//-------------------------------------------------------// The Legend goes to Ponyville and becomes UNSTOPPABLE -by Rambo- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Initiate Phase One //-------------------------------------------------------// Initiate Phase One Hello there again! Welcome back to another adventure in the town of Ponyville where only the most bizarre events happen and the citizens with unrest. In today's story, Ponyville faces their strongest opponent yet. With the Mane 6 gone, only one can stand against him. Stand against, a giant. Let us begin. "We really need this vacation, like seriously." says Twilight to the rest of her friends as they board a Vorik  (Basically a zeppelin) with Equestria's logo etched on the side of it. The Mane 6 were in the open fields near Applejack's home sighing in relief that the time for vacation finally came. They set their luggage in the side compartments of the old retired war machine that was used frequently during the Rebellion of the Beasts, damn dragons. They look out to see the sun slowly rising, it was morning and the air smelled of burning charcoal mainly because you know, the Vorik runs on that and the smell of the burning charcoal was accompanied by the aroma of grass. With all of them now boarded, they began to rise into the air until they were a good lengths away from the ground and started the thrusters. If you're wondering why Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash aren't flying it's because they don't want to fly, duh. There was no specific destination, all would be decided after going an ample amount of time forward towards the rising sun. "Jeez Twilight, what is this thing?" asked Pinkie Pie examining every nook and cranny of the blimp. "Well Pinkie I'll just say what it is and not much of a background because that'll totally be promoting something else that's in store for the future and only sell outs do that." Twilight replied as she gazes over the side of the Vorik eyeing down the world. "It's a retired machine of war that was created for Earth ponies and Unicorns since they were at a disadvantage against dragons." Pinkie nodded and kept looking around the machine. "It has a dreadful design and there's red and oil stains near the edges!" cried Rarity as she scrubbed the railguard with Kaboom. That one purple cleaning spray that supposedly made Pennies look like new in 5 seconds, a waste of $4. Everyone else was tending to their own business and exploring. They moved farther and farther away towards Baltimare for some R&R. "How long is this gonna take anyways?" Rainbow Dash asked the purple unicorn. "About 2 hours, it beats riding the train honestly, all crowded and bumpy. At least here it's just us and nothing but air" she finished saying with a smile. There goes the Mane 6 away from Ponyville and away from trouble, what could seriously go wrong in just three days? Yes what really could go wrong anyways? This is by no means foreshadowing the future and what it holds. The Vorik sailed through the skies until event he rotors of it could no longer be heard. Just then a streak of gray zips through the sky at a quick speed. As the blob approached Ponyville closer and closer, it began to slow down and finally take form. Right then and there we see Equestria's mailmare, Derpy, in the flesh and a bag full of letters, packages, and other crap people bought for Black Friday online, thanks for making Derpy's life crap for that one sole week if you bought your stuff online. She kept staring into her big bag of mail seeing what houses would be more convenient. When digging through it she had found a package for her from The Doctor. In a squeal of excitement, she raised her hooves and tore the package apart to reveal Destiny: Ghost Edition. Derpy had planned that maybe she could take the little model Ghost inside to Twilight to see if it can actually fly around with her, that way her journeys around the place wouldn't be so lonesome. While opening the box and all in midair she had accidentally dropped her bag of mail, having it fall to the dense forest below her. Derpy finished unboxing Destiny and put the Ghost inside her personal bag, she stared at the game and whatever else came with it and just chucked it away, it's not like the game was good or anything and she didn't own an Xbox One either. Flying down to where she had seen her bag drop, Derpy searched and searched until she hit her head against a stone wall. She rubbed her head seeing if she had gotten a bump but nothing serious. "I wonder what this place is." the mare said to herself still looking. She was walking among ruins after a bit more exploration, small ruins but it was clear these were abandoned for a reason. Derpy constantly rubbed the walls cleaning them of their filth to see what she could find out about where she was at. Pictographs were drawn here and there, all depicting of some kind of human wielding a giant sword. Whatever it was, the drawing was constantly written through the entire area. At last Derpy came to two conclusions, one being she couldn't find her mailbag and two, she came to a dead end in the ruins or so what was a dead end to her. In front of her stood a white moving door that appeared to be some kind of mist or fog. Looking left and right it didn't seem like there was anywhere else to go other than above or backtrack. She flew up to see if there was another way in but to her surprise not a single entrance. She took a few laps around the area and found out she kept circling some kind of dome. She was still puzzled on how something so old could still be in tact. Before her little scouting came to an end, a beam of light  shot straight towards a very small crack on the dome, an ever so small crack that only a finger could fit through. A finger you ask? Yes a finger shut up you know i'm only saying that for example reasons. She peered straight in to see what awaited her inside the room and she spotted her mailbag with some letter scattered around it. Derpy sighed in relief and figured the only way in was through the fog gate that awaited her on the ground floor. Zipping down she kept glaring at the gate as if though there was something weird about it. She stuck her hoof in and back out quickly. The fog was cold like a refrigerator but the cold automatically went away after she retrieved her hoof. The gray pegasus closed her eyes, counted to 10 and slowly passed through the fog feeling the cold wrap around her like a snake constricting its prey. It felt as if everything was affected, even her own soul. Once at the other side she opened her eyes and it was exactly how she pictured, a big empty dome with nothing but her mailbag in the middle of the place. The cold ceased as she ran over to her bag to retrieve all the fallen mail. As she was packing everything back in the mailbag she looked up to see how the bag even managed to get there if there was no entrance but alas not a single clue, a mystery to her. Just when everything was packed int he bag, Derpy looked back to see the fog was was still there. She thought she could pass back just like she entered but instead the fog was as hard as stone, she couldn't figure it out. Quickly she raced to the other side where another fog door stood and the results were the same. She sat down and stared rubbing her chin wondering what's going on until a faint sound was heard coming from the opposite side of the dome followed by the clanging of metal. She looked behind her to see a man walking towards her. Derpy's eyes widened in fear as she took a closer look at him. A tall man who stood about 6'5" with a large sword and kite shield with runes on the front. His armor covered his entire body making it look bulky and strong and a tattered blue cloth covering the said armor. Derpy backed away until her back hit the fog gate, not even the cold feeling of the gate could cool her off. The most terrifying thing of all however was his mask, a dirty brown mask with black eyes and an open mouth. No skin showed, it was as if he wasn't even a human to begin with. The thing stood halfway's from Derpy and stared at her before he took two steps forward with his arms out as if he was going for a hug. Finally he spoke to her saying "Well what is it?". His voice was low and thunderous, loud enough to shake the walls of the arena she stood in. "Power up the bass Cannon" "Wh-who are you?" Derpy asked terrified. The man laughed before he held the sword with both hands. After what seemed like hours he walked towards her with every step being faster than the one before, before she could know it he was sprinting at her with the sword ready to swing. "FIRE!" Just before all seemed lost Derpy flew into the air to avoid the attack. She started digging in her mail bag and threw whatever she could at him, including her Ghost. The legend took all the hits as if they were nothing until Derpy through the wrong box at him. The box split open revealing a green bottle inside. The man lay down his sword and kneeled down to retrieve what he sought after. Taking the bottle out of the box he held in his hand a plastic bottle of Mountain Dew. The an laughed as he clenched his sword in his hand tightly, splitting the bottle open and not only chugging it but covering himself in the god juice. The ground shook beneath them until the man grew three times larger, as did his equipment. He now was on equal footing to Derpy's Flight and her life was just about to cut short as well. Despite her best attempts, Derpy's fatigue caught up with her, forcing her to move slower and slower until she was struck. The flat side of the sword swatted her towards the wall, breaking her wing. The inevitable battle didn't last so long and neither did the Mountain Dew buff. He shrunk down to his regular size and walked towards his stricken victim. Derpy got up with what little strength she had left and kicked him right in the stomach, no pain was felt and no remorse was given. He swung his weapon and missed completely. Derpy dodged as much as she could but she wasn't wearing the Chloranthy Ring so her fatigue caught up with her until her dodges became sloppy proving to be fatal. The titan noticed this and took advantage of the opportunity while he could. With one final mighty swing he swung at her clipping her wing. Derpy thought it as a small scratch but it was so much worse. The force of the strike was so strong it drew Derpy closer to him, the air around her is actually being drawn to him. The force of his attack was so great that it blew the air away from her but the effect was delayed because he missed and now it's being sucked back in and dragging everything in with it! "Even if you are able to avoid the fangs of the flying dragon, the gusting winds strip away freedom of movement and the claws will rip you apart" words said by Hiko Soujiro. This said Derpy was in a vulnerable position that proved to be her final moment alive. With the Giant doing a 360 he connected his hit with Derpy having her fazed in the air. Derpy's freedom of movement was stripped from her and she ate swing after swing of the Zweihander, Derpy was stunlocked because Greatswords are OP, thanks From Software. With one final swing, the gray maimare was sent flying across the arena smashing against the wall so hard that she broke through it. Her will was broken and her life was ceased. Our beloved Derpy Hooves lay in the harsh sun of reality dead, leaving behind one last treasure as her spirit parted from this world and into the afterlife. The armored god walked towards the hole in the wall and peered out as if it were a brave new world (That book was garbage). It's been several years since he has been in the outside world and now was his chance. He stood in the forest looking around at the wonders about while basking in his freedom. By now his Double XP Mountain Dew buff wore out and he was back at his regular size. Walking towards the body of Derpy he noticed a faint glowing light that called for him. He knelt over to claim his trophy, her soul and her Humanity, except here since this is Equestria it was her Equinity (If that even makes sense). He held it in his hand before crushing it and felt a power surge through him down to his own soul. Puddles of water were scattered around the area along with moss amongst the trees and stones. It was raining before obviously and also proved to him that the area he was in constantly rained. He took the opportunity to look at his reflection and clean himself up. Wiping dirt and grime from his mask, he then looked back to see it shine the bright bronze that had been hidden away from time. He didn't bother cleaning the rest of himself off, for the most part it was clean, just a bit rusty near the joints. After enough time admiring he sat down and began to wonder where his journey would take him. Solemnly he sat meditating on what the best course of action would be. Time slowly passed until he got up and walked in the north where he would hope lies a prize worthy of a giant, worthy of a legend. No foe stood equal to him he ventured through the everfree forest, not the timberwolves, not the diamond dogs, not even ewoks themselves. He marched on and on until the sun was getting ready to set. Just when all seemed lost he peered over to where the sun set behind mountains. There in the distance he could see a castle but that was far too long to walk to. Beyond that was the Vorik and further that he could not see. Instead his eyes set upon a town up ahead where there were no walls nor guards, only a town for the taking. Ponyville. He shook his head bellowing a laugh as he slowly made his way towards the town with a shadow casting beyond him. A faint sound could be heard however, the sound of a spirit sent to kill him. When he looked back there stood a radiant shade of blue with a katana drawn from it's sheath. The sun was just on the horizon moments away from letting forth the night. The shade knew he was the only one standing between him and the town, it's all or nothing. The giant laughed as he drew his sword and raised his arms towards him. "Well! what is it?"
