"Chell, you need to wait up! I don't have wings like you, y'know!" Pinkie yelped, struggling to keep up with Chell.
"Sorry, Pinkie! I guess I'm just not used to being a pegasus, so heh- I forget that my best friend doesn't have them. Y'know?" Chell smiled, landing next to Pinkie.
"Let's walk the rest of the way to the lake. It only makes sense." Chell declared.
"Make sense? Oh, what fun is there in making sense?" Pinkie giggled, nodding her head. "Okay, we'll walk." Chell smirked, knowing that the 'making sense' comment was a quote from her crush.
"Just to let you know, I'm holding all the strings. And cards..." Chell trailed off, leading to Pinkie giggling.
"I'm glad to finally have a friend to joke around with. i never got to have fun back at Aperture. Well, the tests were fun at first, but eventually, they just got tedious." Chell frowned at the memory, but then trained her silver eyes on Pinkie once more.
"So, what are we going to do at the lake, anyway?" Chell asked, because Pinkie never told her.
"Oh, you'll see." Pinkie smiled.
"We're here!" She exclaimed, sitting at the edge of the bank, Chell then doing the same.
"Pinkie, you never told me the name of your crush. I seriously want to know!" Chell whined mockingly.
"Only after you tell me the name of your crush." Pinkie grinned, looking at Chell.
"Alright, fine- his name is Wheatley." Chell smiled, her eyes focused on a star up above.
"Alright then, my crush's name is Discord." Pinkie said, seriously wanting to go to Canterlot and fight with someone right in front of his statue, to release him.
"Hey, look! A shooting star!" Chell grinned, pointing to a star that seemed to be falling.
"Ah! I think we're going to wish for the same thing, to let's double wish!" Pinkie said, locking hooves with Chell, who smiled.
"I wish Discord/Wheatley would come back, so that we could be together now." They both said, with variations depending on their crush.
"You know, in Equestria, if you wish on a shooting star, then it's bound to come true." Pinkie said, barely suppressing a smile. "Really? Then we'll be with our crushes in no time!" Chell beamed.
"What song reminds you of Wheatley?" Pinkie asked, playing with a stray flower in the water of the lake.
"That's an easy one- What Hurts The Most. You?" Chell replied, looking at the beautiful Equestrian moon.
"Trouble Is A Friend." Pinkie smiled, looking at Chell through the reflection of the water.
"Can I hear you sing it?" Chell questioned.
"Sure, why not?" Pinkie sighed happily, then began.
"Trouble will find you, No matter where you go, oh oh... No matter if you're fast, no matter if you're slow, oh oh..." She kept singing, until the song ended.
"Wow. That's wonderful, Pinkie." Chell claimed.
"It's getting late. Why don't we go to Sugarcube Corner?" Pinkie said, getting up.
