Steel Gets a Coltfriend - A story for my friend Shasta

The sun shone brightly in the sky over Ponyville, it was another hot, sticky summer day in the small town home to a couple hundred or more residents, centered directly in the heart of the beautiful land of Equestria. For a typical pony, a day like this they would normally spend swimming in the lake outside of town, or dunking their heads in the town's many cool water barrels for those looking to cool off without having to swim to do so, or even buying a cold drink from a café if they hadn't run out already. Most of the town's residents were staying inside to hide from the sweltering heat of mid-day.

At the train depot, a long passenger train pulled into the station, kicking up some dust along with it as it screeched to a halt at the platform perfectly. Ponies waiting to board hid in the main building, rather than stand outside and sweat themselves to death, while those on board darted out of the train and into the cool train station within a minute or two.

When the dust finally cleared, it was evident that the locomotive wasn't running under it's own power. At the front of the train, just a few feet ahead of the locomotive, stood four earth pony stallions, panting and sweating, one of the stallions' hooves giving out from underneath him. They had just run all the way from Appleloosa to Ponyville, despite the heat. Normally if that were the case elsewhere, the Royal Guard for example, it would have been deemed too dangerous to go outside and run track and risk getting a heat stroke. The stallions took off their engineer caps, which were the basic blue and white striped caps that all engineers wear, and wiped the sweat from their foreheads and quickly ran to a water barrel on the platform and all three dunked their heads in at once. The fourth, however, continued to unhook himself from the lead spot. His coat was a brilliant dirt-brown, with trimmed jet-black hooves, sharing the same color in his long, thick mane with an extremely dark grey stripe running down the mane on the back of his head, as well as his tail. His cutie mark was a silver wrench with the sunlight reflecting on it slightly.

One of the engineer stallions, a tan stallion with grey trimmed hooves and a silverish-grey mane shook his head slightly after pulling it out of the ice-cold, refreshing water. He then looked at the brown stallion as he approached.

"Yo, Steel! Come feel this water!"

"Ah'm comin'." The brown earth stallion trotted up the platform steps and over to the rest of the stallions, who finished dunking their heads into the ice water.

Without hesitation, the stallion dunked his searing-hot head into the water, which sizzled slightly as it cooled him from over a hundred degrees to thirty in less than a minute. He soon pulled his head out, shaking his head to allow his jet-black mane to readjust so it wasn't in his tropical ocean-blue eyes. Water trickled down his face as he let out a relieved sigh at the refreshing feel of the liquid as it cooled him. The other rail ponies joked around with each other, before their eyes caught attention of the brown stallion as his wet mane drooped over his head.

"Whohoho Steel, you look hot." The orange railpony leaned on a bench, staring at the brown stallion and his mane.

"Not anymore, that water is cold!" The stallion, Steel Wrench, replied, moving more of his soaking mane off of his muzzle.

"No, what he means is...hehe." The tan grey-maned stallion chuckled awkwardly, now blushing with the others.

Steel's eyes widened. "Oh." He grumbled something to himself, before trotting past his friends. "Ah never did really understand your love for other stallions."

"Aw, come on Steel, aren't you ever going to join in on us?" The lighter brown railpony with a blond mane, Caboose, chimed in, trotting alongside the brown earth pony, putting his engineer hat back on his head.

"Ah already told ya, ah'm straight!" Steel groaned, trotting down the train consist to make sure nothing was off for the next trip tomorrow night, a nice change after running four hot days that week.

The other three stallions lowered their heads slightly, before trotting off of the platform.

"Well...see you tomorrow night bro." John Bull waved his hoof, trotting off with Caboose and Sunset.

"See ya." Steel waved back, continuing to check on his train for any problems.

Later on that evening, after the temperature cooled enough to make the outside habitable once more and the sun set past the hills to the west, Steel cantered through the small town's center as it came to life. Ponies sat at outdoor tables eating dinner, while others walked from store to store before they closed for the night. The stallion smiled at some mares as they walked by, trying to ignore them as they giggled his way. He was a stallion any mare, and most likely a stallion too, would want. Unlike his railroad buddies, who make out with each other from time to time, and on some nights have a bit of a stallions-only exotic party, he was one who leaned towards mares and wished he had one. After some time a while back, he came to realize not many mares want a stallion like him who constantly gets himself dirty from what he does for a living. Had he become a Royal Guard instead, things would definitely be much different. As any pony knows, ponies cannot resist a stallion in armor.

"Look out!" A slightly distant voice rang out, forcing Steel's ears to perk up as he looked around, assuming it was talking to him.

He suddenly looked up and saw a blue blur dart out of the darkening skies, which crashed into him before he could get the thought to react and jump out of the way. A moment later, he was laying on the ground with the thing now on top of him. The stallion squirmed underneath what appeared to be a smaller and younger pony, with a blue and black mane. The pony raised his head and looked down at Steel.

"Oh my gosh...I am so sorry. Are you hurt?" The stallion, a navy-blue pegasus, stood up and quickly hopped off of Steel, who was still struggling to process everything that just happened.

"A-ah think so..." Steel slowly stood up, shaking his head, before getting a good look at the pony who crashed into him. "Glad ah was here so ya had somethin' soft to land on."

The stallion chuckled awkwardly. "Hehe, yeah I guess." The pony scratched behind his head, looking up at Steel and soon realizing he was a half of a head shorter than the brown earth pony. "I really should work on my flying."

Steel chuckled. "Probably."

The navy-blue pony looked up at him, smiling. Steel glanced back down at the stallion, accidentally making eye contact with him. Something struck the two stallions as their eyes met one another's. Steel blushed slightly as he stared into the smaller stallion's eyes. The blue pegasus' smile widened, also beginning to blush, as he stared back into Steel's eyes. Moments later, he came back to his senses.

"Oh, er, I-I should go...this is a little awkward." The pegasus looked around frantically, before moving to trot away.

"N-no, wait!" Steel grabbed the stallion's hind leg, forcing the pegasus to squeal slightly.

"H-hey!" The stallion turned his head and faced Steel, blushing redder than before. A moment later, he pulled his leg free and tripped over his own hooves, causing him to land on his back.

Steel bit his lip and trotted back up to the stallion, looking down at him. "A-ah'm sorry."

The smaller pegasus groaned slightly and stood up. "Don't be...I'm the one who's awkward...I mean, you're awkward...no...I'm awkward, you're kinda cute...wait what?" The pony's irises shrunk and he looked back up at Steel, who was blushing again.

"You...you think ah'm...cute?" Steel blushed, his jaw hanging open slightly at the stallion's words.

The pegasus crouched down slightly in fear, his voice beginning to take a higher pitch. "Y-you didn't hear that."

       "Ah...uh...kinda did..."

The smaller pony squealed slightly. "P-please! Forgive me! I-I'm going crazy ever since my marefriend left me!" He begun to sob, sitting on his haunches.

Steel felt sympathy for the younger stallion, before pulling him into a hug. "Shh...don't cry. I forgive you."

"R-really?" The pegasus looked up at Steel, who smiled back, which signaled yes to him.

       "Of course." Steel replied.

The pegasus wiped a tear from his eye. "I'm Blast...well...Snowblast. I just go by Blast...and you?"

       "Steel Wrench."

"Cool name." The pegasus wiped at his eyes more.

"Heh, thanks." Steel sighed. "Ah wish ah was named differently though."

       "To...to what?"

"Ah dunno...somethin' other than this name."

Blast looked up at Steel. "I think it's a nice name. It fits your cutie mark too." He mentally facehoofed himself, knowing he just gave away that he checked out the earth pony's rear end.

Steel blushed, unsure of what to say.

"Oh my...embarrassing..." Blast squeaked and looked away, blushing the same as Steel.

Steel chuckled lightly. "Y-you think ah am cute, right?"

Blast looked back and nodded slowly.

Steel smiled, still blushing. "Ah think you're kinda cute too...and this is coming from a straight pony."

Blast blushed more. "Oh, stop it...I'm not cute." He pouted.

       "Yes, actually, you are."

Blast continued to stare up at Steel as he smiled down at the smaller pony.

"W-what do you say we um..."

Steel listened closer. "Yeah?"

Blast blushed redder than ever in embarrassment. "I...can't say."

"Ya mean, um...sex?" Steel blushed, his smile fading into a curious look.

Blast squeaked again. "Y-yes!"

Steel thought for a moment. He thought to himself, why not? It was unlikely the two would end up dating anyways.

Steel Wrench and Snowblast trotted up to a house similar to the ranch out in Appleloosa at the apple orchard in the residential parts of town. It wasn't massive in size, but comfortable enough for a small family. It had wooden siding, with a tin roof with two windows sticking out of the slanted roof, which extended from the first floor up to the back of the house, technically making it two stories tall. Steel unlocked the door and trotted into the dark living room, flipping a switch and turning on two lights which quickly lit up the living room. Inside, there was a soft, brown couch, across from a recliner and a love seat in the same design, with a coffee table in the middle. On the mantle of the fireplace, which was not lit at the time, sat some small antiques underneath it. Beside the fireplace sat some bookshelves, filled with books of different size and color, each with some sort of gold lining, a typical equestrian book design. On the walls sat pictures of different locomotives, Steel's rail pony friends, and a black-and-grey picture of Steel as a colt, in between a tall earth stallion with a tough scowl on his face, with what appeared to be a military buzz-cut. Opposite of him stood a mare, smiling brightly at the camera, Steel's parents.

"Wow, Steel. Nice place." Snowblast smiled as he looked around, his hooves sinking into the carpet slightly.

"Thanks." Steel smiled. "When do ya wanna hit the bed?"

Blast looked at Steel, blushing slightly. "Now? Hehe."

"Alrighty." Steel smiled, before trotting up the stairs. The loft could be seen from the living room, which was three rooms across from the railing of the second level of the home. The brown stallion then disappeared into the room closest to the top of the stairs.

The blue pegasus followed Steel moments later, smiling. He then entered the bedroom, finding a queen-sized bed between two hoof-built wooden nightstands. On the wall sat a wooden drawer with a large mirror attached, likely also hoof-built. On the other side, a hat hanger with Steel's engineer hat hanging on it, as well as a red bandana, sitting above a bandana exactly like it, except it was blue. Blast looked on the bed and saw Steel sitting on it, which made him smile more.

"So...uh...you wanna go first?" Blast continued to stand in the door jam, staring at the brown stallion.

Steel shrugged. "Don't matter to me."

Blast's eyes ran across Steel's muscular body slowly, admiring the stallion completely. While doing so, his wings slowly unfolded from his sides and stood out at full length, beginning to throb.

       "Uh...what's with your wings?"

Blast looked back at his wings and blushed, attempting to shove them down and smiling awkwardly.

Steel chuckled and watched as the pegasus struggled with his erect wings, oblivious to his stallionhood beginning to unsheathe from his groin. Something felt uncomfortable to the stallion, and he leaned on his left side on the bed, facing Blast as his stallionhood slowly and unexpectedly reached full length.

Blast turned his attention quickly back to Steel, now facing a large, black boner sticking out of the stallion's lower body, forcing his wings to spring out and throb faster. "S-Steel."

Steel looked down, his eyes widening. "Oh."

Blast stared at the erect cock under Steel, his nose suddenly beginning to bleed out of nowhere. "O-oh my, Steel." He walked closer and climbed on to the bed, leaning his head down just in front of the tip of Steel's hood. He then stuck his tongue out, licking the tip briefly.

"O-ooh..." Steel blushed, looking down at Blast as his tongue wrapped around the tip slightly, bringing a tingling feeling to it which felt good.

Blast reached his hooves to Steel's hood, and begun to stroke it slightly, sitting back on his haunches as he did. Steel rolled onto his back, allowing Blast to do so, moaning in pleasure as the pegasus' hooves stroked his erect stallionhood. The earth pony gripped the bed tightly as his cock was slowly stroked and throbbed harder than ever before.

Blast then leaned down and slowly took in Steel's stallionhood in, rubbing his balls to add to the pleasure as he begun to suck. Steel moaned loudly as Blast's head bobbed up and down as he sucked, his eyes rolling up as the stallion sucked harder and faster.

       "Mmmngh...Blast! Ohh!" Steel moaned.

Blast made slight muffled noises as he sucked on Steel's erect stallionhood, swirling his tongue around the tip. After a minute, Steel begun to leak a white liquid, feeling more of a tingling sensation as it crawled up his stallionhood.

"Nngh...Blast...ah-ah think ah'm gonna cum!" Steel moaned in pleasure, beginning to slowly thrust into the stallion's mouth, moments later ejecting a river of the warm, white, sticky stallion seed into his mouth.

"Glk..!" Blast's eyes widened as the cum was shot out of Steel's hood and into the pegasus' mouth. He had no other option but to swallow, enjoying the fluid as he did, savoring the salty taste of it. He licked his lips afterwards. "Mmm."

Steel panted, raising his head and looking at the stallion, smiling lightly.

"Mmm, Steel. That was a nice little treat." Blast smiled, licking his lips still.

"W-was it?" Steel panted, smiling more. "That felt...great." He continued to smile, before dropping it and his eyes widening.

Blast noticed his sudden mood change. "Wha-what is it?"

Steel looked at the stallion in shock. "Ah-ah think...ah think ah'm gay for ya..."

Snowblast blushed a dark red. "But...w-weren't you straight?"

"Was." Steel smiled, pulling the stallion onto his chest and hugging him.

Blast smiled and nuzzled his chest, snuggling into his warm coat. "Mmm...Steel. I-I was straight before too...but...I love you."

Steel smiled more, nuzzling Blast's forehead. "Ah love you too...just wait 'till my friends hear."

"They'll have to deal with it." Blast purred lightly.

"They're gay for each other...they've been tryin' ta get me ta join them. Ah guess ah finally have."
