IS IT REALLY YOU
As Luna’s moon rouse in the distance, its light shined on a cloud house in the sky. Watching out the window lays a purple with green spikes drake, spending yet another lonely night, with no pony to talk to except a turtle.
‘’errra’’ groan tank as he sat near spike
‘’ I know I miss her too’’ spike sighed with a tear rolling down his cheek. It has been months since Rainbow Dash’s disappearance. His heart longs to hear her voice, to see the beauty off her face. It’s been hard for him ever since he got the news, on the day she was supposed to return.
She never came back to the base for days that soon turn to weeks. They had sent a search party to find her but to no avail. They couldn't find her body so they assumed the worse.
He was completely heart broken when he received that dreadful letter. He spent days to end crying that his love was thought to be dead, locking himself away for the outside world in rainbow’s house thinking of all the good times they shared together.
Their first kiss that nearly suffocated him, he chuckled remembering when rainbow pinned him down.
(FLASH BACK)
‘’uhh dash what do you think you’re doing (trying to open the door) why are the doors locked?’’ said the nervous drake as the rainbow mare walked towards him with her bedroom eye’s.
It was late at night and after a romantic dinner between the two lovers, dash thought it was time for something she wanted to do, since they were already inside her house she was ready to do what she has been planning to do since the beginning of the date.
‘’what ever do you mean spike?’’ she said as she closed in on her prey ready to pounce with eyes of hunger. Spike on the other hove/claw being the pray was full of fear, breathing hard as he tried to scoot along the wall to keep distance between him and his crazy marefriend that way currently licking her lips.
Never taking his eyes off her, he didn't realize the couch in his path, until he fell back on to it.When he came crashing down on the cushion with an ‘ufff’ not going down alone, a familiar blur of blue pinning him down.
He couldn't move for the mare had him on a lock grip, as he looked in to her eyes, those eyes somehow has the powers of Fluttershy to make animals clam down, did so to him.
Well that’s what happens when your close friends like Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash, can’t help if you learn a thing or two.
As he slowly stop his struggle Dash lend close to his ear ‘’ I just think after a dinner, it’s traditional to have..(She leaned closer pressing her cheek on top of his making contact)..desert’’. she said in a slow seductive tone.
This made spikes eyes widen as large dinner plates, starting to breathe hard again his face starting to turn such a dark color of red, his head can pass on as a tomato.’’Dd-d-d-dash ha-a-a you b-b-been re-a-a-a reading a-a-a-a-a romantic novel a-a-a-gain.” He said unable to talk straight.
In truth rainbow was not a romance expert and at that point they had been keeping their relation a secret. So she had to turn to the only way to get help….books. Not really her way of doing stuff, but she couldn't tell anypony.
If she did go asking for help Rarity would dress her up in a sappy dress and off the roof of gossip. Pinkie pie will try to throw a party and tie spike in a kissing chair or something with frosting, well she have to ask pinkie about frosting not a bad idea now that she thinks about. Applejack has as much experience as her so she’s out. Fluttershy well she too shy and might not be much help any ways. Then there’s Twilight the book was going to suggest any way so yeah.
The first time she use a book for romantic help well that’s a different story.
‘’so what that I did (she said as she lifted one of her fore hoofs from his shoulder and trail it down to his stomach making small circles, causing a chill to run up spike’s spine at her touch ) I know you’ll like it.’’
‘Yeah I do’ spike thought unable to make his word come out of his mouth, he just lied there with his eyes close nodding his head. At that point his mind went totally blank. Heart pounding against his chest so hard it hurts, but he didn't care.
I mean really, a hot mare on top of him ready to kiss the life out of him who would.
‘’ and don’t worry about Twilight, I sent a letter to her castle that you fell asleep and you’re staying here tonight (she said moving her hoof from his stomach and press her body against his small body) so that we can have this night awesome, but don’t get to excised we are just kissing……… for now’’ (she said the last part with a purr rubbing her furry cheek on his scaly cheek causing a blush of her own).
Ok if he wasn't red then, he is now; his first kiss is going to be straight to second base……
all night long.
The warmth of the body was driving his mind crazy, his claws shacking so hard they could be vibrating. Sweat began to run all his face, his breathing gotten heavier; he barely made out his last words of the night, but had to pull through.
‘’o-o-o-o-o-ok……’’he mange to say with his eyes half open
‘’goooood’’ she said slowly as she press her furry lips against his scaly ones.
She began to open her mouth slightly to see if he would take the bait, he did. His breathing slowly returned to normal as he ran his claw through her mane loving her embrace. Both passionately kissing each other, never breaking apart not even for a second.
Then she made a daring move, she slid her tongue slowly in his mouth. She felt his fork tong and began to play with it with hers. The texture his tongue felt weird, so silky and poky at the end she thought as she continued to slid her tongue in and out of his mouth, and she loved it.
As for spike’s part, his body went completely numb the moment he felt her tongue fighting with his. And wining in fact pinning his tongue like Rainbow was to him. He was out match, he’s a dragon being out match by a mare, and he likes it.
They both gave moans of pleasure throughout the night, spike pass out after like two hours and fifty two min and forty three sec (he knows that because Dash timed it and post it on the fridge when he woke up in the morning).

He chuckle a little at that memory, he has tons of great memories here in her home. And awkward ones like the time when he walked in on her when she was…

‘’Rainbow where are you’’ spike said while wondering in the halls of the cloud house. He and Dash was on one of their secret dates again watching a wonderbolt movie, but in the middle of it she said she need go ‘take care of something’.
That was over an hour ago and he was starting to worry.
He loves her knowing that she is Rainbow Dash she says she can handle anything. But when she says not to worry that’s when he worries the most because he loves her.
‘’Dash……DASH’’ he continued to call out her name with no answer.
Then he saw Tank trotting around. ‘’ hey buddy have you seen Rainbow anywhere’’ the drake asked the slow moving tortoise.
Tank did know where she was, but was instructed not to tell spike until the… deed was done. So he just rolled his eyes trying to think of an excuse.
With nothing coming to mind he decided to make a break for it and run away to avoided reviling his master’s location.
Spike watched Tank attempting to book it. ‘’ok that was……weird.’’ He said rubbing his head ‘’ what was that all about.’’
The drake shrugged as he watched the tortoise make a left turn after five minutes of running ten feet away. He deicide to follow Tank and hope for the best in finding the multi colored mare were ever she is.
After thirty min of following spike soon became bored of how long this so called chase is taking. ’’uaa’’ he groan loudly.’’ this is taking forever, how big is this place she could be anywhere.’’
Then he heard a noise coming from down the hall that sounded like Rainbow. It sounded like it was coming from her room. ‘of course she is in her room, idiot!’ he shouted in his mind.
He approached the door and knocked once and waited with no response. He knocked again still nothing.’’ Dash you in there’’ no answer ‘’ OK I’m coming in’’ he said as he opened the door.
At that moment all of Equestria stood still, the drake eyes open wide trying to comprehend what he was seeing. There on top of the bed lay his marefriend doing something that a gentledrake should never see this early in a relationship.
They both stared at each other both blushing extremely. Silence took over the air for several seconds till Dash broke it.
‘’Uaa hey spike what are you doing here’’ she said nervously.
Spike finally coming back to the real world shock his head’’ Oh I was……..(still a bit surprised at what he was seeing) just looking for you.’’ He manages to spit out.
‘’oh’’ she replied trying not to make eye contact
The drake was feeling a little awkward ‘’ yeah so I’m just going to…go.’’ He said turning around prepare to leave.
‘’NO wait!’’ Dash said almost yelling causing spike to turn back to the mare shocked at the sudden outburst.
‘’I mean…’’ She began looking down. ’’ why don’t stay and maybe…’’ she said swallowing a lump in her throat. ‘’help me.’’
Spike stood there unsure what to say. ‘’ A-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-er you sure about that Dash’’ he said barely making out the words.
Rainbow now lifting up her head to look at the drake ‘’ well yeah’’ she said still blushing ‘’ you got those awesome claws of yours and I think it can really help me….. if you don’t mind I mean.’’
Spike stared at her trying to pull himself together taking all his might to speak ‘’ alright’’ he said as he walk up to her bed.
Getting on top was a little difficult rainbow had to help.
‘’so’’ she said ‘’ how much do you know about preening?’’

‘Man as that embarrassing’ Spike thought as he sat mopping, missing all the good times the love they shared.
He still remembers that faithful day before she left, her rainbow mane messy as always, beautiful as it flows in the breeze. Strawberries, that sweet scent of her mane, oh Celistia how he loves that smell. And most of all what she said he will treasure it with his heart.
(Flash back)
‘’ OK spike, I’ll only be gone for one month for the super awesome wonder bolt mission’’ said the Pegasus to the young drake at her door step. ’’Thanks for again for watching my house while I’m gone Spike, you’re really sweet to do that.’’
‘’Aww it’s no big deal Dashie’’ Spike replied rubbing his claw on the back of his head blushing.
She then kissed his cheek causing him to blush even more.’’ You know how cute you are when you blush’’ Dash said in teasing tone nuzzling his cheek.
At this point of their relationship they have gone a healthy full year of love. All their friends knew by now. Pinkie was the first because well that’s just pinkie she knows everything and it spread on from there.
Dash was relived knowing that that can now show their affection in public, but she still keeps all the mushy gushy between them. To avoid looking like she softy, she just loves spike so much she pounces on he every time they’re alone.
‘’Alright I got to go. See you in one month spike.’’ She said as she flew away.
Spike gazed as she flew in to the distance, not knowing those would be the last words he would hear from her.

‘’ONE MONTH!’’ spike said as he burst into tears. He wished he could have said ‘I love you’ one last time before she left.
He sobbed right there for what seemed like forever until a knock on the door snapped him back to earth. He got to his feet slowly making his way toward the door wiping away the tears.
He then the open the door tear stains all over his face ’’twilight it’s late what are doing here at this time of night, I thought I said I wanted to be alone.’’ Spike said looking down.
‘’ sorry no egg head here just awesomeness’’ said a famine voice that sounded like his love that he thought he lost.
Immediately spike shoot up his head to the source of the voice he long for what seemed like a life time. He ran up to the mare in front of him hugging her. ‘’ Rainbow Dash!’’ he said as he burst into tears of joy ‘’is it really you’’ he asked her hoping it was not a dream.
‘’ Does this answer your question?’’ the rainbow mare said she pulled spike press his lips onto hers, giving him a kiss of passion that he craved for far too long. The whole world stop, the universes revolve around them as they embraced each other.
She final broke the kiss after an eternity and stared into his emerald green eyes. Spike was the first to break the silence.
‘’I love you’’ he said hugging her for all she’s worth; bring her inside for and the first in months the void in his heart has been filled once again.
For his love has come home, his Dashie into his heart .
