Touhoof Project- The Adventure Begins

It was a bright, glorious day in Equestria, and The Summer Sun Celebration was being performed in Ponyville. As we all know, it's destined to go horribly awry, but not just quite the way you remember. Our story begins the day before the celebration, nearby Ponyville, where someponies are clearly not where they should be...

"Reimu! Get up, ze!" said a familiar voice.

"Just 5 more minutes..." Groaned Reimu.

"GET UP!"

"Marisa, what is it?"

"Open your eyes, Reimu. Look at where we are!" Said Marisa.

Reimu looked at her surroundings. "What the? This is nothing like Gensokyo!" She turned to Marisa. "Oh, no... No, no... This HAS to be a dream!"

Marisa walked- no, trotted -up to her, and poked her with a yellow hoof. "It's not a dream, sadly."

"You're a- a..." She stared in astonishment.

"Go on..."

"An equine of some sort, it seems."

Marisa sighed. "Or you could have simply said pony. I'm a pony, isn't that amazing!?"

"The least we can do is talk to the locals, and figure out more about this place."

"Let's go, then! The adventure begins!"

"Yep, the adventure begins..."
