Chapter One: Darker and Edgier.
Twilight sat in a chair in Sugarcube Corner. The place was so busy, ponies everywhere, getting something to eat. Why did you need me to tell you they were getting food?
Pinkie walked over to Twilight and waved. "Hi Twily! What can I getcha? How 'bout a cupcake? Muffin? Cupcake? Cupcake?"
She started asking for cupcakes over and over, not taking no for an answer. "Fine! I'll get a cupcake!" Shouted Twilight, annoyed at Pinkie Pie.
"Great! Just gimme a second, and I'll..." Pinkie stopped for a second, her mane falling down and losing it's bounce. As a faint sound of buttons being pushed was heard in the distance, Pinkie started talking again, holding a knife. "... Rip your throat out!" Shouted Pinkie.
Twilight stared in shock and disbelief, confused about her odd behavior. The other ponies noticed too, and a faint sound, similar to the other one, could be heard again.
All of a sudden, Lyra got up, and pointed at Pinkie Pie. "Hey," She shouted, "she's holding the knife! Almost like she has hands!"
All of the ponies ran like hell, ignoring Lyra. Twilight teleported out of the room, and started flying.towards Cloudsdale. 'I should ask Rainbow Dash,' The same button pushing sound from earlier could be heard, 'she spends the most time around Pinkie, she is her special somepony after all. Wait, no she isn't, what?'

Rainbow Dash groaned, she hated being woke up, especially to the sound of a pony screaming and knocking at her door furiously. She walked over to the door opening it. She yawned, "Twilight?" Asked Rainbow Dash.
"Quick! Something's wrong with Pinkie, she pulled out a knife, and her mane is all floppy again!" Shouted Twilight.
Rainbow Dash looked confused at Twilight, stared into the sky, as a faint button pushing sound could be heard again, and said, "Oh, sh-"
Everything flashed white for a second, and when it was normal again, Rainbow Dash was nowhere to be seen, and all that was there was a small zap-apple-esque cupcake. It then proceeded to fall through the clouds, gaining speed as it fell towards some poor sod's head. "Darnit..." said Twilight, "wait, I should be reacting much more worried then that... What is happening?"
