a slightly smaller purple and green dragon. Prickle started to run to the other dragon. "Hi I'm Prickle. What's your name?" Prickle asked him. "I'm Spike. Prickle is a nice name." Spike said. Prickle began blushing. "Thank you."Prickle said. "Hey. Have you seen a unicorn named StarGazer? Princess Celestia said that she will be staying at Princess Twilight's Castle." Spike said. Chapter 9: ConfessionsRainbowDash looked at StarGazer, then the poem. "What in Equestria do you think about?" RainbowDash asked. StarGazer shrugged. "Whatever comes to mind." StarGazer said. "Please don't tell Discord. I don't want to ruin our friendship." "Don't you worry your pretty little head. We Pinkie Promise not to tell him. Right girls?" PinkiePie asked. "Cross my heart, and hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye." Everypony said. StarGazer smiled. "I'm so happy to have friends like you ponies." StarGazer said. StarGazer gasped. "When is Hearst and Hooves Day?" StarGazer asked. "Tomorrow. Why do you ask?" Spike asked. "I don't have a special somepony. And he will expect me to go crawings back to him!" StarGazer shouted. Everypony was confused. "Who's 'him'?" Rarity asked. "It's best if you don't know." StarGazer said. "I have to tell Discord anyways. If I don't, I'llegar miss out on this oportunity." StarGazer said. StarGazer ran out of her room. Only to bump into Discord. "StarGazer. I have a conffesion to make." Discord said. "I sort of l-l-l-love you. And I wanted to know if you'll be my special somepony." Discord said. StarGazer blushed. "I do too. And yes." StarGazer said. StarGazer flew up to Discord and kissed him.
Chapter 1: Meeting the mane sixStarGazer who was coming over to see what was going on heard it. "Wait what?!" StarGazer asked. "Oh yeah! We're staying with Princess Twilight Sparkle!" Prickle shouted. "Yeah. Yay." StarGazer said sarcasticly. The three walked over to Princess Twilight's Castle. "Alright StarGazer, you may not like her, but you will be kind and act nice to her." StarGazer thought. Spike opened the door revealing seven thrones. Six were taken up, and one was empty. "Nice." Prickle whispered. StarGazer walked towards Princess Twilight. "Excuse me your highness. I would like to introduce myself." StarGazer said bowing. "You don't have to call me 'your highness'." Twilight said. "Sorry Princess. My name is StarGazer. And this is Prickle." StarGazer said pointing at Prickle, who was also bowing. "Don't call me 'Princess' either. Call me Twilight, StarGazer." Twilight giggled. "Is it alright if I have a introduction?" StarGazer asked. StarGazer wanted to face-hoof herself. "[Really?! You seriously asked for an introduction?! You already lnow these six ponies." StarGazer thought. "Of course." Twilight said. Rarity, RainbowDash, Fluttershy, AppleJack, and PinkiePie got up, and formed a line in front of StarGazer. "I'm Rarity, darling. I work at the Carosaul Boutiqe." Rarity said. "Hello Rarity. I love your work. I see some of your designs at Canterlot." StarGazer said. Rarity smiled, and walked back to her throne. "Hey. I'm RainbowDash. I work for CloudsDale, and I'm performer of the Sonic Rainboom." RainbowDash said. "Really? Because when I was a filly, Celestia hoof-picked me to help her with the stars. I couldn't do it at first. Then one night a big boom made my magic powerful enough to make all stars appear at once." StarGazer said. RainbowDash, proud that she had made another filly's cutiemark appear, flew back to her throne. "Hi. My name is Fluttershy. I am a animal caretaker." Fluttershy said. "Hi Flutershy. You know I don't have a pet. So maybe I'll swing by your cottage, and look for a pet." StarGazer said. Fluttershy blushed, she then flew back to her throne. "Well howdy. Mah' name's AppleJack. I work at Sweet Apple Acres." AppleJack said. "I love your Apple Cider. It's really good." StarGazer said. "Hi! I'm PinkiePie! I love to plan parties! I also love tomake new friends! I love sweets! Did I mention I planned parties!" PinkiePie said quickly. StarGazer stood there not catching what PinkiePie said. "Okay. I think I've met everypony." StarGazer said. The six looked at each other nervously. "What? Who did I miss?" StarGazer asked them. "Discord." Twilight said. "Who's Discord?' StarGazer asked. "You'll find out." RainbowDash said. "Let's go to his room then. He should be in there." StarGazer said. "Alright. But be prepared. For it is utter chaos." Rarity said.
Chapter 2: Meeting Discord... Dosen't go as you expect.As the seven walked down a hallway, Twilight started to walk slower with every step. "Look StarGazer. Maybe we shouldn't pop in his room right now." Fluttershy suggested. "Yeah. He tends to get in a bad mood." AppleJack said. "And sometimes he's really sad." PinkiePie said. "Gee. Thanks for the tip PinkiePie." StarGazer said rolling her eyes. "You're welcome." PinkiePie said not getting the fact that she used sarcasm. StarGazer face-hoofed herself. Then they finally reached Discord's room. "Oh Diiiiscoooord." PinkiePie said sing-song like. Twilight knocked on his door. "Are you awake?" PinkiePie asked. StarGazer was about to open the door till Rarity stopped her. "StarGazer, darling. Before you go in there, we just want to warn you that it's complete and utter chaos in there." Rarity said. StarGazer nodded and opened the door preparing for whatever was in there. "I thought you said it was chaotic in here." StarGazer said poking her head in. The six looked into the room confused. "Oh. Is it not four yet? Huh. Nevermind." Twilight said. StarGazer walked in. "Woah. It's so nice and quiet in here. Hey! There's a lot of books!" StarGazer exclaimed. She then used her magic to grab one. "Lets see. Hey. This one has a lot of missing pages!" StarGazer exclaimed. "Shhhhh!" RainbowDash whispered. "Discord is sleeping." RainbowDash said pointing at a bed. StarGazer looked at the bed to find a big lump in the blankets. "Is this Discord?" StarGazer asked. Fluttershy nodded. "Oh." StarGazer whispered. She then noticed his body size was twice the size of a regular stallion. In fact it was to long to even be a stallion. "Are you sure this is Discord?" StarGazer asked slightly louder. "Shhhh! And yes!" Twilight whispered. Twilight went over to the book shelf to see which books that had missing pages. Just then Prickle and Spike came running in the room. "Hey? Where were you guys?" Prickle asked loudly. She and Spike were panting hard from running all over the castle. Twilight dropped the book she was holding. It hit the floor with a loud thud. Discord awoke from the sudden noise. When he got up from the bed StarGazer was the first to notice. "What the freak is that thing?!" StarGazer asked pointing at Discord. The creature she was staring at had a head ofa pony, the antler of a deer, an another antler of a antelope, the claw of a eagle, the paw of a lion, the wing of a pegasus, a wing of a bat, a leg of a dragon, a hoof of a goat, and a long snake tail. Discord looked around. "Are you talking about me? Because I find it very rude." Discord said crossing his arms. "What exactly are you?" StarGazer asked. "I'm a draconequess. I am the last and only one of my kind. As you can see I'm made up of different animal parts." Discord said. "And if you don't already know my name. It's Discord. What is your?" Discord asked. "StarGazer, is my name." StarGazer said. "You never told me that Discord was a freak!" StarGazer whispered to Twilight. Discord heard this, and looked at her with hurt eyes. "You think that I'm a freak?" Discord asked. Ever since the battle with Tirek, Discord became sensitive. "Well duh! I mean look at you! I think that freak isn't a good enough word. I think that you're hideous! A monster you might say!" StarGazer shouted. Tears filled Discord's eyes. "Well if you think I'm a monster, then you could leave my room!" Discord yelled angrily. StarGazer teleported herself out of his room. While the remaining eight, stared at Discord who was begining to cry. "I think we better go. Come on girls." Twilight said her head hanging low. The eight began to feel bad for Discord. Meanwhile StarGazer is near his wall, listening to him sobbing. "Maybe I should apologize to him." StarGazer said. "No you shouldn't! He's a freak! He dosen't deserve pity!" A voice in her head said. StarGazer stopped listening to it, and headec to her room, felling bad for what she had said and did. "I'll apologize later." StarGazer said.
Chapter 3: Apology acceptedDiscord haden't shown up for lunch that day. He did't even come out for dinner. He just stayed in his room the rest of the day, till night fell. StarGazer was getting worried. Had her outburst upset himself to not want to come out? She didn't know. StarGazer went to bed. But she couldn't sleep. She was tossing and turning, guilty thoughts entered her head. "I have to apologize to Discord." StarGazer said getting up. Walking, careful not to wake up Prickle. Meanwhile Discord was looking at himself in the mirror. "She's right. I am a freak. I am a mix-match variety of animals." Discord sniffed. He was about to cry again. Discord looked in the mirror to find StarGazer in his room, near his door. "What are you doing here? I thought you said I was a freak!" Discord said harshly. StarGazer winced. Feeling guilt enter her heart. "Look Discord. I'm sorry. I didn't know you were sensitive. I am not used to seeing creatures like you." StarGazer said. Discord knew she was telling the truth. For these sounded like words from the heart. "I just hope you can forgive me. We can start over, and be f-f-f-friends." StarGazer choked. Discord walked towards StarGazer, and hugged her. "Apology accepted." Discord whispered. StarGazer looked into his eyes, to find they were redder than before. "Probably from all the crying." StarGazer thought. "So you want to be friends with the Lord of Chaos?" Discord asked. "Sure. Why not?"StarGazer asked. "Wait. Did you say Lord of Chaos?" "That's right. I can manipulate minds, bend reality, make cotton candy clouds rain chocolate milk." Discord said. StarGazer giggled. She loved cotton candy and chocolate milk. "Any thing else you want to talk about, dear?" Discord asked. "Why did you call me dear?" StarGazer asked. She was slightly alarmed about what he called her. "I call the ponies that." Discord said. "It kinda annoys them." "Well don't call me that either." StarGazer threatened. Discord nodded. StarGazer then formed an idea in her head. "Discord, I have something to tell you. Just bend down." StarGazer said. Discord did as he was told. "Come closer." StarGazer said. Discord moved his head closer. "Closer." Discord was now near her head now. "Perfect." StarGazer thought. StarGazer kissed Discord's check, which surpried him. "What was that for?" Discord asked rubbing his check. "Consider it an apology gift." StarGazer giggled. StarGazer then left his room. "Oh, goodnight Discord." StarGazer added. Discord just stood there, lookin at the doorway. Discord then entered his bed, and fell asleep smiling. Thinking over and over again in his head "She kissed me."
Chapter 4: Sick dayThe next morning, StarGazer hadn't woken up. In fact she hasn't come downstairs all morning. Discord had questioned Twilight why, but she didn't know either. Finally Discord decided to check on StarGazer. "Um... StarGazer? Are you all right?" Discord asked knocking on her door. Discord wanted to know what was wrong with his new friend. A very loud sneeze was his answer. "I'm all right." StarGazer replied. Discord noticed that her voice sounded different. Almost as if she was sick. Discord decided to enter her room. And his suspicions were correct. StarGazer was lying in bed, an ice-pack over her head, and a thermometer in her mouth. "Oh, hi Discord. It's nice to see you." StarGazer said. "StarGazer, listen to me. You're sick, and you must stay in bed. I will stay here and take care of you." Discord said. StarGazer looked at him uncertainly. "Is he for real?" StarGazer thought. "He's probably here to see you suffer. Probably savoring the moment that you're weak and ill." A voice said. "Shut up." StarGazer moaned. Discord looked at her confused. "But I didn't say anything." Discord said. StarGazer face-hoofed herself. She then took the thermometer out of her mouth, to check her temperature. It was 101.6 degrees. StarGazer groaned, followed by a cough. "Well, if we're done wasting time, maybe I can take you a nice cold bath?" Discord asked. StarGazer blushed slightly at the idea of Discord taking her a bath. "Um... Sure. Why not?" StarGazer asked. StarGazer then took the cover off, and tried to use her magic to take off the ice-pack of her head. But alas, her magic wasn't strong enough to even do simple levitation. Discord then picked her up bridal style, and carried her to the restroom, and prepared her bath. "Thanks Discord." StarGazer said. "No problem Star. I'll do anything for a friend in need." Discord said. StarGazer smiled and kissed his cheek like the night before. Discord then blushed, and put her in the tub. "Is it cold enough for you?" Discord asked. StarGazer smiled, and nodded. After her bath. StarGazer felt her throat get soar. "Discord? If it's no trouble, can you get me a cup of tea with extra honey, please?" StarGazer asked. Discord nodded, and went downstairs to make her tea. Making the tea reminded him of his song Glass of Water. "Maybe if I sing her my song, she'll feel a little better." Discord thought. When Discord went back upstairs he found himself humming his song. "Uh Discord? If I may ask? What are you humming?" StarGazer asked. "I'm singing a song I made up when I was sick." Discord said giving her the tea. "Will you please sing it to me?" Stargazer begged. Discord smiled. "A little glass of water please? A fresh pressed hanky, if I sneeze. Some tea with honey from the bees. Whenever you can brew it. And while I get a little rest a teeny, tiny, small request. Some Codfish oil for my chest. Poured from a crystal cruet. My goodnes I'm a nincompoop, because I fear I've got the croup. I need a vat of Pumpkin soup. And scarves made ou of zinia's. Did I say zinia's? I meant silk, or something shiny of that ilk. And then I'll need some nice warm milk and pastries from Absynnia. And since my stomach's feeling crummy, why not give my aching tummy, something soothing, something yummy, piled up with noodles. Add a slice of homemade rye, with stacks of swiss way up high. Served with sides of Sweet Mince Pie, more Basil, I need oodles. I'll be grateful for your charity, until the bitter end. Because I heard that tenderness is what you lend an ailing friend. Tenderness isn't that right friend, So who's ready for my big reprise?! I'd like that glass of water please, some magic spell to cure disease. A firm geisudhoof when I sneeze, a fresh bouquet of roses. Some lozenges will soon appease, my wheezing when I start to sneeze. A wig to keep me from the breeze, and blankets for my toses. Take tweezers out of my valise, and then massage my knoby knees, a bowl of peas, som extra cheese, a cuddle with a perkiniese, a singing harp who's named Louise, a goat on skiis, a new trapeze, and more and more and more and more of these! And just because I outta. Make sure I'm drinking in thr right a mount of fluids day and night. I wish I may, I wih I might. Just one little thing. Would you finally bring me that glass of water?" Discord sang. StarGazer smiled feeling the warmness from Discord make her fell better. "That was amazing!" StarGazer shouted. Discord smiled. He then went over to her, picked her up, and kissed her on the lips. StarGazer was surprised at this action, but kissed him back passionetly.
Chapter 5: Meet the Cutiemark CrusadersDiscord looked at StarGazer surprised. He had kissed her out of happiness, not love. Or so he thought. Discord closed his eyes and fell back into the kiss. Seconds after Discord closed his eyes, StarGazer opened hers. "Why the hell is he kissing me?! I do not, and I repeat do not love him! I like him as a friend. And I'm sure he's thinking the same thing. Right? Right?!" StarGazer thought. But she closed her eyes and fell back into the kiss. When they finally pulled away, both were blushing a deep red. "That was nice." Discord said smilimg. StarGazer nodded in agreement. Discord then released her from his grasp. "We should probably go downstairs before the others start to worry." Discord said. StarGazer nodded. Both of them had stopped blushing. The two walked downstairs holding each others hoof, or paw. RainbowDash was the first to notice. "Oooh. Discord has got himself a marefriend!" RainbowDash exclaimed, with sass in her voice. Discord blushed, while StarGazer giggled. "StarGazer is not my marefriend RainbowDash! And you know that." Discord said. RainbowDash rolled her eyes and flew off. "So you think of me as your marefriend?" StarGazer asked slyly. "Of course not. You're my friend. And I care about my friends." Discord said blushing. StarGazer giggled as she went to go eat breakfast with the others. "Of course I don't love her. There is no way I'd feel that way for somepony. Unless I did love her. What am I saying? Of course I don't love her. And I bet she's thinking the same thing. Right? Right?!" Discord thought. When Discord entered the kitchen he saw the others talking about something. "That's right! He asked me out!" Rarity squealed. "Oh Rarity, somepony will ask all of us out. Probably our secret crushes." AppleJack said. "Who do you like AppleJack?" RainbowDash asked. AppleJack blushed. "Ah' like Flim." AppleJack said. Everypony stared at her in dis-belief, except StarGazer, Discord, and Prickle who did't know who Flim was. "But didn't Flim try to make the Apple family out of business?" Twilight asked. "He did. But only because Flam made him do it. Because technically he's 'the oldest'." AppleJack explained. Everypony nodded to show that they apologized. StarGazer was now curious. She had heard those names before, but she couldn't put her hoof on it. Finally she had remembered. "I've had trouble with the Flim-Flam brothers before." StarGazer said. Everypony looked at her, even Discord looked a little surprised. "You have?" Fluttershy asked. StarGazer nodded. "A few years back Flim and Flam appeared at the Canterlot Castle to prove that they can make the stars appear better than me. So both of them tried to conjour up a star, but they could't do it. I finally decided to show them I am best at my job, and made all of the stars appear at once." StarGazer said. After StarGazer told her story, Rarity somehow changed the subject back to stallions. Even StarGazer was talking about some stallions who had asked her out for Hearts and Hooves day. Discord started to feel a little jealous about StarGazer being asked out by a group of stallions. But he didn't know why. He and StarGazer were just friends. Or so they thought. After the talk StarGazer thought that it was best if somepony had shown her all of Ponyville. Discord chose to be her guide. While they were walking around Ponyville a paper heart flew in StarGazer's face. StarGazer took it off with her magic. After she took it off she saw a trio of fillies running toward her. One was a unicorn, the other was a pegasus, and the other was a earh pony. "Sorry ma'am. But Scootaloo, AppleBloom, and I think that paper heart you're holding is ours." The pale unicorn said. StarGaze then gave her the heart. "Thank you. Oh by the way I'm SweetieBelle." SweetieBelle said. "I'm Scootaloo" Scootaloo said. "And Ah'm AppleBloom." AppleBloom said. "WE'RE THE CUTIEMARK CRUSADERS!!!!" The three boomed. StarGazer and Discord flattened their ears. StarGazer thought the three looked familiar. "You three wouldn't be related to Rarity, RainbowDash. and AppleJack right?" StarGazer asked. "Actually we are." AppleBloom said. "RainbowDash is my sister." Scootaloo said. "Well I'm actually her adopted sister." "Rarity is my sister." SweetieBelle squeaked. "And AppleJack is my sister." AppleBloom said. "I thought you three fillies looked familiar." StarGazer said. "Well we gotta go. We're making something for somepony." SweetieBelle said. "So bye." The CMC ran away with their paper heart. StarGazer chuckled. "Fillies." StarGazer thought as she and Discord went home.
Chapter 6: A whole day togetherThe next day, SweetieBelle was being baby-sat by Discord. Rarity dropped SweetieBelle off, because of a dress delivery in Fillydelpheia. But SweetieBelle was happy about this. Because she has formed a little crush on him, ever since he had accidentally bumped into her her. But anyways, Discord watched as StarGazer went to sleep. It was becoming a habit of his, since she had fell asleep in his lap, the day before. So just in case she woke up, Discord made StarGazer a tea he brewed instead of summoned. SweetieBelle stuck right by him all day long. But she began to wonder of his actions. Finally her curiosity got the best of her, and she finally decided to ask him. "Discord?" SweetieBelle asked. Discord looked up at her to show he was listening. "Why are you drawing a picture of you and StarGazer?" Discord looked shocked. He then blushed as he finally realized his actions. "I-I-I don't know." Discord stuttered. Discord looked at his drawing. He hadn't realized he was doing that. The drawing was of him and StarGazer dancing in the moonlight, in the open air. StarGazer was wearing a golden and red dress, and Discord was wearing a tuxedo. Both were looking into each others eyes. They were both smiling. Discord then looked away from the picture. When he snapped his fingers the picture was gone. Let's go do something, away from the castle." Discord said. SweetieBelle smiled. SweetieBelle and Discord were in Ponyville. Just wandering around. SweetieBelle's eyes lit up as they passed by the theater. She somehow freed herself of Discord's grasp and ran to see what new movies were up. Discord ran after her. He didn't want to lose her and end up being Rarity's enemy again. "SweetieBelle! Why did you run off?!" Discord asked angrily. SweetieBelle turned around to see Discord. He had his hands on his hips, and he looked a little angry. "I wanted to see what new movies they had." SweetieBelle said. "Well, you should still tell me where you're going, before you go!" Discord shouted. "Do you know what Rarity'll do to me if I lost you?! She'll kill me, for pony's sake!" Discords shouting had brought SweetieBelle to tears. Finally Discord calmed himself down. When he realized what he had done he knelt down next to SweetieBelle. "Sweetie don't cry." Discord said using the nickname he gave her. "Look, I'm sorry. It's just that I never took care of a filly before, and I don't want to lose you." Discord said. SweetieBelle stopped crying and looked up. She had a little smile on her face. "It's okay Discord. I know you were just worried about me." SweetieBelle said. Discord and SweetieBelle got up, right before Discord kissed her on the check. "Now, how about we go to the Malt shop before your sister comes to pick you up?" Discord asked SweetieBelle. SweetieBelle nodded. When they were at the Malt shop SweetieBelle ordered a Vanilla malt, and Discord ordered a Chocolate Malt. When they returned to the Castle StarGazer had barely woken up. "Oh. Hey guys." StarGazer yawned. StarGazer then walked downstairs. "Hello StarGazer." SweetieBelle said. "Where have you two been?" StarGazer asked. "Around town." Discord said. Discord then winked to SweetieBelle. Just then Rarity entered the Castle. "Thank you for baby-sitting SweetieBelle. I had to make a dress delivery to Fillydelpheia. She wasn't a hoof, I mean a handful was she?" Rarity asked Discord. "Not a problem at all." Discord said. "Alright well, I best be going. Goodbye Discord, StarGazer." Rariy said. She then left the Castle and went back to the Caurosel Boutique. Discord floated upstairs, and went to his room. He had something he needed todo. When he entered his room, he summoned up the drawing he made earlier. "Why did I draw this? I didn't even realize I was drawing this. Well, nevermind, I better take a nap. I'm really tired." Discord thought. When Discord fell asleep he dreamed about a wonderful world full where nothing makes sense. And he called it 'WonderLand'.
Chapter 7: Poetry can tell your true feelingsAfter Rarity left, StarGazer returned to her room. AppleJack who had returned from AppleBucking, had returned to the castle, right as StarGazer entered her room. "Why is StarGazer in her room on a nice day like this?" AppleJack asked herself. To answer her question AppleJack went upstairs to StarGazer's room. StarGazer on ther other hand was writing something sown on a peice of parchment. "So what are ya' doin'?" AppleJack asked. StraGazer jumped up quickley. She then turned around. "Oh it's just you AppleJack." StarGazer said relieved. StarGazer then went back to writing on her parchment. AppleJack looked over StarGazer's shoulder to see another peice of pachment with writing on it. StarGazer had covered it up with the peice of parchment she had been working on. "StarGazer? Is it alrigh' if ah' read yer' paper?" AppleJack asked. "Knock yourself out It's just poetry." StarGazer said writing on another peice of parchment. AppleJack read aloud: The colors of Discord The blue of your horn and wing remind me of the sky. The tuft of your tail and your horn remind me of soft clouds. The red of your eyes and tail remind me of a rose's petals. The yellow of your eyes and your arms remind me of the sun. The black from your mane reminds me of a dark and silent night. The grey of your head reminds me of silver linings in a cloud. Your brown coat and leg reminds me of the dirt that grows our food. The purple of your wing reminds me of Amethyst. The green of your leg reminds me of the grass that the cows graze on. All of these colors bring me happiness. And these are the colors of Discord. StarGazer looked up and stopped writing on her parchment. Had she really wrote that down? "And here's another one." AppleJack said. AppleJack then began to read the next one. The animals of Discord The gazelle, goat, and deer roam in the grass. All three eating. While the lion and dragon eat the gazelle, goat, and deer. The gazelle, goat, and deer support life for the lion and dragon. The snake lives in the grass loking for something to eat. The eagle looks down and finds and eats the snake. The snake supports life for the eagle. The lion finds the eagle and eats it. The dragon fonds th lion and eats it. All of these animals support the lives of other animals. If all these creatures were combined into one animal, they would create the perfect animal. This animal is a draconequess. And this draconequess is Discord. "Wow. Ah' never knew that ya' liked Discord." AppleJack said. StarGazer began blushing a very dark red. "I don't like Discord. I like him as a friend I mean. Damnit! Now you got me confused." StarGazer muttered. AppleJack giggled. "So? Do ya' like him?" AppleJack asked StarGazer. "I think I do like him. I think I love him." StarGazer said. AppleJack squealed. "Ah' can't believe it. It seems like yesterday you came in here and had shouted at Discord. Now you are making little love poems about him." AppleJack said. "WHAT?!" AppleJack and StarGazer turned around to see Twilight,RainboeDash, Fluttershy, PinkiePie, Spike, and Prickle staring at them. "Let me get this straight. StarGazer is in love with Discord?" Prickle asked. AppleJack nodded. "And how do you suppose that?" RainbowDash asked. StarGazer gave RainbowDash the poetry she made about Discord. "Poetry?! Ugh! I hate poetry!" RainbowDash muttered. "Just read them." StarGazer said. RainbowDash began to read.
Chapter 8: NightmaresDiscord's dream had turned dark after a while. At first he was sitting on a mushroom talking to a caterpillar, then he was in the Changeling Forest witnessing a gathering. "Princess Pupa, my daughter, will be watching over the hive while I am in Equstria." Queen Chrysalis said. Discord looked confused. "Why don't they see me?" Discord asked. He even stood in front of Queen Chrysalis. But she acted as if he was invisible. He even tried to touch her, but his hand went right through her. "No wonder she can't see me. I don't exist." Discord said. "Wait? What did she mean by that she'll be 'In Equstria'?" Discord asked. What he saw next horrified him. A couple of Changeling Guards brought out a tied up StarGazer. However her mouth wasn't in a muzzle. "You'll never get away with this Chrysalis!" StarGazer barked. Queen Chrysalis giggled. "I already have." Queen Chrysalis said. "You don't know a whole lot about me, bitch!" StarGazer growled. Queen Chrysalis turned into Discord. StarGazer's and the real Discord's expression were the same. "Yes I do." Queen Crysalis said. "I know you like this monstrosity. I know your dreams about you and this creature. Very dirty, nasty dreams." StarGazer gulped. This couldn't be happening. Discord on the other hoof blushed like crazy. He even started sweating. "StarGazer likes me?" Discord asked. He never knew. "I wish Luna would stop this nightmare already." Discord said. What happened next put Discord back into reality. The Changeling Queen disguised as himself, puckered up her lips and was about to kiss StarGazer. "Wait! Stop!! Leave her alone!!!" Discord shouted forgetting that he didn't exist. By the time he reached StarGazer she was kissing Queen Chrysalis forcibly. StarGazer let out an ear-piercing shriek of pain. StarGazer fell to the ground as if she had been stabbed. Discord knew why. Changelings fed off love. And a kiss was a strong act of love. So if a Changeling turned into a pony another pony loved and kissed them, that pony could either die or be badly injured. Discord forgot this was a dream and tried to grab StarGazer. But she always fell through his arms. His dream shifted, right after Queen Chrysalis turned to StarGazer. This time the Diamond Dogs had her. "Stupid mule! Find us some gems! NOW!!!!!" A short, little one shouted. StarGazer had a couple of marks on her. Discord almost threw-up. She was bleeding, and those cuts on her were deep. His dream shifted again. Everytime his dream shifted StarGazer was either abused or being mocked. Till one dream showed Tirek holding StarGazer by the neck. He was stealing her magic. Her eye color turned grey and her cutiemark disappered. "Your choice Discord. You can either save Equstria or save this one." Tirek said. Discord look horrified. Was Tirek actually talking to him. He was lost in his thoughts, till he heard something. "I choose Equstria." Discord turned around quickley, to find himself walking towards Tirek. "Why would I care about a stupid, little mare?" His dream self asked. Tirek smiled and began choking StarGazer. "Enough!" Luna shouted. The image disappered. Discord turned around to see Luna coming towards him. "Thank Celestia you came!" Discord exclaimed. "Why are you dreaming about this?" Luna asked. Discord tried to answer, but couldn't. Everything began to shift as Luna flew away. "Tell her how you feel!" Luna shouted. Discord awoke sweating. He had to tell her.
Polouge"Just two weeks from now Hearts and Hooves Day is coming up." A blue unicorn said. That blue unicorn was named StarGazer. A red and gold dragon named Prickle started to look over some book titles. "Calm down Star. I know you're excited, but Princess Celestia said that from now on you need to get out and stop being cooped up during this holiday." Prickle said. "Well I just don't want to be hurt." StarGazer said defensivley. Flashbacks suddenly appeared. Prickle suddenly burped orange fire. A scroll came with it. "What does this say?" StarGazer asked. "Just read it." Prickle said. StarGazer began to read the note. Dear StarGazer I am aware that you are not going to celebrate the upcoming holiday. I very much want you to celebrate. So for a while I will give you temporary home in Ponyville, to spend the holiday in. I am sure that you will find a stallion there that is very much like you. I am so sure you will make lots of friends there as well. Signed. Princess Celestia. StarGazer sighed. "I guess I'll go to Ponyville." StarGazer grumbled. "Yes! We're going to Ponyville." Prickle said. "But we don't know when we're leaving." StarGazer said happily. "Oh yeah. Well when we find out, we're packing and leaving immediantly." Prickle said. StarGazer giggled. She loved Prickles enthusiasum. StarGazer checked the note to see if they missed anything. P.S. You're leaving in in one week. One week later StarGazer and Prickle started to enter the carriage that Princess Celestia had gotten for them. "I wonder if Ponyville has anything good about it." Stargazer said. "I'm sure it does." Prickle said. Then the carriage started to cross over Canterlot and into Ponyville. "Look you can see Princess Twilight's Castle." Prickle squealed. StarGazer never really liked Twilight. They have crossed each others path a couple times before in Canterlot, when Twilight became a Alicorn, Stargazer couldn't help but end up hating Twilight. "I bet Princess Prissy is as snooty as she was before. Always saying that she has to study, just to spend time with her friends." StarGazer mummbled. As the carriage landed in Ponyville StarGazer was wondering what Princess Celestia meant by, 'there is a stallion a lot like you.' "Thank you gentlcolts." StarGazer said when they landed. They nodded and flew back to Canterot. "I wonder if thay ever get tired of flying." Prickle said. "I bet they don't." StarGazer chuckled. The two walked around Ponyville searching for their new temporary home. As they walked around Prickle started to grow attached to Ponyville. "Hey look Prickle. There's another dragon." StarGazer said pointing at a slightly smaller purple and green dragon. Prickle started to run to the other dragon. "Hi I'm Prickle. What's your name?" Prickle asked him. "I'm Spike. Prickle is a nice name." Spike said. Prickle began blushing. "Thank you."Prickle said. "Hey. Have you seen a unicorn named StarGazer? Princess Celestia said that she will be staying at Princess Twilight's Castle." Spike said.
Chapter 9: ConfessionsRainbowDash looked at StarGazer, then the poem. "What in Equestria do you think about?" RainbowDash asked. StarGazer shrugged. "Whatever comes to mind." StarGazer said. "Please don't tell Discord. I don't want to ruin our friendship." "Don't you worry your pretty little head. We Pinkie Promise not to tell him. Right girls?" PinkiePie asked. "Cross my heart, and hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye." Everypony said. StarGazer smiled. "I'm so happy to have friends like you ponies." StarGazer said. StarGazer gasped. "When is Hearst and Hooves Day?" StarGazer asked. "Tomorrow. Why do you ask?" Spike asked. "I don't have a special somepony. And he will expect me to go crawings back to him!" StarGazer shouted. Everypony was confused. "Who's 'him'?" Rarity asked. "It's best if you don't know." StarGazer said. "I have to tell Discord anyways. If I don't, I'llegar miss out on this oportunity." StarGazer said. StarGazer ran out of her room. Only to bump into Discord. "StarGazer. I have a conffesion to make." Discord said. "I sort of l-l-l-love you. And I wanted to know if you'll be my special somepony." Discord said. StarGazer blushed. "I do too. And yes." StarGazer said. StarGazer flew up to Discord and kissed him.
