Chapter 2: [Re]Introductions.

Well... This is something. I mean, here we all are, the very room that held the Elements. And the very same room that literally tried to fuck with our minds when Doc told us on what...happen...to us both. But let's leave that for another time. (Maybe never.) Right now the girls that we used to know, we're standing there right in front of us, though it still pains us two that we... That we have to start all over again.

Man, this is even more awkward then the last one. Though it seems pretending to have little to no knowledge of Equestria has pay off, I'm even more surprised that AJ didn't catch on the whole act.... Still as ignorant as before.

Right now Twi has us both locked up in two separate spheres so she could get us to stop bickering like two assholes on our first date.

"... My name is Twilight Sparkle, the newly crowned Princess of Equestria." She said to us. As if we haven't figure that part out you stupid twat! God she still pisses me off no matter what! Oh great, here comes the fucking quill and papers! "Now that I have your attention, I'm going to start asking questions about your species..."

"Why?" James asked. As stupid as it sounds, its better him than me telling her to go fuck herself.

Twi smiled and answered him. "It's just so we can get a better understanding on how your kind works: anatomy, culture, history and whatnot. So can you answer some--"

"No." I interrupted her.

She turn to me with a look of shock written all over. "No? But why!?"

I rolled my eyes. "Because I said so. Trust us when we say you're better off not knowing everything about Humanity. Save for the basic necessities we need." I told her. But she didn't let that drop.

"Oh really? Well what if I make you tell me!?" She tried to take the threatening speech to scare us into telling her. Though all that did was making me laugh... The Laughter of Disappointment. "What so funny?"

"Oh sorry, I was just laughing at how poorly executed that line you used." I said with a shit-eating grin, which I soon drop and came back to being piss off. "Seriously, do you take me for a fucking idiot!? You wouldn't even go through any of the threats you make up on the spot!" I shouted out, making her flinch.

"B-but what if...I'm not lying--"

"Because it isn't in your nature to hurt another living being!" I growled out, losing my patience to this whole bullshit excuse of befriending on one another again. "You were never trained to interrogate, or to fight... You, and the rest of your kin, are too damn nice." I stop speaking, my ire backing down to a more calmer charm. But I didn't want to talk anymore.

Twi was in a state of shock, along with every other pony on her side. Though unfortunately I have completely overlooked that FUCKING MUTANT BABY DIDLO HEAD Discord! Just what the hell is he up to now, and why is he with the girls and wearing a fucking lady's dress!?

... Fucking dickface of a dumbass whore.

James then took the spot. "Excuse me, ma'am? Could you at least let us out of here? It would make us feel a little more at ease and not too restricted. Please?" He asked, though I think that might be a tall order. But he is more of the diplomat then a fighter, so best of luck to him.

And luck it was, she nodded and let us down... Well him, really. I was still stuck in mine.

"Uh princess, what of him? Why is he still lock up?" He asked, trying to see if he can get me out. But if that doesn't work then I'll just burn this whole thing from existence.

"I'm sorry, but..." She started, "But I can't be sure if he is trustworthy like you." Whoa really? You were the one that tried to make threats to a fault, you stupid twat.

"Says the one that made a faulty threat to us both." He countered, and while he was keeping her busy, I'll start burning up the barrier.

"W-w-wait a minute, I didn't mean it to you! I would never do that to you!" She stuttered.

"Well unfortunately I was locked up in a magical bubble too. Just like him. So I don't see how that doesn't concern me." James stated.

Come on...

"Look how about I just..."

Damn her magic!

"No, that's not good enough..."

Is she this stronger when she becomes an Alicorn!?

"But what if he..."

Almost there...almost...

Finally! I'm out of there!

"HE'S LOOSE!!!" Goddammit Pinkie! Why!? "AND HE CAN USE FIRE!!!" For fuck sakes woman shut up!

Ah to hell with this crap!

The twatty princess Twilight found me out of her magic ball. "What the--? How the hay?! Since when could you do that!?"

"Um, let me think about that." I said to her like it wasn't such a big deal. "Well shit! I can't find the answer to that. All that comes up is that I'm not a normal fucking human being anymore!"

She backed off. "Okay, I won't ask again..." Good, I'm getting sick of you already. "So I guess questions will have to come later?"

"Or never." I flatly stated.

"Fenix enough." James came in between us, "Don't let your anger get the best of you."

I just scoffed at that. "Really James? Did you forget what I am nowadays?"

"No, but even you know you shouldn't go down that way."

"You know what? Screw this shit, I'm going back in the TARDIS and cool off!" I snarled, "You can go and get fucking high with these ponies for all I care!" With that said, I turn my back at them, shoved the three that did Jack-shit, because they can't interfere in anyway, out of the way, and slammed the door shut behind me...shunning away the real world to get some peacefulness and figure out what we both went through last night. That whole... Simulation of Self-Annihilation!

Just who in the ever living fuck-holes creates something so shitfucking insane as that!?

(James POV)

Well that could have gone worse. As Fenix left us to 'cool off', I stood there looking off in the distance, just thinking of...last night's episode of terror and despair. And throughout that whole thing, I couldn't even do a single damn thing to defend myself against the horrors, or help to bring an end to the twisted nightmares. Only Fenix was doing all of the fighting and saving us both from the whole hellish ordeal, but he did it all as a...monster as well. All the while I was...just...

"I'm useless..." I whisper quietly to myself, making sure the girls didn't hear. My head hang down low, with the guilt seeming to build up again. But it wasn't about what the Doctor told us, though I guess it was the start of the whole thing going haywire.

Just as I was going to face the group, my sight was blinded by a purple lavender wall of fur, as I was yet again pulled into another crushing bear hug... Man Fenix was right, this does feel more like a bear-trap then a hug. I was about to pull myself away when the rest came in and that said bear hug turned into a group hug, we'll save for the Royal Sisters and...him.

In all honesty, why is he even here and wearing something that's suppose to be worn by women only? He doesn't seem to be causing a scene... Not yet anyway. Though he is behaving himself, so maybe...

"James." Twilight whisper, snapping me out of my musing about Discord.

"Yes?" I replied, though now I felt kind of out of breath from all of them hugging me. Especially since they're all... Humanoids now. No that's not the word I'm looking for... Anthros? Yeah, that's it!

"Can I ask you something?"

"Does it involve Fenix by any chance?"

She blushed. Caught red handed, "Um...maybe!"

I nearly facepalmmed at that. "You're a terrible liar princess. And could you girls give me some breathing space, please?" She look at me, puzzled by this. But she got the message why and so did the rest.

"Oh sorry about that James." Within an instant, she and the rest cease their hugs, and gave some space. Except for Pinkie and Fluttershy. "Uh Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie...? Can you let go of him please?"

"Nopey Dopey!" Pinkie replied. I was actually surprised by this, and the same can be said with everyone else. Even their hold on me seem to have tightened just a bit and having me sandwich between their...assets. As embarrassing as this is, I wouldn't say it was an unpleasant experience - but that doesn't make me a pervert by any means! But I will say this much and I cannot believe it myself... They sure as heck are huge.

"Twilight please...." Fluttershy, even in another version of Equestria, looking more different and yet so much more beautiful at the same time... You're still the same little timid lovely mare I know.

Twilight was lost for words, try as she might, there were none coming out. She sighed and hang her head low, "James?"

"Uh...yes?"

"Are you...OK with this?" She asked, which left me baffled. "I mean... Like... I don't want you to feel uncomfortable. So..." I wasn't sure what to say about this really, but Rainbow did, only for her own amusement though.

"Oh c'mon egghead! Don't ruin the moment for the lucky stallion." She came swooping in front of me, our noses mere inches away from one another. Her looks regarding a seductive nature, "Besides, after all the things he's been through...I think he deserves a treat." Okay, I am not liking where this is going, not one bit.

And from the sound of things behind me, Uriel wasn't going to let this down. "See~! Told ya he was gonna be a hit with the ladies." Oh good lord save me...

Whooves didn't sound too pleased with this and gotten into a little argument with her. He even threaten her about telling them what she did to me, or grab Fenix to finish what she started off. Man I hope he doesn't come out here and end up killing us all, just to keep things quiet for himself.

While I was trying to listen in, Rainbow brought me back to her. "Hey James." I froze at the sound of her voice, "I got something for you. Wanna see?" It was in a very slutty manner, something I don't want to hear out of her. Though as she was about to show me, my two guardians intercepted: Fluttershy pulled me away from Rainbow within her grasp, while Pinkie Pie came up to her with a rolled up newspaper in her hand. As to how she got that in the first place, I wouldn't recommend trying to figure it out. Pinkie Pie is just Pinkie Pie, and that's all there is to it.

"Pinkie...?" Before Rainbow Dash could say anything beyond that, Pinkie held the makeshift bat over her head, and brought it down on RD's head. Hard and fast, that I think Fenix will be pleased with.

"Argh!!" Rainbow growled in pain from the impact.

As for Pinkie, "Bad Dashy! Bad! Bad!" She was going on with the assault, backing her off.

Soon she took to the air and hovers out of Pinkies reach, "Geez Pinkie, chill out will ya!" She said, but she wasn't getting a positive response from her, or the other girls.

As they ended up gang pressing her for her impolite act towards me, one of Fluttershys hands were rubbing my back, she even had one of her wings covering us from view, while holding me in that motherly embrace and nuzzling my right cheek. All I was doing was just stand there like an idiot blushing on the spot. This may have been out of character for her, she isn't one to go up to strangers and hold them as if they needed a cuddle buddy. Fluttershy is far too shy for committing that.

So why? What's making her do this? I know her, on a far more deeper meaning, but this Fluttershy does not know me that well.

"Uh miss..." I tried to strike up a quiet conversation with her, "Is everything alright?"

She didn't say anything back to me at first, but when she pulled her face away from mine. "W-well, in all honesty, I... I really don't know. I hope y-y-you don't m-mind! Oh please forgive me!" I was stunned by that answer, while she hid her face underneath my chin, her hold becoming tighter. And I think my entire face was burning hot red, that it could put red hot chilli peppers to shame, just by Fluttershy pressing up against me.

Anyways, I was having trouble trying to form a sentence while this went on. So I settled with calming her down and show that I wasn't offended, "Hey, I... It's fine. Really." I said softly to her, and it was very tempting to brush my fingers over her equine ears, but withhold that idea. Out of fear for the others. "Say I never got your name." I asked, changing the subject.

She gasped, "Oh dear, how rude of me!" She looked to me again, "Where are my manners, I'm Fluttershy." We exchanged pleasantries and she went through with telling me about her friend's names, what they are, what they do, then she told me about the princesses. I was still surprise to see Twilight an Alicorn, and I guess this is what Cadence meant by 'Ascension'. But this also confirms that she has to live up in Canterlot again and won't be able to come visit. Though, I will admit this much; Twilight is far more beautiful then when she was a unicorn. Lastly was Discord, the Spirit of Chaos. Somehow she managed to befriend him, or in this case tame him of his chaotic ways.

While we were talking, The sound of hooves came clopping towards us. "Say, Flutters, mind if Ah talk ta James?" That was definitely Applejack's voice there.

Fluttershy removed her wing to see AJ, "What is it you want to ask him about?" She asked her cowgirl friend.

Applejack's facial expression hardened, "Its 'bout that there Fenix fella. Ah don't know 'bout him, but he just gives me the willies!" She shivers, "So can ya tell us a might bit of him? It could help us understand him a little bit better."

"I don't think I'm of much help. Even if I did know him, I can't tell you. He's secretive about himself, so all I can tell you is don't go ticking him off! We all know what he is capable of." I told her, but she wasn't satisfied with it.

"I'm sorry, but that ain't enough. C'mon partner there's gotta be more to him!" She stated.

I sighed at this, I really can't tell her about it. But they'll be questioning about his powers to no end.

Fortunately though, "Now Applejack." Fluttershy came to the rescue, "Let's not pressure him into telling us everything about Mr. Ravcore. Like he said: he's not a normal human anymore, and it's probably a sensitive topic for him." A stern look was on her as she eyed AJ, which made her gulped and sweat was starting to form above her brow.

"B-but, what about...all those things--?"

"He probably said those things to keep us at a distance between us and him." I interrupted her, "Now he may say a lot of harsh things and sometimes means it. But it is nothing more then a defensive mechanism he uses, just in case for any...mishaps." Now I'm not sure if that was his intention, but it did feel like it, even if it doesn't sound like it was.

She look at me confused, "Uh... Ah'm sorry James. But Ah don't see how that's suppose ta be a means o' defence, especially when he said those horrible words. Is that even consider human in yer race?"

"... In a sense, yes. There are those who do use profanity in their sentences. Especially when we're mad as heck about someone, or something." When I answered, their jaws - along with every other pony, dragon and whatnot, all looked as if they were gonna hit the floor. But it's not like they ever knew, nor deal with it. Though, somehow, I get the feeling that Fenix is not going to be giving them a choice in the matter.

I wonder how the girls in his one handle him when he swears in their faces? Probably leave him be? I know Rainbow Dash would try and challenge him. But he's intuitive and he'll go for her wings, cutting off her very pride and joy, not giving her a chance, he'll win against her. AJ would probably stand a better chance, but he'll outsmart her, turning her attacks to his favour since she uses her legs for apple bucking. Twilight might also stand a chance, but he told me that magic doesn't exactly work against him, save for levitation, but he can burn through most magic like that. But since she's an Alicorn...

"James?" Fluttershy broke me out of thinking, "I think you should tell him to stop using those words. That is, if you can convince him." Oh boy... Fluttershy, you are asking a pretty tall order here. Especially with him!

I laughed nervously, already a multitude of series on how this will turn out: all linked to either get bedridden in a hospital for the rest of forever, or die by fire on the spot. All and all, not going to happen.

"Uh, miss Fluttershy. I really can't tell him to stop swearing." I said, "he isn't one for... Well... Listening to reasons like that. He thinks of it as more of an excuse then anything else." After saying that, the girls gasped in shock and horror, almost as if I scared them to death. Then again, this is Fenix we are talking about.

"Why..." Rarity started, "... That BRUTE! We should just cuff him and lock him down in Canterlot's dungeon!" She shouted her displeasure of Fenix, not that I blame her, but it's just that... I don't think anyone or anything can stop him.

I tried to speak, but Pinkie came in, "Rarity! Don't you think you're going too far on this!? I mean, he practically burned his way out of Twilights magic. Who's to say he can't burn his way out of prison!? He literally burns through magic itself!" Pinkie said, her insight puts Fenix's chance of escape undeniable no matter what.

Though this bit of information didn't stop Rarity, "Well how about we enchant his cell with ice? One that can keep him from using his fire to its full extent. That way, there is no way of getting out!" Oh dear, I think she might be taking this too far. She look confident when she said that, but the rest of us were more worried about this idea.

"Miss Rarity." I called her attention, hoping to snap her from going through with this, "I wouldn't recommend turning him into an enemy. Even if this plan of yours does succeed, you'll just make things worser not only for yourself, but for everyone else as well."

"But Mr. James! Surely you wouldn't let such a revolting creature like him walk around swearing in everypony's face at first glance, would you?" She... Did she just call him...

I couldn't believe this. And I'm not the only one. The girls were just as shocked as I am, perhaps a little bit more upset and mad. Especially Rainbow Dash and Applejack, those two were ready to tackle her.

Rarity looked around, seeing that they didn't like what she called him. "W-what is the matter? Was it something I said wrong?" She asked, as if she didn't comprehend on what she said before.

I wanted to express how disgusted I was with how she viewed Fenix, but yet again I was beaten to it by Fluttershy. And boy did she lay it on her. "Rarity, how could you!? You don't know of what these two have to go through!" Wait she knows!? But how...

"N-n-now now Fluttershy. I have a g-good reason f-f-for d-doing this." Rarity stutter out, shrinking under Flutter's Stare.

"Oh really! Well you don't know how close these two were to 'dying'!" Fluttershy shouted, "As a matter of fact: imprisoning Fenix would be impossible for us to do! Because it is nothing compare to the bloody fight they endured! And he had to become a monster just to survive and save James, when he was at his weakest!" Her hold tighten on me even further as she continued on, "As James head was about to get cut off from his other half, Fenix managed to intercept it. James got away from it, with only a minor wound to the forehead! After he got him to the safest place possible, he went back and faced all of them, by himself! He didn't seem fazed by the fact that he was going to die by doing this! He care not of it at ALL!" Tears were starting to form as she press on, even the others were on the verge of crying - including Rarity. "Even though it's impossible to face a force where all odds are against you, he manages to come out on top. Scathed, batter, bruised, bloodied...and still alive. It was thanks to him that they were able to survive." She stopped. The tears from all our eyes began to spill, even from behind me Derpy was crying her heart out. The Doctor holding her while she cried into his shoulder, Uriel was trying to keep a strong face, but even she was shedding tears. This also included the Princesses, and especially Discord. I couldn't tell if he was faking it, but that didn't matter, a tear's a tear right? That's good enough for me.

Fluttershy hugged me more tighter and started to sing that lullaby of hers. Somewhere during that, I managed to wrap my arms around her, this only seem to make her grip me more. I don't think she was going to let go of me anytime soon.

"James?"

"Yeah."

"I'm so sorry for what you two have to go through." She said.

I shook my head, "Don't be. You weren't the one responsible for it." I said, "Though.... Hey does anyone hear that?" I pulled away from her and started walking towards the window that overlooks the Everfree.

Passing through the Princesses, Luna grab a hold on me. "James wait!" She told me and I did, "Just stay behind me."

"Uh...why?" I asked, not quite sure on what she meant.

"For safety." She said. But that left me confused, shouldn't it be the other way around? Then again, this is Luna, Princess of the Night. She probably would know what I'm saying. I nodded and stayed behind her as we both went up.

Looking outside, there wasn't much going on, but I could've sworn... Then I heard something else. A twang noise. It was only then that it was an arrow fired. On instincts I pulled Luna down to cover, just in time too. The arrow flew passed us overhead and stuck itself in the TARDIS. Luckily no one was hurt.

I looked at Luna, "Sorry. But I didn't want any of us to get struck in the eye." I chuckled a little, and then sighed. "Bad pun." I really need to get my head straight, hanging around Fenix can make you say stuff that sounds either weird, or dark. I just hope she didn't take much offends to it.

"In all honesty..." She spoke, "I think it was suppose to be me to protect you." She said, while looking a little shameful, "I'm sorry for my untimely reaction."

I let a small smile grace my lips, "Hey, it's OK. If anything, I say we could make a pretty good team, me and you." She look at me surprised, even a slight taint of red was rising out of her cheeks.

As cute as it was, we wouldn't have the time to poke each other for fun and games. Right now, someone's out there and they mean business. Looking at the arrow, I got up and walked to it. With Luna close by me of course.

Reaching out to it, I pulled it out and started analysing, "Hmm... What do you make of this princess?" I asked, handing it over to her. But I already knew the answer of its design and quality, thanks to Fenix's training. Yes you heard me, he trained me. Only because he thought I looked pitiful. Not that I blame him, I was a mess. It's also so that I can better defend myself and others. But let me just say this: it was Hell. Almost as worse as the one we were both stuck inside of!

Anyway, Luna looked shocked, "How could this be... This is from the Royal Guards!" She shouted and went into explaining. "This arrow was made for our Guard's use of Non-Lethal takedowns. It's enchanted with a sleeping and a healing regeneration spell. As soon as it hits its target, the sleeping spell works its way all throughout your body, making you drowsing at first and then fall asleep, almost instantly. The healing regenerates any and all wounds, even the most fatal, well save for if it hits you in the head..." Well that's comforting, "Anyway, that's all they are used for. But if this was used, the that could only mean..." Before she could say it, the answer was given to us.

"Creature!" A voice called out from outside. "We the Royal Guard, demand that you release the Princesses, the Elements of Harmony, and surrender yourself into our custody! Or we will use lethal force if necessary! Do you comply!?" Oh boy.... Could this actually get any worse.

(TARDIS door kicked open)

I had to ask, didn't I?

"So... Who's looking to die?" Fenix asked, armed to the teeth, and ready to make some mayhem.

I sighed, already feeling sorry for the Guardsponies unfortunate end.
