Hi I'm Ace_Attorneyfan800, the author of this fic that you're about to read. You are probably asking a lot of questions right now, but don't worry, they will be answered in a separate chapter, leave them in the comments and I'll get to them at some point.

The Big Change

"Did you get it, did you get it!" Pinkie asked over and over again as she bounced beside Spike

"Yup I did." Spike said as he held up the Power Ponies comic

"Awesome!" Rainbow said

"What issue is it, what issue is it!" Pinkie asked

"Issue 57: Th End and The Beginning of a New Era!" Spike stated holding up the comic

"Now hold your horses partner." Applejack said looking at the cover, "Just what in tar-nation are these bipedal creatures doin' on the front cover?"

Spike looked confused for a moment but then looked at the cover to see 6 bipedal creatures on the cover instead of the Power Ponies, he couldn't tell what they were because they were blacked out.

"That's weird." Spike said

"How did the last comic end anyway?" Twilight said as she took a sip of her milkshake, "I'm just a little curious."

"Well in the last comic, the Power Ponies had lost the trail of the Mane-iac, they had just made a potion that would turn her back to normal and were hot on her trail only to lose it after they got to her lair to find it abandoned."Spike explained, "This is the continuation of it."

"Well read it then! We ain't going to wait all day!" Rainbow said

"Alright here we go." Spike said as he opened up the book

Last time on Power Ponies!

"We know what happened." Spike said

Now with no trail the Power Ponies stand back in their airship hideout discussing the situation.

"I can't believe we lost the trail!" Zapp shouted

"We were so close too!" Hum Drum added

"I don't understand!" Masked Matter-Horn said, "Where did she go?!"

"I just got back from the warehouse and she's STILL not there!" Fili-Second said

"Mistress Marevelous is still with Saddle Ranger in the city so we still have a chance of finding her." Radiance added, "A very small chance, but a chance either way."

"I just can't shake the feeling that she's closer than we think." Matter-Horn stated

"Well I don't know about you guys, but I'm hungry! All this trail following has left my stomach open for hunger." Humdrum said as he went into the kitchen, "HOLY FRIDGE THIEF! IT'S THE MANE-IAC!"

The rest of the power ponies then ran straight for the kitchen to see Hum Drum get taken away by the Mane-iac into the gym. They followed her in only to get blasted by the hairspray ray of doom.

"I have you now!" Mane-iac shouted

The captured ponies then saw Saddle Ranger and Mistress Marevelous trying to get out of a cage but to no avail.

"Saddle Ranger go She-Hulk on that cage!" Hum Drum shouted

"I can't!" Saddle Ranger sadly said, "My powers are gone!"

"Mine too!" Marevelous added

The frozen ponies then gasped.

"What did you do to them!" Zapp shouted

"Oh nothing, just simply took away their powers! MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" Mane-iac laughed

"But how?!" Matter-Horn asked as she and the other captured ponies, besides Hum Drum was placed in a cage

"During my run from you Power Ponies I came across a plant in a forest that slowly drained my power, after making a hairspray version of it, and using it on Saddle Ranger and Marevelous. I then learned that it has the ability to take away a pony's powers forever!" Mane-iac explained

"Oh no!" Spike shouted

"Can't they do anything?!" Rainbow asked

"I hope so!" Spike said as he continued

The frozen ponies found themselves free some from the hairspray only to be sprayed again.

"I can finally taste it!" Mane-iac said, "Sweet victory!"

"Not while I'm around!" Hum Drum said as he tried to break free of the Mane-iac's grip of hair

Mane-iac then pinned Hum Drum to the wall and used a different hairspray can on him. She then let go and Hum Drum opened his eyes.

"Where am I?" he asked

He then looked at Mane-iac.

"Are you my mommy?" Hum Drum asked

The Power Ponies then gasped.

"What did you do to Hum Drum you fiend!" Radiance shouted

"I gave him what I'm going to give to you ponies after I take your powers away! AMNESIA SPRAY! MUAHAHAHAHAHA!" Mane-iac shouted

The Power Ponies then got looks of fear as Mane-iac began lieing to Hum Drum about being his mother.

'We have to get out of here!' Matter-Horn thought, 'Who knows what lies she can tell us if we get amnesia! It'll be worse than the time Pikachu got amnesia and was brainwashed by Team Rocket!'

The ponies and dragon then got a confused look on their faces.

"What the heck's a Pikachu?" Rainbow asked

"And who in the hay is this Team Rocket?" Applejack asked

"Beats me." Spike said, "Lets just continue before my head gets a headache."

"Now! PREPARE TO BE POWER-LESS PONIES! MUAHAHAHAHAHA!" Mane-iac laughed as she held up said spray can

The four caged ponies then closed their eyes as the spray hit them. The smoke then clears to reveal four baby Power Ponies.

"Momma?" The four ask

"Oops!" Mane-iac shouted surprisingly frightened, "Wrong can!"

She then sprayed them again and they turned back to normal.

"What exactly just happened?" Fili-Second asked

"And why do I have a sudden taste for Formula?" Zapp asked

Just then the four got hit again, but instead not turned into babies, but instead felt tingly. Just the the hairspray ray's effects wore off and they were free.

"Now you're in for it!" Zapp shouted as she tried to use the lighting bolt around her neck only to find it not working, "W-what's going on!?"

"Our powers are gone!" Matter-Horn stated

"And now for the final piece!" Mane-iac said as she stuffed Marevelous and Saddle Ranger into the same cell as the other four, "A MEMORY WIPE!"

"If this is the end you guys, I just wanna let you all know that it has been an honor to fight for justice along side you all." Matter-Horn said

The others then nodded as the spray hit them and they closed their eyes.

Spike couldn't believe it. The Power Ponies had lost.

"Bu-bu-bu-but that's impossible!" Spike said, "The Power Ponies never lose!"

"K-k-k-keep reading!" Rainbow said

"R-right." Spike said as he continued

Two years have passed since the Mane-iac brainwashed the Power Ponies into thinking they were her apprentices. Now after learning everything from their new teacher the new Mane-iac Ponies have made it to the news on their first heist at the Maretropolis Museum with their teacher the Mane-iac.

"Bank Anchorman here reporting live from the Maretropolis Museum where the Power Ponies have turned evil and are working for the Mane-iac!" the news reporter said, "Here with me now is security guard Mike Schmidit who saw them steal the Freddy Fazbear animatronics, Mike what do you have to say on the matter?"

"Those Power Ponies were good, but now they've turned evil, I call them the Mane-iac ponies and they are going after priceless stuff, though I don't really give a crap about the animatronics considering they try to freaking kill me at night!" Mike said

"Oookaaay, moving on!" Bank said

The TV cuts off to static and now six humans stand in front of a TV behind a screen.

"Is that why we're here?" asked one of the girls

"It might be so Mia." said one of the boys

"I just can't believe that out of all the places we could've been teleported to, we wound up in a place that looks like something out of a five year old's fantasy." said another boy

"I agree with Antonio," said another girl, "We just got done with our vacation and was about to have a nice reunion party until all of a sudden we get teleported into a world of ponies for no reason this has to be it."

"It might be Emily, but we can't be too sure." said another boy

"Well Jayden you know we trust you, but how can we be so sure we weren't just pulled in here by a hidden nighlock?" said a brown colored boy

"Kevin you and the rest of us know that all the nighlock have been defeated." Jayden said

"Well, Jayden I have a theory." Antonio said, "If we help out these ponies, maybe we'll go home, it's just a theory right now."

"Antonio while I do like your theory, I'm afraid we can't do it, we don't even know if we can trust these ponies." Jayden said

"But what if we can't find another way back?" Mike asked, "It's not like a magic mirror to our world is just going to appear out of thin air!"

"Mike has a point." Emily said, "This might be our only shot at getting back home."

"Ya it might take us months or possibly years to do so, but this is our only shot probably." Mia added

"All in favor of helping thee ponies to get back home say I." Antonio said

"I." everyone but Jayden said

"Fine." Jayden said deafeated, "I just wanna ask you guys one thing, do you have your samuraizer with you?"

Each of the six pulled out a cell phone looking device and they smiled. they then put their free hands in the middle of the circle and said together, "Rangers Together! Samurai Forever!" and threw their hands into the air.

Spike's jaw dropped. The Power Ponies, one of the most irreplaceable heroes in Equestrian comic history, had been replaced. The only thing he could do was drop the comic throw his claws, in fists, into the air and scream.
