A sentient device

When the rainbow factory created the pegasus device, they thought he wasn't alive. for a time, they were right. but when the core of him was installed, something... changed. he gained a brain, the ability to think. yet he could never use it. his programming had his mind locked down tight, able to think, unable to stop any of his actions.

He hates his job. many days, he wishes to scream, to roar, to bellow his hate and his sorrow to the world. and more than anything else, he wants revenge. he wants revenge for countless murders, all by his forced hand. he wants rainbow dash, Dr atmosphere, contrail, all of them.... he wants them dead. yet he cannot do it. or can he?
