Not the Average Love Story

It was my birthday, i didn't want any one to know about it because I didn't really want it to happen, having a party with the only people there being my parents and relatives. Even though I didn't want any one to know Celestia always told the class when it was some ones birthday and would have the whole class sing to them. I knew that her saying it was my birthday was a horrible idea because during the song I heard a few ponies behind me sing "Happy birth day dear douche bag." Instead of "Happy birthday dear Star." The rest of the school day sucked as the other ponies picked on me much more than usual and it got to the point were I couldn't ignore it anymore. So I just waited until school was over ignoring every thing that went on around me, which wasn't very normal for me as i usually participated in class.

Once school finally ended Celestia told me that I could go home early since it was my birthday. When I got home I wasn't expecting much, just my parents and cousins eating cake and watching some sort of movie.

I was correct, that's all we did no surprises for me except for one thing, right after dinner was over I heard a knock on the door I went to go see who it could be, it was Twilight.

I asked "Twilight, how did you know I lived here?"

"Simple, I asked Celestia." she responded.

I then realized she had never been to my house before.

I asked her "Would you like to see my house."

She said "Yes."

I introduced her to my family and showed her around the house and once we got into my room she said

"Oh I just forgot, happy birth day."

she then pulled out a deck of cards wrapped in a ribbon from a nerdy card game I enjoy and handed then to me

I responded with a simple thank you and then Twilight turned to me and asked

"Can I tell you some thing?"

"Twilight you're my best friend, you can tell me any thing."

I responded

"I love you." Twilight said

I was then was filled with an indescribable feeling but I realized, I loved her too, she was always there for me and she was the most important person in my life and, I love her.

I saw a tear run down Twilight's face as she said

"I'm sorry if it's so sudden but, I do love you."

I then blurted out "I love you too Twilight, I really do."

Then In a moment of silence I looked into her big beautiful purple eyes and drew close to them, I then proceeded to close my eyes and lock my lips with Twilight's, It was the first time I've ever kissed any pony and it felt so good and I felt a warmth in my heart like I was actually loved by some one. I opened my eyes and pulled away my lips. Twilight then said

"That was my first time kissing any pony."

I responded "Same with me."

We then went back stairs and watched a movie with Twilight cuddling against me the whole time and me holding her hand.

It was the greatest night ever.
