The Dragons have given Celestia a warning:

They will wipe Griffon-kind from the face of the planet, and any interference from ponies will make Equestria their next target.

While the military focuses on preparing for a life-or-death war of survival with overwhelming Dragon forces, the Princesses organize a stealth relief effort in an attempt to deliver much-needed food, medical supplies, and weapons to the last bastions of Griffonia so they might survive long enough for peace to be negotiated.

With the lives of the Griffons hanging in the balance, and a lack of trustworthy ponies who have the necessary skill set, Celestia finds herself turning to the criminal world, putting together a ragtag group of experienced smugglers - reformed, convicted, or otherwise - in hopes that they will be successful in getting to the Griffon stronghold unseen.

Now this loosely-bound band of misfits must work together to keep out of sight, fight off roving packs of animals drawn by the smell of meat, avoid Dragon patrols, and reach the Griffons without getting caught - assuming they don't kill each other in the process.

This story does have clop in it, but it is not a clopfic. If you're looking for pure smut, this isn't it. In the interest of being thorough, the following largely 'non-objectionable' clop content is present in this fic: polyamorous open relationships, threesomes, cheating, pregnancy (both consensual and accidental, wanted and unwanted), voyeurism, and public sex.

The following potentially highly objectionable content is in this fic, but can be used to figure out some story beats early (and thus, mild spoilers): foalcon (of the two teenagers variety) and multiple degrees of non-consent including drug-related rape, violent rape, and implied rape of a minor.
