Moonlight Chaos lives in the Opera Populaire in Maris, Prance. But every night she can hear a voice speaking and singing to her. Her friend Cotton Feathers tells her it may be just a dream. But as time goes on Moonlight is beginning to think it may be more then that.



Soon a mysterious figure wearing a mask appears and takes her to the old catacombs of the opera house. There she finds out that the creature is in love with her and wants to marry her. But there is a problem, a young stallion named Ink Illustration is also in love with her. Moonlight is determined to find a way to be with the masked phantom. But he will not let her see his face, will the truth be revealed?
