Dawn - CHAPTER 1
"SOLDIERS! DRAW YOUR WEAPONS AND PREPARE TO CHARGE!" Richard was leading the front against the necromancer's army. This was his first mission, and how convenient should he be tasked to take out a huge threat to Erathia. "ON MY MARK MEN, FOR GLORY, FOR HONOR, FOR ERATHIA!  CHARGE!!!" The charge had begun, his regiment was riding against the necromancer's forces. A clash of steel, the yells of battle cries. Richard had fought through the front line, he was riding to the tower. A large soldier came into his view. He engaged, stabbing the enemy in the head. The path was clear, he rode over to the gates crashing into them. The necromancer stared at him with eyes that a demon of hell could take notes from. "I will slay you, for the protection of Erathia!" Richard charged, attempting to thrust the blade into his skull. The necromancer frantically casts a spell on him, and all Richard saw after that was white.
Richard woke up in a clearing with his helmet off, and he was lying in grass. Where was he, is this the afterlife? Heaven perhaps? No, how could I have died? He sat up, and to his surprise, he saw a horse. "What..is this?" he said. The pony replied, "IT SPEAKS! MONSTER!" and ran off. "Did a horse just speak?" I don't know what that necromancer did to me, but it's making me imagine things. He tried to stand up, but was unbalanced and fell down again. "Ugh, what do I do now?" He attempted to get up again, this time leaning against a nearby tree. In a few minutes he regained what he had of his balance. He picked up his helmet and put it on. "I guess I should try to get out of here. He went in the direction of the mysterious talking horse in hope of civilization. Eventually he saw a small horse, to which he yelled "Hello?" The filly looked at the steel beast, and backed up. "Don't worry, I don't want to hurt you I just need to know where I am." The filly replied "MONSTER!" and attempted to run off, but got caught by Richard. "I will repeat, where am I?" The filly only replied "You're in Equestria."
