When you think you know someone, they completely surprise you of a simple fact, or event that may happen. And Discord learn that sometime, chaos...May be too much for anyone to bear. *** "Hey yo! Zero! I'm here for the poker game!" call out Discord as he looks around the  living room within the mountain home of the Insane Warlord of New York City, or mostly known as Zero. However the chaosbringer for some reason can't find the insane fellow. He tries the basement, the living room, the bedroom, and even the vaults of Zero stolen items of his heist. Yet he can't find him at all. Until he looks outside on the beach. There Zero stands, the eighteen year old stand straight as he looks at the One World Trade Center far across the sea. The happy, crazy, and toothy smile that is usually on his face isn't there. In fact, there seem to be a sober look, the baseball hat is of the color black, in fact everything on his clothes is black, his jacket, his gloves, his jeans, even his shoes are black. The cane in his hands that are behind his back is in fact a simple wooden cane. No metal, not a single thing strange on it, just a plain, simple wooden cane. In fact this surprises Discord a bit. Not once did he ever saw Zero looking...Normal, looking as if he's a sane person. Something must be done. So he appears before the human with maracas, a smile on his face, and a joyful look on his expression. "HELLO ZERO! How are you this fine day?" he asks, but to his shock Zero doesn't answer, in fact Discord swears that the human isn't even looking at the chaos creature. Discord turns his head to across the sea and only see buildings. He turns his head back Zero as he ask. "Zero, why aren't you insane right now?" Zero lets out a breath of air as he replies. "Because today is the day to not insane. A day where all people of this nation, from the great mountains, to the plains of the middle, to the ever shining sea, will remember, grieve with one another, and give kindness to one another on this day." Discord become silent after this sentence. "Zero...You're scaring me." he say in a small tone, Zero sighs as he salutes with his right arm as a loud song rang around the island. "Follow me Discord, I'll explain." says Zero in that somber tone. The creature of disharmony floats by Zero as silence reign through the halls, except for sad music (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UmJLi3kJ7e8) that only brings a sad feeling into the heart. A few minutes later they enter the living room where a giant plasma screen tv is on the wall of the cave, Zero sits down as he waits for Discord to do the same, Zero sighs as he start to explain. "The reason, I'm like this, and so many others, is because something happen on the day of September 11, 2001. Not only one of the darkest days, but one of the saddest for so many lives." He reach inside his jacket as he takes it out, it's a strange remote of some design, he press one of the buttons  as  the screen on the tv shows one of the greatest tragedies that ever fallen onto the nation of America. Two planes are seen, both in the air and are heading in different directions. "On the day of September 11, 2,998 lives were lost.  More than 6,291 people were injured, and probably even more." explains Zero, there's a dread tone in his voice, like everything that is bright and happy just dies from the cruelties of the world. "Millions of people witness this act, everywhere around the nation, and probably the world saw the buildings crash down. And do you know why this happen?" asks Zero softly as the the T.V. show the towers fall down in the ground. An enrage expression went on his face as he snarls at the T.V. "Because some guy said so, because he wanted to prove a point. A bloody, bucking, point!" A image show show  a man, then move to a war. "And you want to know what happen? Our country got piss and went to war!" shouts Zero as he throw his cane right at the wall by the T.V. It doesn't break, but Zero jump up from his spot and slam his foot down each time he makes a step. "Which means even more lives were lost in this stupidity! Which means no one got a chance to say goodbye for the fallen on that day! Sure some might, but not enough to find the bodies." Zero tells Discord, however he 'cough' as the mixmatch creature interrupts him. "I know it seem bad Zero, but I just don't understand what the point is, I mean you're a criminal and," Zero turn his attention, Discord swears that he can see the madman glaring not only at him, but deep in his soul. "I am going to say this once, and only once, so you better pay attention maker of Chaos." tell Zero in a dark tone, to which Discord gulps and turns into a puddle, when Zero speaks in a tone like that, he's serious. Zero slowly moves close to the puddle as he talks. "I may be a criminal, a mastermind, a psychopath, a cannibal, a thief, a murderer, and I may be a spawn of insanity. But even I wouldn't dare to cause so much death to potential life." Zero points at the T.V. with the picture of the man once more. "That man cold blooded murder those people. Men, woman, and children all alike and for what? Because he wanted to show us something? Trying to teach us 'infidels' our nasty ways? Argh!" Zero lets go of his rage as a sighs escape from him, he soon just sits down on the couch. "I may be ruthless, cunning, and sometime even cold, but deep down in my heart, deep in my psych, there is a unspoken rule. A rule which binds not only me, but everyone, even those pesky heroes know it as well. Never shed blood, especially blood that doesn't deserve death." Discord  transform from puddle, to himself as he moves  by Zero. "Correct me if I'm wrong, but what is the meaning of this 'rule'?" asks Discord, Zero sighs, and rubs his hatted head. "Well we all know that I'm a villain, but even villains have standards, and killing innocent lives is a line I wouldn't dare to cross. the goody-two shoes and us baddies fight there aren't that many people around right?" said Zero, to which Discord nodded his head. "Alright, so as a rule, we never involved others, unless we're trying to be really threatening, or we're insane. Nevertheless we try to not cause too much damage, we have a rep to keep up after all. But the key point between a villain who's doing it because he's a villain, and someone who just don't give a damn." went on Zero. "Like Sohm?" suggested Discord. "Well, close enough. But even Sohm of all people wouldn't just kill all those people like that, to him it would be a waste of time, energy, and not really 'fun' for him. Takes the mood out of the hunt." Discord wrapped a bandage around his head to keep it from taking it's brain out. "So what you're saying is, that most people, even Social-path like Sohm wouldn't needlessly kill all those people without a good reason?" said Discord, to which Zero nodded his head. "Yeah, but everywhere all over, we stop what we all doing, normal people, government people, hero's, even us villains stop doing what's evil for this day. To remember the fallen, and to carry on the shoulders of others when they feel the burden to much. To remember the patriots of the past, the present and see them in the future." A minute of silence passed as Zero spoke. "Discord, I think it would be best if you left for now. Okay?" Discord slowly nodded his head as disappears in a flash of light as Zero sighed, he got up, walk in a room to grab something and on the outside of his door he place a flag right by the entrance.
