Equestria & the Heroes of Ether: Titan Landing

"So let me get this straight," said Kevin as he opened up another book on teleportation magic," You and your Council of Shadows, are just different versions of yourself? I though you were talking to yourselves?"

"In a way yes, I am indeed talking to myself but at the same time it's a different version of myself," said King Sombra as he picked apart a trade treaty that was given to him earlier that morning," I'm mostly known as King Sombra the Wise or at least in the Council of Shadows. There is Queen Umbra the Brave, King Sombra the Cunning, King Sombra the Terrible, Queen Umbra the Dark, Emperor Sombra of Holy Light and so on and so forth."

"Looks like most on that council of yours are royalty of some kind," commented Kevin as he unceremoniously tossed the book aside for another.

"Yes, also don't damage these books some of them are quite old." chilled Sombra," There is a.... filtering process to determine if that Sombra is a Titan and then if that Titan is er.... reasonable."

"I see. So what problem is going on that your turning that piece of paperwork into very small scraps?"

"Er well. there is this version of me, normal unicorn, very dark, very crazy. Not even a Titan but he has been er experimenting with very powerful magics recently. Some of which even Umbra the Dark wouldn't even touch." said Sombra in a slightly worried voice," And some of it surprising has been effec- ARGGGGGGGGGGGG!"

Sombra crashes from his chair and onto the ground, clutching his head as Kevin and some of the castle staff rush in to try and help Sombra. As they try and fail to alleviate the pain, the castle staff quickly get Sombra on a stretcher and rush him into the infirmary.

"The fuck just happened?"

"It's been three days," said Soft Touch as she paced back and forth,"With King Sombra out of commission like this, Father says some of the protective spells his majesty set around the Crystal Empire is starting to fade."

"Uncle Sombra is fine," said Celestia as she sipped some tea," He is in good hands and Uncle Sombra did put secondary measures in case his spells fade. The crystal heart and the various enchantments what surrounds the very walls of this city will protect us."

"It's been four months now," said Kevin as he summoned another Zelda Red Health potion," There must be something happening to one of his many version of himself that is causing this in the first place."

"Milord," said the councilpony that Kevin forgot the name of," Perhaps thee can assist us in this many? If thee believe that one of Sire Sombra's alternate copies is currently causing this pain then perhaps...."

At that moment, Sombra got up from the bed, with a glow in his eyes that was white and unearthly. Before anyone could get a word out to Sombra, he utted a single word.

"RUN".

And with that Sombra started to explode in rays of light.
