Who is He?

It was just another day in Ponyville, Rainbow Dash was telling stories about her daring feats, Twilight was in the library reading, Rarity was making her next line in fashion, Applejack was doing her chores on Sweet Apple Acres, and Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy were doing some shopping. Then Pinkie saw a pony she had never seen before and being who she was she went up and started a conversation. Fluttershy kept her distance but as a draw back she could only see him but not hear him. As Pinkie talked Fluttershy inched closer, and as she inched closer she could see his details better. His short blue mane and long flowing blue tail were flowing in the breeze Rainbow Dash made as she flew overhead. She could see his azure eyes outlined by the glasses he wore. And his white body glistened in the sun as he stretched his wings. She could hear him saying that he was there to study magic with a Twilight Sparkle. Pinkie pointed him to the library and he went on his way. As he passed Fluttershy he said "hi." As Pinkie bounced back over to Fluttershy she could see that Fluttershy was blushing. "Why are you blushing" yelled Pinkie, "Does it have something to do with the new guy in town?" but that made her blush even more. So Pinkie decided she didn't want to know and they continued shopping.

Meanwhile at Twilight's tree house there was a knock at the door. Twilight put down her book and got up to answer the door, she would have asked Spike to do it but he was in Canterlot on royal business. The door opened to reveal a stallion "Pinkie Pie told me I could find a Twilight Sparkle here, are you Twilight Sparkle?" he asked "Yes, and you can call me Twilight if you want. And you are?" she asked curiously "I'm Dash Timbers" he said "Well, nice to meet you Dash. It's alright if i call you Dash right?"Asked Twilight "Nah it's okay." answered Dash "anyway how can I help you?" asked Twilight "Well I was sent here to study magic for the next 48 moons." Dash replied "Oh 48 moons, that's quite a long time. But I can manage to fit you in."  said Twilight "And before we do anything" said Dash "Yes?" Twilight asked "Can you tell me the name of the Pegasus with the pink flowing mane?" asked Dash "Oh, you mean Fluttershy. Why do you like her?" asked Twilight curiously, there was no reply except the hue of red on Dash's cheek.
