Rose Hem has found a comfortable nook for himself in the Canterlot fashion world. He has many celebrity regulars and his rising fame seems to have attracted even the ears of the media. Though his mental stability wavers, Rose is generally a happy caring pony.
Defiance Maelstrom, however, is not a happy pony. Tasked to guard a "silly" fashion boutique was not what he'd been anxious to do after training 8 years to be part of The Royal Canterlot Guard.
As day-to-day monotone sets in, Rose and a begrudging Defiance begin forming a bound. One that will eventually radiate a bombastic red hue.
