//-------------------------------------------------------// Equestria goes apeshit, and so does the universe. -by Galhoofrey- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Fynn & Galagus //-------------------------------------------------------// Fynn & Galagus A stallion jolts to life in a ruined castle, surrounded by bloodied soldiers and disattached limbs. He is in stark white battle armor, and is untouched by the combat that obviously took place here. The stallions'is name is Fynn, and he's not from around here. "Wh- where the buck am I?" A confused and weary Fynn says, rubbing dust out of his eyes. A tall, blurry, figure approaches him. "Oi, We've got a survivor!" The unknown colt says with a hint of hostility. The colt stomps toward Fynn, and for second, Fynn thought he was saved. Upon closer inspection, however, he could see that the stranger was a unicorn, and levitated a bloody scimitar . He also noted that many of the dead that he lay among, wore armor similar to the amor that the colt that now stood above him was wearing. "Is he one of ours?" A louder, more commanding voice questions. "No captain, but he ain't their's either!" The first colt calls back. "Well," the Captain says," kill him and move on, we're not looking for rogues, we're looking for our soldiers." "Yessir!", Quips the soldier as he raises his sword above his head "sorry mate, didn't want to do this but, its the captains orders." Halfway between the colt's head, and Fynn's, there is a loud metallic CLANG, followed by cold, jagged breaths, and a gasp. Fynn opens his eyes to see the most terrifying thing that he had ever laid eyes on in his life. There, standing above him, was a black boned skeleton with a Skull that seemed to be made of green crystal, that also housed a single, glowing red eye that darts around menacingly. In a clear, deep voice the skeleton speaks. "Sorry hate to do this to you, but...." The being stopped just before shoving his large, metal arm through the soldier's midsection. "AAAAGGGHHHH!" The soldier screamed as the demonic bone-man runs the poor bastard through. The boneman then proceeds to throw the unfortunate soldier a good fifty feet to the left without even shifting his weight. It turns with it's shuddering breaths and clanking metal feet, to a horrified Fynn. "Get up Earth pony.", He says without emotion. "and grab those guns." Fynn is afraid, but not soo much that he can't ask a question. "What?" Asks Fynn innocently. "wha- . . . Oh forget it dammit, just grab onto my back and hold on! uneasily but hopeful, Fynn places his front hooves on each of the monster's shoulders in the nick of time before it leaps out of the ruins of the decrepit, old, castle whose name, to Fynn, is completely unknown. They traveled for about half an hour, Fynn hanging for dear life on the creature's thick, metal plated shoulders, the creature itself, leaping what seemed to be whole miles at a time. Fynn finally works up the courage to ask the skeleton it's name, and to his surprise, is granted it. "What do I call you demon?" Fynn asks respectively. "Lord Galagious mostri otee kresjak biyirkden Von tregdirk tomardi alsoor liit." He replies smoother than expected before taking another monumental leap. "Uh, what the hell was that?" "Galagus," says the creature. "my name Is Galagus Fynn begins to say; "Well, Galagus, my name— Another leap, followed by a crater in the ground, and an earth shattering boom. —is Fynn." Author's Note This is the first real-ish chapter of this universe. the end result will be a joining of four (three, fynn and Galagus are in the same chapter), unique stories into one continuation that may or may not have ass tons of spinoffs. the characters who set the large and moderately violent stage are: Fynn, Galagus, a robot gladiator named Crypt (other chapter), and a Rogue clone trooper from the 83rd legion who has the force talent and skill, to match even Darth Vader. A Crypt . . . __________Fifty years later_______________ An announcer adjusts his position in his large, fur lined, bucket chair and steadies his voice. "Mares and gentle-colts, welcome to the twelfth annual Roxtan park autonomous arena! It's time to meet this year's competitors!" A massive Iron gate opens, and a multitude of robots enter the arena for all to see. The announcer introduces a colossal snake with grinding wheels for sections. "Please welcome a first time fighter; Fury!" As the announcer finishes the robot's name, the crowd goes wild, but is silenced in their zealous chant as the wormlike automaton uncurls itself and screeches a horrible, metallic screech at the awestruck spectators. Over the next hour, the announcer introduces a host of strange and fascinating machines, but the strangest of all was the reigning champion of the arena. "And now . . . For the moment you and I, have all been waiting for . . . The harbinger of robot hell . . ."The announcer pauses for effect, "Crypt!" A hushed confusion settles over the crowd as nothing, and no pony presents themselves as the champion. After what seemed like hours, a loud, echoing banging sound is heard for a minute, then, a 20 foot tall robot, with a large, skull made of iron, sporting aquamarine floodlight eyes, one of its fists seem to be fashioned out of steel and hooked up to tank batteries, another, is a collection if rotating mini howitzer cannons, making up a chain gun hand. The machine talks casually, but in a surprising tone, loud, but not metallic, old, but not elderly. "SORRY TO KEEP YOU WAITING EVERYPONY, BUT THE GODDAMN DOOR NEEDED SOME . . , , MAINTENANCE." Crypt explained. Crypt changed His gaze to the challenger entrance. "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU WAITING FOR?." Crypt yelled, "START THE BATTLE ALREADY!" The announcer pulled a switch, and the last surviving competitor slithered out of the door. It was none other than the death worm; Fury. The announcer speaks. "Fight!" at the sound of a bell, Fury bolts towards Crypt lightning fast. Crypt readies his pneumatic leg bolt. "HERE WE GO!" He shouts as the pistons in his legs slam the ground beneath him and launch him directly at Fury. Fury tries desperately to shake him off, but Crypt has a death grip on one of its rotors and is climbing it step-by-step. "SCREEEE !" Fury howls in confusion and fear. The crowd goes insane as they watch Crypt reach Fury's head, the titanium leviathan still trying to knock Crypt off of it. For a second, it looks as if Crypt would be flung off of Fury's back, that Crypt wouldn't be able to hang on any longer. "I'M NOT GOING ANYWHERE!" Crypt exclaims after taking hold of Fury's single, red eye, and hauling himself forward to face it directly. He pumps his right arm (gun) and the multiple howitzer cannons that comprised his chain gun hand began to spin. "YAAEEE !" Fury screamed as the gun began to hammer round after round of heavy artillery bullets into the back of its head. "Oh, looks like this is it everypony!" Crypt continues to relentlessly lay into the serpent with his weapon, even after it stops moving. After a minute or two of gunfire, the chaingun slides to a halt, and Crypt, unharmed stands atop the body of Fury. The once deadly autonomous snake now an unmoving heap of bent metal and disfigured machinery. "Please congratulate the now and future champion; Crypt!" The spectators are esthetic, and go absolutely bonkers for the gladiator and his victory. Crypt is unaffected by the applause, and jumps off of Fury. He then walks, without even glancing back at the crowd or the announcer, back to the iron gate that he previously entered the arena from. "CLASS DISMISSED." Crypt says. //-------------------------------------------------------// Fordo //-------------------------------------------------------// Fordo I am Arc captain Fordo. This is my story. "Clones to sleeping quarters, clones to sleeping quarters." Said a mare's voice over the intercom. Fordo marched back to his designated sleeping quarters after discarding his armor in the suit holding area. He lies down and quietly orders all but his bedside light to cease operation. "Sigh, when am I gonna get the hell outta here?" He drearily asked nobody as he stretched his legs out in the bed. He sat up and began to meditate, a practice commonly used by Jedi knights to hone their senses and focus their thoughts. But he is no Jedi knight. No, he is a clone through and through. Clones through strife, clones for life was this commander's motto. He didn't always agree with everything he was told to believe, and often found himself meditating on the ideals that he had been taught to guard, and the training that he had been given. <><><><><>morning<><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><> Fordo wakes on his own and is immediately keyed in to the fact that something is very wrong. For one, he woke up on his own, rather than with the morning intercom message, and secondly, there was screaming coming from the quarters next door. "Holy shit, why is 32569 screaming? What's going on? Why didn't the intercom wa— Fordo's thoughts are interrupted by a sharp zing' followed By the sound of D-12 blasters being fired multiple times. "What is 32569 doing?" Fordo asked himself a bit too loud. Outside in the hall, a tall, slender, stallion wearingg a black cape with a red outline pointed to room No. 32570 . . . Fordo's quarters. Just as he finishes putting on his helmet and armor, the door slides open to reveal a number of armed clone troopers in full armor, and the masked figure. The Stallion points at Fordo. "Who are you?" He asks. "I'm ARC Captain 32568, but the men call Fordo sir!" He states before saluting, unaware to the obvious threat. "I am 93455682, Jedi trooper division, you can call me Flux Paragorn." Says the figure. "I'm guessing you're going to release me from active duty now?" Fordo questions. "That depends." Remarks Flux. "On what?" "How you answer to this." "To what?" Fordo pushes. Flux presents a voice recorder. "This." He presses the ''play'' button on the recorder. «Execute order 66» Says the recording in an old, scratchy voice. Fordo hears this and begins to yowl in agony as his mind is divide into halves and put back together again in an attempt to ignore the order that he had heard. "AAAAAAHHHHHHHHH !" He screamed aloud. The troopers take aim and prepare to fire. "Wait." Flux says, motioning for them to lower their guard. Fordo stops. He turns toward Flux. "What's happening to me!?" He growls, still regaining his hold on reality. "You resisted the strongest order that can be issued, and now you will be executed for your treason against the empire. "What!?" Fordo yells. "Aim." "Wait, please!" Fordo pleads. "Fire!" The troopers open fire and the sound of blaster bolts being fired, but not hitting anything echoes throughout the halls of the facility. Fordo puts down his whooves slowly, and opens his eyes. The troopers are strewn about the area with scorch marks indicating a direct hit to each of them by their own bolts. Flux isn't standing where he was, instead, a cape, a lightsaber, and a completely round splatter of blood take his place. "Wha-- what is wr-ong with m-e? fordo shouts, his voice not saying every word fuly, "Fordo!" Fordo turns around just in time for Ax to plow him over. "Shit!" "Get a-way from m-e!" fordo orders "Listen, there are jedi troopers coming this way and we cant stick around to say hi, so lets get a fuckin move on man! Ax quips. "n-no, there's so-something wrong w-with m-e!" fordo warns Ax try's to pull fordo to his feet but upon his hooves' contact with fordo's shoulder, a blue arc of electricity flashes from fordo and hits him. "Check, check, aaaand che— " Twilight finds herself staring at an empty space in her shelf. "Now that can't be right, I swear there was a book there." She mumbled to herself, trying to remember where and what the book was. She looked at the book list located next to her element of harmony (in its' display case of course). "Hmm, it's supposed to be in the "B" section, but it isn't even on the list." She noted to herself. "Twilight!" A drowsy spike moaned before getting out of bed and nearly falling down the stairs. "what are you doing up so early?" Twilight used her magic to levitate spike down to the main floor, so as to prevent an injury. "Well," Twilight said matter-of-factly. "I was taking stock of all the books, and then..." She pointed to the empty space, but was shocked to find that a book had filled the gap. Spike rubbed the sleep out of his green eyes and looked at the purple alicorn with a raised eyebrow. "And then what?" He asked Twilight is dumbfounded. "I noticed a book was missing, but when I looked in the book list nothing was listed." She said, cunfused beyond belief. "Just check again," spike walked towards the kitchen. "I'm sure your mind is just playing tricks on you." He called from the kitchen. Twilight examined the list again, and, sure enough as spike said, a book WAS listed, however, it was like no book she had seen before. "That's peculiar, I've never seen you before." She said to the book. After several minutes of doing double takes of the list and the book, Twilight decides to read the strange book. "Ok, I'll play along." She said to the book, as she opened it with her magic. Upon opening the book, it changed color and material from brown withered paper, to white stainless steel. "Ooh," The purple pony said in excitement. "A magic book!" The "book" projected a hologram of a list of literally trillions of words and phrases, then, without warning, a loud male voice coming from the "book" spoke. "PLEASE SEARCH A WORD." The book demanded. "AAh!" Twilight yelled, jumping back a length. Spike walked in with an empty plate. "What's the matter now?" He asked, putting the plate on a table. "I-it spoke!" She replied. "What spoke?" Spike questioned. The voice repeats. "PLEASE SEARCH A WORD" it said "Just do what it says." Spike says, as he returns to the kitchen. Twilight shakily answers the voice. "Umm... M-magic?" She says. The voice speaks again. "Searching for : MAGIC" it quips. Several minutes pass without any activity, until after what seemed like forever, the voice answered.
