Lost in A Little World

It was a summer day, and Aurora Lights had just been playing around with her older sister: Galactic Star. The two were orphans living in an orphanage, and Galactic Star always cared for her sweet and shy sister. Galactic Star had a gorgeous purple mane and tail with blue streaks, her bright teal eyes usually made her the talk of the town when she wears different color contacts, and her pastel yellow fur made her look lovable, what made it top it all was that she had her cutie mark: a 4 tipped star with galactic colors swirling in the back. It was one of the more rare cutie marks for a mere pegasus to obtain, but Galactic loved it anyway. Aurora Lights had the same color of fur as her sister, but her turquoise eyes made everyone envy her...kind of. Her mane was usually swirled with teal and blue, making her look adorable. The young pegasus was still a blank flank, unlike her 12 year old sister. During school, in the dorms at the orphanage and even in the streets of Fillydelphia, Aurora is always getting bullied, but Galactic always saves her. But it's not every day, including today.

"Hey, Galacty?"

"Hmm?"

"How did you get your cutie mark?"

"*chuckles softly* Patience and time."

"Oh...well, where do you think our real mommy is?"

"In a peaceful place, maybe."

"Will she come back for us?"

"Maybe. Hey, Aurora?"

"Yeah?"

"I've been doing things... I may have been planning a trip for you..."

"Oh, well...That's not super bad... Where are we going?"

"Aurora... I'm not going with you... It's about time you break out of your shyness bubble..."

"B..but... Galacty..."

"You need to find your destiny... I'm sending you to a place called Ponyville where you will stay with a pony named...um... Shutterfly?"

"*weeps* I...I don't wanna go..."

"I packed up your stuff... You go on a train in a few hours..."

"I... Why would you do this?"

"You need to learn a lot of things... But I will visit, promise!"

A few hours later, the sweet filly had gotten on the train to Ponyville, and she was not pleased.
