Introductions on how it all started
Well, first thing first my name is Juan Raul. I´m mexican by birth and this is how it all started, when i moved to Colorado to attend Legacy High School in Broomfield. That is were i met my two best friends Frank Pierce and Samuel Taylor. We connected pretty quickly in almost everything, we hangout, prank each other, talk. Pretty much a normal life. I remember when we met i just entered came in fresh to class and the teacher made us introduce ourselves. Frank and Sam were there i talked to them a while before introducing myself. When i said i was mexican and moved here to study (not only reason dad got a better job in a company here, too), all became silent for a minute, then Frank or Sam, i don´t remember well, said "You´re the whitest mexican i´ve ever seen". They were right most people thought a local or something, not that i cared much.
Well, to start off on whats important both Frank and Sam were bronies. I didn´t know that from the start, i felt weird that people like them could like a little girl´s show. They tried to get me hooked up on it, "watch the first 2 episodes, bro. you won´t regret it", i once almost tried, but once the theme started i just closed it. Aside from that we did many things, from work proyects to weekend fun. When we finished highschool Sam gave of the idea to make the last summer trip, before entering college, around america. It took a awhile to plan and convince to where we going and how. But i won´t bore you with those details, our first stop was comic-con in San Francisco and that´s when and where things took an unexpected turn.

8:23 p.m june 30
"Hey, guys i´m starving what to do say, and go to get some grub"
"Yeah sure, just give me a minute"
"Same here"
"Okay, just hurry so we can have some time to do anything later, if we want to". I patiently waited until they were ready and then we departed to eat on some restaurant we found appealing. After dinner we decided to walk around at night to see the city, since none of us found a good way to spend the night.
As we walked and talked stuff that we were really looking forward to. Frank said "hey look over there in the sky". We did and looked for what Frank was telling us. A little while later and we turn to see that they were some fireworks, they were astounding. Sam said "Heeh, what´s the occation?"
"No idea dude, but its nice to see some as a warm up before the 4th of july"
"Sure enough, but i´m still wondering why, but its not like I´m going to know from any of you"
"More truthful words, could not be spoken!"
"HAHAHA, shut your mouth, bitch!" he said but WITH all due respect, haha. Just us messing around with each other.
"Hey idiots i think we better head out to the hotel now, we have a schedule to keep and we better rest for whats to come tomorrow" Frank said breaking our little reverie.
"Yeah sure, wow, i cant believe its already 10 o´clock" I said, well you know what they say time flies when you have fun, especially with friends.
And so we returned to the hotel we were booked on and catch some sleep for the next day although none of us were ready for what came next, or at least i wasn´t.

Some time in the morning, next day
I was having the rest of my life only to find it disturbed by the morning sun, damn i can´t believe we forgot to close the blinds although i though we DID close them. As the sun was waking me up i shrugged that fact and start to rub my hands in my face although i find it weird that the alarm clock didn´t wake us, or perhaps it wasn´t time yet. It didn´t matter, i was already up and at that moment i wished i was still asleep i was in a dark forest and i tried to keep my cool since nothing good would come if i panicked now. I tried to stand, but failed as i look on my body see that i had fur and hooves. And that where i fucked the calm side of mind i had and let a terrified scream.
"Geez, dude, if you saw a spider just kill it, you are a whole lot bigger than it"
I recognized that voice, it was Frank in a mild groggy voice since i just woke him with my scream. I turned as i could and saw an earth pony and a pegasus. I didn´t make any sense of it until i saw the earth pony start to wake up slowly. the earth pony looked around and his face was of one of confusion if i had to guess. Then it saw me, we looked eye to eye for a long time like we feared that a movement could be the difference between life and death. Maybe i was exaggerating but i didn´t want to take the risk. We continued staring each other for quite some time, until he examined himself and then turn to me again.
"I guess you´re the one who screamed, no?" he said in a tone that sounded amused.
"Frank? Is that you? YOU DON´T LOOK LIKE YOURSELF!" i think i was in shock, but damn i can relate somehow to the man from kafka´s metamorphosis.
"Thanks, captain obvious, say where´s sam?"
I couldn´t speak any longer from my shocked state so i just pointed with my hoof the laying figure of the pegasus next to him.
"How did i not see him is beyond me." he said in a somewhat annoyed and sarcastic voice and made his way to him without much problem and started kicking him. "Come on, wake up lazy bastard"
"Augh, stop it Frank, you more than enough for that spider" Sam said in his sleeping state.
"Shut up, and wake up already fucker, we have some good news" HUH? what does he mean ´good´ news. THIS is the exact opposite, unless he´s tricking him up to wake up.
"DAMNIT, shithead waddya want" he said as he wakes up really irrated, but as he lookes at "Frank" his reply or glare disappears.
"Do you see now, Sam?"
He nods confusely, then carefully goes back to his laying position. No doubt trying to sleep again thinking this was a dream.
A DREAM, of course, this was just a dream, well more like a nightmare, but now i just need to wake up.
I bite my hoof hard, to make myself wake up. Ow. that didnt help at all since im still here and start tending to my hoof.
"PFFFT, HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA" i turn to look both of them laughing hysterically from my pain.
"Something funny?!" I yelled at them as they continued to laugh.
Frank
Sometime in the morning.
I managed to wake Sam again from his sleep.
"Hey come on, we can´t stay here"
"This is just a dream, man, stop bugging me" Sam said.
I adopted a sinister grin and started to bite his ear and pulled him up.
"OWOWOWOWWOWOW, STOP"
"Well you made me do it dude, that would never have happened if you waked the fuck up"
"SOOO, is this really...real?"
"Yeah"
....
"I think its best we move from here, you know where we are don´t you"
Sam looks around and his face contorts in a mix of a grimace and excitement.
"Yeah from the looks of this, it most be the Everfree forest and that means we´re close to...." He pauses and his face then turns extatic. "PONYVILLE"
"Yeah, lets get going!"
We turned to move and saw that Raul just bit his hoof, and started to take care of his self-bitten hoof. We tried to hold it, but it was to much and started to laugh hysterically. Man, what an idiot he was. Afterall he was the first to wake and realise what happened. we continued to laugh like no tomorrow but man that was just too funny.
"Something Funny?!" Raul yelled at us.
"DUDE!!! You can´t do something like that and expect us not to laugh it was just too funny in how you looked!" Then his irritated glare disappears to a more neutral expression and starts to look at himself. He turn into a dark gray bat-pony or thestral, don´t know which is the correct term here on equestria, with a deep blue mane and tail, and vivid green eyes like daggers. He looke really cool. Sam was turned into an indigo pegasus, he had a white mane and tail, and another tone of blue eyes. And finally myself, turned into a Yellow earthpony with green and orange strikes in my mane and tail, i didn´t know the color of my just yet.
"Alright Sam, lets stop, I´d like to leave this place now it starts to make me nervous"
"Nervous, NERVOUS!!! Can´t you see what the fuck did we turned into?!!!" said Raul
"Dude, chill, of course i turned into an earth pony. Look its best we leave this place, it´s dangerous here"
He was a about to reply but no words left his mouth and the he sighed "Dude, do you even know were the exit of this forest is?"
He brought a good point i was certain that none of us knew where we needed to head to leave. "lets just walk straight ahead, and we´re bound to find the edge of the Everfree"
"Everfree? What are you talking about? and seriously just walk straight ahead?"
"Got a better idea smartass, i like to hear it" that sure shut him up, HA.
"Well then lets start moving then" i said and we began to walk from were we are, except Raul. He looked like a foal learning to walk he tried to stand then move his legs but got confused and faceplanted to the ground. No, even a foal could do a much better job at it than him right now.
"Do you even walk?" both Sam and me asked in an amused tone to tick him further off.
"Shut up, pendejos, how can you both be so good at this already?"
"Dude, it´s a hella- lot like crawling, since we are now supposed to walk in fours, and the anatomy changed our center of balance for us to move"
"Now who´s the smartass, huh?"
"HAHAHA, just move it already" i replied sarcastically. He started to try again with the tips we gave him, he looked skeptically as on how we succeeded so fast and looked at us suspiciously on it. Not that it mattered anyway.
"Hey Frank what do we do first when we reach ponyville?"
"Find a way back home to our REAL bodies, of course" replied Raul clearly wanting to end a once in a lifetime opportunity to know the famous ponyville of equestria. Oh, i just remember he didn´t got far on the show, such a shame, but can´t force him to watch it with us.
"First we get out of here then look where is the town for now that it"
"Thats just it, you must be kidding me!"
"I´m starting to get annoyed with you, just shut up and let the experts of this reality do the magic"
"And why do i get the "vibra" that you and Sam just want to mess around on your dreamland" Raul huffed, not pleased with what i or we can offer on this.
"Hey its not like I don´t like to hear you two arguing, but i can see the edge now, look over there" we turned to Sam and surely we saw the edge and the light coming from it.
"Great! lets dash to it" i said running to it. Sam followed and Raul to with a bit more trouble thinking a bit more his pace to run so he didn´t faceplant again.
As we reached the light we were out of the forest and about time too.
