Underneath Canterlot
Canterlot has to face the threat of a new, unknown cult surfacing, which is in possession of powerful spells and is the source of abduction and death throughout Equestria.
A cult is spotted in Canterlot which is linked to several murder and disappearance cases. After a royal scout is killed while trying to get some answers out of that cult, Celestia creates a Unit of the Military to handle incidents of unknown origin. The Unit is known as the Canterlot Emergency Reaction Unit, or CERU.
CERU's mission is to react to incidents of unknown origins and handle them before the public hears about them, to prevent a mass panic. CERU is lead by Twilight Sparkle with the help of 'Agent Ruby' which was chosen by Spitfire and the Army to assist her.
