The air was cold and harsh. The wind whipped through her hair. She shouldn't have been out this late but she swore she heard a sound in the distance, the further she walked the louder it became. There it was in an empty box. The source of the noise, she had found it.
In the small box she had found a little baby filly. The filly had bright blue eyes that stared into Fluttershy's eyes.
"Oh my, now what are you doing out here?" Said Fluttershy "I'd better take you inside it's awfully cold out here." And with that Fluttershy scooped up the box and galloped home as quickly as she could without disturbing the young filly.
Once they reached the cottage it was almost pitch black outside. Fluttershy opened the door and a warm light flooded the room. Fluttershy stepped inside and placed the box down. She then went to get some blankets and pillows to put inside the box as well as a little teddy bear. While she was doing that she found a note inside the box it said this:
Dear Reader,
I would like to thank you for taking care my daughter,
I would like to ask if you could take care of her for me,
If you could protect her no matter what,
if you could treat her like your her own mother.
I had to flee my town to keep her safe,
They were after me and leaving behind kept her safe from them.
Tell her that I wish the best for her but only ,tell her when she is ready,
I also left a separate note in the box for her
Her name is Aria Annalise Moon.
Tell her that I love her,
I have also left some of her belongings in the box.

"Oh my, the poor little thing." Exclaimed Fluttershy, quite softly so that she wouldn't wake the little filly. Fluttershy took Aria to the spare bedroom and left her there. She put Aria in the bed and pulled the covers over her. Then she turned on the lamp, shut the windows and turned off the lights.
The next morning Fluttershy awoke quite early.
"I must check on Aria to make sure she is okay." And with that Fluttershy trotted to the spare bedroom. In the spare bedroom she found the young filly sleeping quite peacefully. She picked Aria up and took her downstairs to get her breakfast.
After breakfast Fluttershy remembered that she had to go on a picnic with her friends but she still hadn't told them about Aria. This was going to be an interesting day.......
