The stories are mostly known but great tales deserve to be retold, in this work the legends of Equestria are retold in style of a saga. From the birth of Equestria through to events commonly known within the show this story hopes to provide a unique twist adding vivid imagery and historical depth. Fall in love with your favorite tales all over again.


Authors note: I've always wanted to do this, as much as a writing exercise as anything, to ease myself in as this is my first fan fic. There's probably similar things out there, although personally I've never come across any. I originally started this to give to people who didn't know the show or where new without all the back ground but one thing led to another and it become quite vivid and poetic so thought it stood up by it's own right. I'm not sure it stays 100% in a saga type format all the way through but what the hey! I hope you enjoy it!
I struggle sometimes with spotting mistakes due to my dyslexic so feel free to point them out but in a nice way.
