This is a parody of H.P. Lovecraft's excellent story "The Rats in the Walls." Consider it a one-day brain fart that will only appeal to Lovecraft fans.

This story was entirely inspired by the scene in "Stare Master" when Opalescence hacks off some of Sweetie Belle's mane. It is done in true Lovecraft style, so no accent for Applejack.
