Chapters Twilight Sparkle's Point of View:
I woke up and found out that I saw a white ceiling, it was minutes or hours after I was knocked out by Pinkie Pie when she hit me in the face by her hoof. I startled up, but a sharp pain like ten thousand needles impaled me on the neck every time I turn my head. What I saw shocked me, I saw Rarity's head was bandaged down to her eyes, her horn nearly broken, and crying as she sobs through the pain she went through. Applejack's face was bandaged whole, she can hardly talk as her facial was hidden. Rainbow Dash's doctor was taking her to another room, maybe another surgery or something, she was completely alright, but the clipboard said that her guts was rejected from her body, which explains her speech patterns was off. Fluttershy was burned up and was at a full body cast, with her mane, now has strains, and her skin was now red. All over her body was covered by ice packs, my hoof was covering my mouth as I saw the damages on all of us. The mare nurse came into the room to find out that I was awake.
"Princess Twilight! You're awake." she shockingly said to her.
"Yeah, what happened while I was knocked out?" I questioned, her shockingly exited mouth turns into a sad frown.
"Pinkie Pie did this to you, her gargantuan smile of hers killed you." she darkly said to her.
"I thought we laughed with her, but she thinks that we were laughing at her". The nurse then heard a yawn from Applejack who finally woke up from her long absence, yet her face was still covered up. She then uncovers her face and saw that her mouth was filled with cotton and her eye was both black shut. The cotton then was turning red, the nurse then rushes to her for another one instead. Her mouth was filled with blood, made into a puddle onto the bottom of her tongue. Rainbow Dash returned with a stitch on her stomach which was now back to normal. Rarity was next for her next surgery, I was not sure if we were going to stay here for a month or two, Pinkie Pie destroyed nearly half of Ponyville. I started walking towards the window and saw the debris of ashes at a small tree, the schoolhouse was on fire as the fire ponies are trying to stop it from burning it down, ponies were surrounded and was mad at somepony and I take a closer look at the scene. It was Pinkie Pie, who was now crying as she was still hurt from the arguments and complaints of the town...her element was no longer connected to her anymore...she wasn't the element of Laughter anymore....somepony took it away from her.

Waking up from the streets of Ponyville, Pinkie Pie walks to the library to seek some help from Twilight, but saw a note on the door on the back when she closes it.
"A...a note?" Pinkie Pie said to herself. "She couldn't be..."
She read the note upon the door it said:
If you are reading this, this means that I and my friends are on a mission for finding for the new role of the element of Laughter. Due to the Demonic Smile event, there was no connection of bringing pure happiness if there was a piece of the elements has a hole on it in Equestria. If you needed any questions or need to borrow books, just write down your name and title you borrowed on the scroll at the center.
Pinkie Pie wanted to look up a few books of what kind of creature that Pinkie Pie was attacked by. She quietly takes a book that was titled "Dark and Demons" and searched for clues about of what she is needed to find the culprit of Pinkie Pie's demonic smile that was obliterating everyone.
After hours of searching and finding clues, Pinkie Pie searched for over 20 books and still clueless of what she is looking for, of not being distracted, but she was still confused. On the first book, she was still on the page of the picture of a dark pony with a devilish smile. Pinkie Pie looks up the demonic pony and read it out loud.
"Smilion Oblivion, a demonic pony who almost lead Equestria towards its end, legend has it that everytime when a happy person who wanted revenge on her friends who laughed at her, he'll create death and destruction on his path, but when the princesses takes him down, he was sealed away into a happy one's soul. In order to destroy him, you need the help of a loved one and destroy Smilion"
Pinkie Pie looks down at herself and a twinkles upon her eye and saw that her soul was corrupted by Smilion Oblivion, she stands up and takes the book with her to find the way to destroy Smilion Oblivion.

Chapter One
Pinkie Pie's Point of View:
I was completely sorry for what I really done, why did I killed my friends, but my smile was the one that made me like that. A smiling murderer that kills anyone that was in my way? I can't. I slowly cleaned up Sugar Cube Corner when I heard about rumors spreading everywhere that I killed my friends, if that spreads to the Princess, I'll never be trusted ever again! The Cake twins was staring at me, scared of what they saw.
"Pound Cake, Pumpkin Cake, it's not what it looks like..." I wanted to pick them up but crawled and cried away from me. From what I see was that Derpy was trying to make a muffin by herself but she was still gave me the dirty look upon her face, just like what I saw when the citizens ran into the scene, they saw the five bodies, they gasped and saw me still smiling. I can't control that smile that I have but I controlled it after I saw the others carried to the hospital. They turned to me, with the dirty looks on them. I tried to say I'm sorry, but they started to shouted at me, seeing the five pairs of eyes, staring dead at me...
Mayor Mare gave me a decision whether or not if I can be suspended from town or community service to clean it up. I gave my decision to clean it up as my final. With my mane and tail, popped flattened and deflated, I continued to clean up the mess I made. I tried to go to the hospital if I had time to finish it, but can take me a few hours to clean it all up. I will try to tell them I'm sorry. I wish I couldn't smile like that ever again. I wished that I wasn't been born...my friends...dead...forever...I wished that I couldn't relived that moment, that dark smile and all the blood in the palm of my hooves. I was still smiling, but I removed it as I started to sob as I quietly sat down at the pool of blood from Twilight. Flashback from the moment I started punching Twilight in the face to the moment I bring down a bomb at Fluttershy, burning till I saw her blood vain. I continued to clean up the mess as I quietly started to see other ponies walking towards me with a filled emotion of anger and hatred.
"What have you done to our town?!" One pony shouted and later all the arguments started to pile all over the sadness that's on my dark coat of despair...I was trying to escape from this but I was covered by the other ponies. I was yet still on the run for my element, Laughter. A strange surge through my body was now gone in a flash. I was no longer connected to my element anymore, I'm nothing.......
