And so the story began with the mixing of two unexpecting worlds.
It was as it always was, a beautiful day in Green Hill Zone for sonic and his friends. It was a relaxing day since Dr. Robotnicks latest plan for world (not to mention time and space) domination ended in him being stuck in a time loop with his younger self. Sonic and his friends were out and about hanging around with all the woodland creatures and just having a grand old time playing a game of lacrosse with Sonic and Shadow being Team captains and Silver being a Referee (because Silver cheats by using his Psychokinesis all the time).
The teams were set up with one skill on side and one on the other. Basically Shadow chose the stronger but slower people (i.e. Knuckles, Vector, Omega, Big) and Sonic chose the fast but weaker people (i.e. Tails, Blaze, Espio, Amy). Shadow though that bigger was better, and sonic thought big things small packages.
The score was 6-4 Team Sonic and Shadow was not very happy about that, so he decided to go against the agreed rules and used chaos control because he is a sore loser. Of course sonic catches on because he is also a user of chaos control and quickly stopped the game. “SHADOW, what was that! We all agreed that neither you nor I would use chaos control or other powers that would give us a huge advantage in the game” sonic said. “Whatever sonic, you kept using your boost ability, I call cheating on that” said Shadow. “The boost is part of my natural move set and my whole thing is about going fast … and if you call my boosting cheating than I’m calling cheating on you too” “I never USED my boost though …” “Doesn’t mean you don’t have it though huh” Sonic says with a sly smile. “uuhhh, Fine. You win this time sonic” Shadow says as he starts grumbling obscenities to himself.
“Well that’s Shadow for you I guess, Ultimate lifeform, Ultimate Sore Loser” Shadow flips Sonic off at that remark. Sonic just chuckles. “Well whatever Shadow, let’s just get back to the game. I promise to stop using my boost voluntarily. If I use it just trip me or something” “I’ll hold you to that Sonic” “And you have to stop using your chaos control” “Damnit, fine” “Good now let’s get back to the game”
So the gang went on like that for a few more hours, Shadow occasionally gaining the lead with sonic taking it right back, until the only ones left with energy were the super speed hedgehog Sonic, and the Ultimate Lifeform Shadow. *pant* “How do you have so much energy Sonic, I’m the Ultimate lifeform and I’m tired” *Pant* “What you see is what you get, just a guy- *pant* never mind, too tired to make the cheesy quote. So *pant* lets settle this like men … Hedgehogs. BY BOOSTING TO WIN! … Sonic with more experience wins because of his quick step technique.
“DAMN YOU SONIC AND YOUR ACURSSED QUICK STEP TECHNIQUE!” Shadow shouted. Sonic and his team just cheer while Shadows team sits in silence at their loss at 34-29. “Well this sucks” Said Vector “I swear just keeps getting faster as he gets older, that is so bass akwards” Knuckles grumbled. “*whirring sounds of head shaking back and forth*” Omega lamented. “WHERES FROGGY” Shouted big. Everyone face palmed.
If you ever want a rematch, you know where to find me … I need to stop quoting myself. Anyway, yes. Rematch. Call. Goodbye. Need to go running. “YOU BETTER WAIT FOR ME SONIC” shouted Amy. “This is why I run so fast guys” *Sonic Boosts away*. Everybody soon left after that (of course only after they ate the snacks that was brought by Vector) and went back to go do their daily routine, Vector and Espio try and fine Mighty a job, Tails goes back to making gadgets, Big goes back to looking for froggy who is currently stuck in his tail, Gamma goes to do … robot things. Knuckles goes back to guarding the master emerald, and blaze does her lonely introvert stuff … until she meets up with cream and gets dragged back to her house.
Shadow was starting to get bored of just lounging around his house, so he decided to call up Sonic and tell him to invite everyone over for a movie night. “But what movie you may ask the Ultimate and Handsome lifeform known as shadow the hedgehog” “Don’t forget modest” knuckles chuckled. “Ignoring that, why the Fifth Element OF COURSE!” … Everyone stopped. “What about it would make it so obvious that we would watch the fifth element?” Everyone asked. “Well I- … Um, A lady is … created …” Sonic sighs and says, “No Shadow, Just no. Put the movie in and let’s just watch it already.
They were about half way through the movie when Shadow pointed out something obvious and Sonic had to point out that Shadow had pointed out the obvious, and Shadow had to make a snark comment about how Sonic just had to point out that he pointed out the obvious and - … well you get the idea. “OH WILL YOU TOO SHUT UP AND JUST GET BACK TO WACHING THE MOVIE” Knuckles yelled. “I swear you two can’t do anything without starting a fight” The pair ignore knuckles entirely causing him to throw them both out of the house.
That got Shadow REALLY mad, being thrown out of his own house and all, but instead of going after knuckles who just threw him out, he goes after the blue hedgehog right in front of him to take his pent up ultimate anger out on. Sonic being the adrenaline junkie he is notices this and is all too eager to take shadow up on that offer.
“Come and get some you Ultimate sore loser” Sonic said. “OH I WILL YOU BLOATED BLUE BITCH” alliterated Shadow at the top of lung. Shadow takes the first lunge and tried to uppercut Sonic, but Sonic saw this little move and backflips Shadow in the chin. Shadow having the proper reaction falls flat on his ass and rubs his chin. “Now you’re really starting to piss me off sonic” Shadow proceeds to use his short term chaos control and teleports around sonic to dizzy him, sonic, successfully in a momentary daze, forgets that he can use Chaos Control as well and loses track of Shadow in his teleportation. “THERE’S NO TIME TO PLAY GAMES!” Shadow screams and he kicks Sonic in the back of the head. “God I love doing that, don’t know why, but it feels good to do that. Sonic takes his chance while Shadow suffers a euphoric dejavu and push kicks Shadow in the stomach, gets up, and kicks him a few times in the side. After about the 6th or 7th kick, Shadow snaps and grabs Sonics leg and throws him across the lawn. Shadow takes off his inhibitor rings and rushes Sonic at speeds only barely trumped by super and hyper forms and starts to beat the shit out of sonic. He grabs sonic by the legs and super spins him and throws up into the air and then proceeds to grab his arm and punch him like a Paddle ball back and forth. Sonic manages to have a moment of clarity and stop one of Shadows punches and sweep kicks Shadows kidney. Shadow falls to the ground in pain while Sonic grabs the chaos emeralds from the safe in Shadows cellar and proceeds to go Super Sonic, now really pissed at Shadow. He takes shadow by the spines and takes to the air and uses sonic wind to hit Shadow hard and then starts to punch and kick Shadow while keeping him in the air. Shadow sees an opening after sonic trips up on a kick upward and teleports away and goes super.
Suddenly the area around them, both ground and air, started to shake but it died down rather quickly. Knuckles and the rest of the gang jump out of the house to investigate the disturbance, but they see its just Sonic and Shadow going at it like any other day they go back inside to finish watching the Fifth Element.
Sonic and Shadow aren’t so convinced yet however. That disturbance that just happened managed to increase their super form powers tremendously, not enough to put them in their hyper forms, but still enough to notice a change … a good change, a euphoric change, a change that put them in a state of bliss … a state that Shadow took plenty advantage of. He super sped forward faster than he had ever done in his super form and punched Sonic Square in the jaw.
*CRACK* *CACKLE* Shadow took notice of the power he had was now making his punches static in the air in his movements, in his punches and kicks, all of this was making Shadow relish in this new feeling for his foe in front of him. What was a simple, stupid rivalry was now turning into a bloodlust roar in his mind. All he wanted to do was to kill Sonic. Kill sonic and make sure the world bows before the ultimate lifeform.
*CRACK* *SNAP* *CRACK* *CACKLE* Shadow started to repeatedly punch Sonic and Sonic was doing the same to Shadow, each not even bothering to block the punches anymore, each just delivering volley after volley of punches and kicks at each other, relishing in the delight that the pain and euphoria was doing to their body. Eventually they started to move so fast that the quick Snaps and Crackles started to turn into Loud and Thunderous *BOOMS* and *CRASHES*. Everyone started to file out of the house as the sounds got louder and louder to the point of worry. They had all seen Sonic and Shadow go at it before, even getting to the point to where they use their super forms, but this … this is something else entirely. “Their energy isn’t the same as it normally is. Sonics is always pure and happy and Shadows always feels like he’s trying to protect something dear to him, but now all I can sense is pure bloodlust from both of them. “What’s going on with them?” Vector asked. “I’m … I’m not sure, but one thing I am sure of is that this isn’t any normal fight, they are really trying to kill each other this time.” This statement causes Amy to snap into protective mode and try and stop the fight. “They’re WHAT” shouted Amy. “SHADOW, YOU BETTER NOT HURT MY SONIC, OR I WILL MAKE SURE THAT YOU NEVER WALK AGAIN” She jumps in the fights. She gets smacked. Hard. By Shadow. This causes Sonic to attack Shadow in a spot that should never be hit unless absolutely necessary … Which I think qualifies in this case.
“DON’T YOU EVER TOUCH HER AGAIN” Sonic bellowed and Delivered a kick that could shatter bones, into the crotch of Shadow the Hedgehog, Who fell over on the ground writhing in pain, as sonic changed back, out of his super mode. Shadow saw his chance and he took it with glee, and roundhouse kicked Sonic, in the back of his spleen. Then Knuckles the Echidna, and E-123 Omega, Vector the Crocodile, and Blaze the Cat, Tails the Fox, Espio the Chameleon and Big the Cat all came of nowhere lightning fast and tried to kick Shadows hedgehog ass, but he pushed them all back and stared Sonic Down with his ultimate stare.
Shadow laughs. “*Evil Laugh* COME ON SONIC, THIS CAN’T BE ALL YOU”VE GOT” It wasn’t Sonic went dark sonic seeing his friends fall and feeling their energy dwindle but still have enough to protect. Sonic went to punch Shadow and Shadow punched back, their punches connecting and creating a shockwave so large that it felt … not of this world. It was also rainbow for some reason. The two clashing hedgehogs kept up the rainbow punches as the ground started to break apart. They eventually stopped and they both grabbed one of the chaos emeralds. “CHAOS CONTROL” they both said. There was a flash of white and then they saw a portal, a portal leading to multicolored ponies …
It was a beautiful day in the peaceful land of Equestria, where all was well and all was fun … maybe a little too much fun for most of the ponies of Ponyville. Pinkie pie was out and about today doing her normal thing, well normal for her, and trying to make everybody smile. It was a normal thing for pinkie and all the ponies in Ponyville, but pinkie seemed to a bit more overwhelming than normal. Not that she was doing anything different, she still did her song (that always seemed to be different from day to day), she still gave out candy and such. She just seemed to be emanating a bit more … oomph to her that is rather off putting to the sane ponies of Ponyville.
Pinkie took no notice of it and just kept up with her normal routine, dancing and singing along her merry way. She did feel off, but in a good way. She felt good, great even. She woke up this morning feeling refreshed, something that doesn’t normally happen with her. On any normal day, she wakes up happy, but groggy. She has to keep up with the town somehow, and that somehow is coffee, lots and lots of coffee. More specifically her and The Cakes own blend of coffee, The Pinkie Cake coffee blend … they weren’t very imaginative at the time considering they needed the coffee to wake up to be imaginative … mind you they could have named it after they drank the coffee but- … well whatever.
The point is she needed coffee most of the time to stay alert and do all the things she does. Not this morning though, this morning she felt invigorated, refreshed, full, other adjectives that basically mean good. It was a weird good though, if pinkie had to say what it felt like she would describe it as- “ONLY THE MOST WONDERFUL GOODNESS FEELING EVER! IHAVEONLYEVERFELTLIKETHISONCEANDTHATWASWHENWEWEREUSINGTHEELEMENTSOFHARMONY *Gibberish*” … Yes, … Yes that is what she would describe the feeling she had this morning. *Raspberry* STOP THAT! … *Clears throat* I will never understand how she does that. Yes, she felt empowered like when she was using her element of harmony to stop Nightmare Moon, or Discord, and other villains. So being Pinkie Pie, instead of going to Twilight and wondering why she felt like that, and after checking her necklace to see that it had a slight shimmer to it, she went around town with that energy and did her daily routine.
“Pinkie?” Said a random pony “Are you feeling ok, you seem … more, oh what’s the word, Bouncy is about all I can think of right now for you” “I’m feeling just fine, why do you ask?” “You just seem to be putting off a lore more energy than you normally do, and it’s kind of off putting.” Off pudding? I’m making you ponies Off Pudding? What’s off pudding? Is it edible” “Off puTTing with T’s Pinkie” “Oh, is that making you ponies uncomfortable?” “Not uncomfortable, just crowded, like you are emanating a shield around you that is making everypony else stay away like you are right next to us.” “… so, you ponies don’t want to be around me?” “That about sums it up.” “NOOOOOOOOOO! I NEED TO TALK TO TWILIGHT TO SEE IF SHE CAN GET THIS ENERGY TO STOP MAKING ALL OF THE WONDERFUL PONIES NOT WANT TO BE AROUND ME.” She grabs the corner of the world and pulls it up and away to be in front of Twilights new, fancy castle that came with defeating Tirek and opening up Pandora ’s Box … for ponies … that contain super powers. Shut up.
Anyway pinkie got there in record time by cheating all laws of common sense and started to repeatedly bang on the somewhat small door for a castle that size. *BANG BANG BANG* “TWILIGHT, OPEN UP! ONE OF THE PONIES IN PONYVILLE SAID THAT I AM PUSHING EVERYONE AWAY FOR SOME REASON AND I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP BECAUSE I DON’T WANT TO PUSH EVERYONE AWAY AND I-“ She gets interrupted by Twilight using her magic to stop Pinkies hoof from breaking her door down.
“Alright Pinkie Pie, start from the beginning again and tell me what’s wrong” Twilight says” Pinkie takes in a huge breath to talk really fast but gets interrupted before she could start. “Slowly Pinkie Pie” Twilight adds quickly. So Pinkie lets out her breath and starts to explain to twilight what happened. “… Huh. So you woke up today, feeling better which is good, but you noticed it was the feeling that you had when we used the Elements of Harmony. Interesting.” Twilight thought for a few minutes while Pinkie Pie hummed one of her Work in Progress songs.
Twilight finally spoke up and said, “Pinkie, your sure what you felt is the same feeling as when we use the Elements of Harmony” “Yuperooni” “How odd, I had that same feeling as well, which is a welcome gift because of all this new princess work that Princess Celestia has me doing.” Twilight shook a little at the memory of this morning’s stacks of paper. “This morning’s stack of paper was awful, and I love to work and do assignments for the princess” “Wow Twilight, that must have been a GIAHUGIC stack of paper this morning then” “It was Pinkie, it was. Anyway, let’s go visit the other girls and see if they felt the same thing this morning. … Pinkie Pie? Pinkie Pie, where did you go?” *CRASH* “Pinkie, get out of my kitchen and lets go” “Aw fine, be down in a second Twilight, just grabbing a cupcake.”
Twilight and Pinkie started walking around Ponyville trying to decide who to talk to first, but considering that Rarity is the only other one that lives in town, they go to her first. “Hey Rarity” Twilight said. “Hey there marshmallow” Pinkie said. Rarity was a bit taken back by the comment but considering its Pinkie Pie we’re talking about here, …and that she is white like a marshmallow but, that’s beside the point, she just ignored it. “Why Hello Twilight, Pinkie. How are you on this fabulous day” Rarity said in her very recognizable fashonista voice. “Were fine Rarity, we just had a few questions for you if that’s alright.” Twilight said “What, Interrogating MOI?” Rarity jokingly asked Twilight laughs “Yes Rarity, we are” Twilight decides to play along. Rarity picks up on that and continues the act. “What you’re serious, well fine. I have nothing to hide. Ask away Detective Princess Twilight” Pinkie resisting the urge to join in for all of about 2.5 seconds pulls out a detective suit, Makes it dark, and pulls out a standing light all at the exact same time. “How do you do th-“Twilight asked but was interrupted by Pinkie Pie. “ENOUGH OF THAT, WHERE WERE YOU ON TUESDAY OF 3 WEEKS AGO!” … Twilight and Rarity look at each other and then to Pinkie Pie. “Not what we wanted to ask Rarity, What we wanted to ask is when did you wake up and how did you feel” Twilight said.
“Oh, well to humor Pinkie for a second, Tuesday of 3 weeks ago I was making an order for an old friend of mine. Now for Twilight, I believe it was about 5 o’clock in the morning when I woke up so that I could take care of my morning business and open the Carousel Boutique on time. That normally gives me about 2 hours before the store opens up and I normally start off with a cup of coffee to get my body warm and ready for the day” Pinkie laughs at the statement “But I didn’t feel like I needed it this morning because I woke up feeling better than normal. Refreshed is a good word I would use. I swear it felt like I just got done using the element of harmony to lock up some villain that is Eons old.
“As I thought” Twilight says to herself. “Is something wrong dear?” “No, nothing is wrong, it’s just Pinkie Pie and I had the same feeling when we woke up as well … in fact, I think it’s still there. Normally I’m tired right about now because of all the paperwork and Princess duties that I have to do now, but even when I was doing them, I was feeling good, doing all the work is a genuine smile today. I wonder if this is a good thing or a bad thing” “Why would it be a bad thing darling?” The Elements of Harmony could be telling us that there is some evil going on, or discord has broken free.” Worry starts to sink into Twilights voice. “Or what if Sombra is back, or worse, WHAT IF LUNA HAS BEEN TURNED BACK INTO NIGHTMARE MOON”
Rarity takes a second to apologize for the coming events and then magic slaps Twilight back to reality. “Sorry about that again darling, but we all know how you get when you start to freak out. Celestia only knows what would happen if you did that sort of thing with the power you have as a princess now. Twilight nervously chuckles a bit at that image. “Ya that would be bad wouldn’t it.” Rarity just chuckles and nods her head in agreement. Pinkie joins in on the laughter because Pinkie Pie. Twilight suddenly perks her head and asks “Hey Rarity, you want to come along with Pinkie and I to see the others and see if the Elements are trying to tell us something.” I don’t see why not darling. Just give a few minutes to finish these last stitches and fix myself up. 4 hours later, Rarity wakes up Twilight and Pinkie Pie cuddling so adorably next to each other, (but only after taking a picture first, but Rarity won’t them know that till she needs too), and Apologizes for taking so long. “He he, Sorry about that dears, I guess I did take a little longer than I thought it was going too.” Twilight looks at the clock and sees that it’s 1 pm. “A little longer” Twilight deadpans. “Ok a lot longer, but let’s not waste any more time on my behalf and go off to see the others.” Rarity hurriedly says.
So Twilight, Pinkie Pie and Rarity set off towards the Everfree Forest Edge to see Fluttershy in her lovely little cottage. Twilight knocks on the door to get Fluttershy’s attention. “Who is it?” Fluttershy asks meekly. “Its Twilight, Pinkie Pie and Rarity.” Fluttershy opens the door a few seconds later, obviously taking care of an animal. Probably angel bunny considering how picky he is with his food.” Oh, Hi Twilight, Pinkie Pie, Rarity. Come in, come in. What brings you over today?” Fluttershy asks now a lot less shy. “Oh we just wanted to ask you a question Fluttershy” Twilight says. “Oh, and what is that?” “When did you wake up this morning and how did you feel.” Twilight asked. “Oh well I woke up this morning sometime about 5 am I believe to take care of my animals and make sure that they all have food to last until a proper lunch at lunch time. For how I felt, it felt like a normal morning for me, up early to take care of the animals and I felt really good. I was wide awake and I didn’t even have to drink any tea or have any sugar to give me a boost.” Fluttershy said. “Can you give us a better description of what the goodness felt like to you Fluttershy” Twilight asked. “Oh … well the best description I can give right now is it felt like I had just used the elements of harmony to defeat an enemy Eons old.” “So it would seen that all of us have had the same feeling this morning” You girls felt the say way as well?” “Yes Fluttershy, I just hope it isn’t a bad Omen that’s coming upon us. You want to come with us to fi-“ Twilight was speaking but a sudden shake of the earth jerked everyone up to grab on to something to keep from falling. “What was that?” Pinkie asked. “I’m not sure.” Rarity said. Twilight was about to say something but she couldn’t see Fluttershy. So she looked around for a few seconds before she heard the creaking support beams and the chattering teeth of a very frightened Fluttershy above her. “Fluttershy, come on get down from there. It was only a tremor, perfectly natural. Fluttershy hung up there like an insect on a spider web. Twilight slowly uses her magic to get Fluttershy down. When she was put down on the ground they heard a knock and then Rainbow Dash just lets herself in.
“TWILIGHT! Rainbow Dash screamed. “SOMETHING AMAZING/WEIRD JUST HAPPENED! I WAS TRING TO DO A SONIC RAINBOOM AGAIN AND THE-“ Twilight cuts Rainbow off with her magic. “Now try that again only with less screaming” Twilight says. Dash lets off an annoyed grunt and the magic muzzle is released. “Ok, so when I was doing my sonic rainboom technique, I normally have to go pretty fast and be pretty high to do it right.” Twilight and the gang nods “Well this time, I was just barley going fast enough to clear the sky in 10 seconds flat and I did it and stopped because I was confused for a second, but the power and speed I felt at that moment made me want to go and try again. Then I did about 2 more and flew here.” “Huh I wonder if that has anything to do wi-, wait did you say 2 or 3 more” Twilight asked slightly worried and grabbing onto something. “Ya why.” Rainbow asks. She quickly realizes why as she sees twilight grab something and says. “Oh it hasn’t hit yet huh?” Rainbow asked. “Yep, EVERYPONY DOWN” Twilight screamed. Good thing they did too, because at that moment two more thunderous booms hit the house and almost cause it to fall apart. Fluttershy is going to need some new china though. “He he, sorry about that Fluttershy” rainbow says. Fluttershy immediately says it’s ok and tells Rainbow Dash not to worry about it.
“Well since that’s over and Rainbow saved us the time from having to try and find her. I’ll ask you now Rainbow Dash.” Twilight says. “Rainbow, when did you wake up this morning and how did you feel when you woke up.” “Well it’s Friday and I have the day off from the weather team so I normally don’t wake up till about 12. So an hour ago. And how did I feel, well the Sonic Rainboom can answer that for you” “Can you give us a description is your own words?” Twilight asked. “Well … If I have to describe it … I would say it felt like we just used the Elements of Harmony-“She was interrupted “To defeat an enemy that is Eons old” Everyone finishes the statement. “How did you know I was going to say that” Rainbow asked confused. “Because we all felt the same way Rainbow Dash. The only pony we haven’t asked yet is AppleJack and we were about to go ask her. You want to come with us” Twilight said for the 4th time today. “It’s just like that stupid smile” Twilight mumbles so that only she can hear what she said. “Sure, why not, I got the day off. And if it involves the Elements of Harmony, I’m on board with anything” Rainbow says with much bravado. “Good then let’s go”
They get to AppleJacks farm, Sweet Apple Acres, at about 4 o’clock in the afternoon, just as AppleJack is about to take a break from bucking trees. “Hey there Applejack” Twilight says. “Well Howdy Twilight, What brings you to my farm” “Well we just wanted to ask you a few questions if that’s alright with you” “Well of course it’s alright with me. I always got time for my friends” Applejack with more of southern drawl than she thought. The gang chuckle at the accent, then Twilight asks. “Hey Applejack, can you tell us when you woke up this morning and how you felt when you did?” Twilight asked for last time “An odd question, but sure I guess. When I woke up this morning, it was about 3 or 4 in the morning, have a farm to run and all, so I had to be up early to take care of the more labor intensive jobs before the sun got overhead. Boy I’ll tell ya, wish I could tell that Princess Celestia to lower the sun sometimes so I can get all this done without coming back to the house smelling like sweaty pony, Big Macintosh tells me it drives him mad, don’t know why though.” Pinkie just walks away and then everypony can hear laughing in the distance. “Ok, well whatever. But when I woke up I had felt like I had just used the Elements of Harmony to defeat an enemy that is Eons old.” “So it’s true, all of us had that feeling this morning.” “You mean all o’ yall had that feeling this morning too?” Well mine was at noon, but ya when I woke up.” Rainbow decided to add. “Well then, what does this mean. Twi, do you know?” “I don’t know Applejack, but I intend to find out. Not today though, it’s already about 4:30 and nothing bad has happened yet so let’s just enjoy the day … Or at least you girls enjoy your day, I have to get back to that stack of papers I had this morning.”Twilight bemoaned. “Well if that’s hard, I could come and help darling” rarity surprisingly the first to speak up. “YA, LET ME HELP TOO” Pinkie jumps out of nowhere. “Well if you girls really want to help out then I don’t see why you can’t. It’s mostly just requests from ponies and all that good stuff.” She exaggerates the last part. “WHOO HOO, WE GET TO WORK ON PRINCESS STUFF” Pinkie shouted.
A few hours later when Twilight had had enough of looking through papers of ponies wanting help becoming friends with their neighbors or helping little colts and fillies play together so that their parents could get some sleep, she tell everyone to stop and go to bed. So they all are leaving the castle when they see spike running down the stairs with envelope in his hands. Most likely from Princess Celestia, but It could also be Shining Armor wishing her a goodnight or Cadence telling her about her day in the Crystal Empire. “TWILIGHT!” Spike says and he stops to catch his breath. “*Pant* Good thing *Pant* I caught up to you before *pant* everyone left.” “Why is it such a good thing spike?” She says that just as she caught the glimpse of the royal seal usually reserved for important business or Princess Duties as of late. “Oh that’s why. GIRLS, WAIT A MINUTE. COME BACK” Everyone comes rushing back at Twilights outburst. “What is it darling” Rarity asked, slightly concerned “I don’t know, but this letter has the royal seal on it so it must be important. Princess Celestia also probably noticed the power of the Elements of Harmony since she was the bearer of all six at one point. So I want you girls to be around just in case it involves all of us.” The rest of the girls agree and go the throne room and sit down. They get there and all sit in their appropriate seats made just for them and wait for Twilight to begin reading the letter.
Dear Princess Twilight
I noticed this morning, and sometime this afternoon, that everyone of you woke up with a power that is not all that different from the Elements of Harmony. When all of you woke up, did you feel better then you normally do. Refreshed, Enlightened, like you just beat an enemy Eons old. Twilights face flattens to announce her unamusment to the line she just read. If you did feel like that please let me know. I know not what it means, whether it is good or bad, but it must mean something. Gather the other bearers as well and come visit me tomorrow morning.

“Well” Twilight starts, “I guess if the princess doesn’t know, then we’ll just wait till the morning.” Since it was already pretty late, they all decided to stay in the castle which had plenty of room. They told a few stories before they went to bed because it had been a while since they had all been together like this but eventually all passed out at about midnight.
It was about 3 in the morning that a loud *BOOM* was heard. Simultaneously, all the girls woke up beaming and glowing bright colors like they were in the middle of using the Elements of Harmony. It was honestly starting to burn them with all the power that was infused with them and their elements. Twilight managed to absorb a lot of the magic by doing the same thing that she did with Celestia, Luna, and Cadence and keep most of it inside her, better controlled this time of course. Spike then burped out a scroll, then gave it to Twilight who read it with a worried speed.

Come to the Everfree forest immediately, there is a huge disturbance of the magical nature there being mixed with some sort of energy that I have never felt before. It is reacting very badly with each other and even I am having trouble keeping the power contained inside me. It only seems to be effecting who ever bears or who has borne the Elements of Harmony so please, calm your subjects down enough so that Luna can use the raw power right now to help relieve some magical stress and keep the ponies asleep for a while while we figure out how to stop what is happening.

This took Twilight and the girls all but 0.-25 to react to the princess’ summon and Twilight teleported them all to the Everfree forest using a little more magic than she had hoped to release and kind of blew up the surrounding area up to about 20 feet. At least Twilight felt a little better with less pressure on her magic strain to keep down now. She and the girls were shaken out of the teleportation explosion stupor by Princess Celestias motherly but worried voice
“Twilight” Princess Celestia starts. “Please tell me you brought the actual elements, I forgot to mention that in my letter due to being in such a hurry” “Of course princess” Twilight said. “You sounded REALLY urgent, and you mentioned that even you had a hard time keeping the magic inside you contained, so I teleported them with us. Here you go princess.” Twilight gives Celestia the Elements of Harmony and makes the familiar 5 sided shape with the elements on pedestals and the Element of Magic in the middle.
“Twilight, I want the other 5 bearers behind their respective elements and I want you and I in the middle. Luna will be here shortly” Celestia states. Not 10 seconds later, Luna pops in with her familiar blue teleportation aura. “I am here sister, what am I needed to do” Luna says in a hurry. “Come sister, we must step in the middle with Twilight.” The three princess’s step in the middle and Celestia states what they need to do. “Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, AppleJack, Rarity, I want you all to focus your power upon your element. Sister, Twilight, We will focus our magic its self through our horns onto the Elements of Magic. By doing this we should be able to use all this extra magic power and discharge it in a safe area. That is why I wanted to meet in the Everfree forest.”
“Alright Princess, we’ll do our best” Everyone else says. The 5 non-princess ponies focus their energy onto their elements with helps discharge the energy from them into the pedestal in the middle with the element of magic. By doing this, Celestia, Luna, and Twilight absorb the magic and discharge it through their horns on to the element of magic. Celestia, Luna, and Twilight, shoot a beam out of their horns and connect in the middle of the area. They do this for about a few minutes just discharging magic, getting tired and sweaty from all the energy put off that seems to me making the trees bend away from the blast. Slowly, unnoticed to the group, the magic discharge is creating what seems to be warp hole, slowly, but surely creating a warp hole. To where is unknown, but they know they can’t stop. The group keeps getting flashing images of two … Hedgehogs fighting, almost seems to be having the same problem, can’t keep the energy contained. They just keep … fighting, and try to hurt each other. Bloodlust filled in their minds, fighting all they can think about then … nothing. With everyone noticing that the strain of energy magic is gone, they slump a little but keep on their hooves.
The group looks up and notices a portal, a portal that has two hedgehogs looking back at them …
