Hello if you are reading this I am dead and I have lived a full life even though I didn’t want to stay where I was at first. I wrote down my lifes story here in this book. This is my tale will you listen?
I was relaxing in my mage tower after a long day of teaching the young ones about the magic potential of glowstone dust. It was then that I felt my tower shift and I sat up in shock. “There hasn’t been an earthquake here in hundreds of years.” I felt the tower shift again and with a sickening crack as the tower lifted off the ground. I quickly activated my All Ring and flew up the trap door in the roof. Looking up I noticed my arch enemy. He was floating above me using his powers to hold up a shield and holding open a Void Gate to who knows where.
I felt myself losing control of my flight as the effects of the Void Gate started tearing at my body. I started floating up towards the Void Gate as I shouted. “Infernus you will never have this world even with me gone the world will stand up to you! You will never rule the people would die first!” Feeling my blood run cold as he started to speak in a calm voice. “I plan on that.” He said with a wicked voice filled with glee for the slaughter that was to come.
I attempted to regain control but it was a fruitless effort. I sank into the Void Gate and looked around at the land I have protected from Infernus. The rolling green hills, Flat deserts, tall mountains, and most of all the tranquil forests. As my face started to fall into the Gate I bellowed out. “Infernus I swear by my title of Ember Wolf I will come back and destroy you for what you are planning.” With that said I sank into the Gate fully and was soon followed by my tower. as the Gate sealed around my tower and we were whisked away towards whatever hellish place that Infernus was sending me I felt my brain shutting down as I fell into a magical sleep.
I awoke to the sensation of falling and quickly looking around I noticed my tower falling next to me. I quickly flew over to it and grabbed the top of the roof and started to pull up with all my might but to no effect. It was only when I heard screaming that I rekindled the fire inside myself and pulled with a renewed effort. “Come on you stupid tower slow down.” I growled out as I started to slow down the falling building slightly. The tower finaly stopped mere inches above the top of a tree.....building. Shaking my head I slowly lifted it higher into the air and flew it towards the outskirts of the settlement. Setting it down in a depression I started getting to work on terraforming the land with my Earth Goddess Staff so that it was flush with the ground.
Just as I was finishing I noticed voices heading in my direction. Turning around I saw several brightly colored equines heading in my direction. I pulled up the hood of my black mage robes up. I waited for the group of.......ponies to get within hearing distance before yelling out. “Hello I take it that you are from the settlement over yonder!?!?” I asked with some uncertainty. I was then surprised when the blue one with a rainbow of colors for their hair spread a pair of wings on her back and flew right at me. “What do you think your doing almost dropping a freakin building on our town huu do you think you’re some kind of big shot that can get away with something like that!?!?!” She yelled while flying at me at a decent clip . I could only laugh as I tapped the ground with my Earth Goddess Staff and a wall of hardened earth rose up in her path. She made a dent in the dirt as she ran into in face first. I heard a gasp followed by the sound of running. “Rainbow are you ok?” I heard a southern accent from behind the earthen wall. Turning around I walked into my tower and closed the door.
Walking up the stairs to the third floor I began reshelving books. I had almost finished with a whole shelf before I was interrupted by a kick to the back. Slowly turning around I looked into the stunned face of an orange female pony. “H-how?” She stuttered as she tried to figure out how her kick didn’t harm me any to which I replied with. “Red Matter Armor I have been through into suns and the armor didn’t even get a scratch.” Turning back around I went back to reshelving books.
After a few moments I felt a light tapping on my shoulder. Sighing I silently cursed and turned around only to find a purple unicorn standing behind me. “Excuse me sir but I was just wondering what are you since you don’t seem to have fur, feathers, or scales?” She asked while trying to see into my hood to which I am happy that its enchanted to have total darkness. “I am a Minecraftian Mage. Now would you please leave me alone I need to do some research.” I answered curtly.
I turned around and went back to reshelving books only to be turned around abruptly to find the same blue winged pegasus glaring daggers at me. “Who do you think you are huh do you’re some kind of all powerful being that can just mess around with me. Well then put up your guns!!!” She bellowed into my face as her spit landed on my face. Letting let out a growl and quicker than they could comprehend I wrapped my hand around the hem of her shirt and picked her off of her hooves. “I will give you two options get out of my face and stop being such a annoying individual or I will turn you into a smoldering pile of ash.” I said with such venom in my voice that her color turned several shades lighter and she started to thrash in my grip. I didn’t pay the ponies any mind as they collectively let out a gasp. After a moment the pegasus stopped struggling and nodded and I let her go. She fell onto her ass and quickly scooted back towards the others. I then turned to my books and went back to putting books away.
