This is a bit different than most stories, especially ones I am likely to do but I had this idea made a 9 page rough draft/outline, showed some friends, they decided I should make it a fim seeing as it has their ocs. So my oc is first, then my friends follow up. Also if you haven’t you should check out my other story. I’m taking a small break from it to refresh my creativity. It was a few thousand years ago, Luna was still princess of the night, Star Swirl the Bearded was around and he seemed to be arguing with her over something. There also seemed to be another pony behind them. “I’m telling you Luna, it’s possible to travel back in time!” Star Swirl said with conviction. “But nopony would have enough energy by themselves to do it!” Luna argued. “Well how about we settle this with a test? Say Star Swirl is right and you can travel back in time, and to gather enough energy, you could use the flow of power around you.” Said the third pony stepping in and resolving the conflict instantly calming both of the ponies as was one of his many talents. He was a pure black alicorn with a violet mane and tail that had streaks of electric blue and sanguine (blood red) running through it and it looked singed and the colors were spread in no apparent order. His cutie mark was a heart with a dagger through it on fire, the heart sanguine, the dagger black with a ruby hilt, and the fire electric blue. “Night Fire thanks for solving that conflict… again.” Luna said with a blush nuzzling up to him. “No problem, I just don’t enjoy fighting, especially when such beautiful women are involved.” Night Fire said to Luna making her blush. “Well if you two are done with that, I have the design drawn up.” Star Swirl said to them motioning to his scroll. “Alright I’ll test it, I’ll go back and observe myself sleeping this morning, I want to know what I do in my sleep.” Night Fire said standing in an open area. “Stand back you two, not sure what will happen.” Luna and Star Swirl stood back and made the customary magical bubble shield. They then watched as Night Fire started to summon magic around his body. As magical flames and lightning surrounded his body, and suddenly in a bright and loud explosion he disappeared, scorching the floor with some minor blood here and there with the smell of singed hair in the air. “NIGHT FIRE!!!!” Luna yelled out running from her magical shield and to the spot where he last was standing, and started to cry. Star Swirl pulled her back with magic and put her in another shield as suddenly more lightning and fire blew up and Night Fire appeared, alive but a bit hurt. “Alright, memo to me, don’t do THAT again.” Night Fire said with a grimace as he healed his bleeding wounds and burns. “NIGHT FIRE, THANK GOODNESS!!!” Luna yelled hugging him with tears of relief falling down her face. “I thought you had died… again.” Night Fire looked at Luna and held her close, “Luna I’ve told you a thousand times,” He bends down to look into her eyes, “I won’t die that easy.” “Well if that aint the truth, we almost killed you too many damn times and you just keep worrying Luna.” Star Swirl said with a smirk on his face. “So what was it like?” “I was there for about a minute, but couldn’t really make my form stay solid or make any physical changes just observe. It was not pleasant.” Night Fire said smirking knowing Star Swirl would keep a copy of that spell for certain “Purposes”. “So we need to start finding a new way to get more magic, but not explode.” Star Swirl said looking through his notes, with Luna reading some of hers trying to find ideas. “Wait, before you guys do anything move about two feet back, something is about to appear there.” Night Fire said and they instantly obeyed seeing as he had this uncanny ability to see danger before it happened. Not even a minute after they moved a whirring was heard and suddenly a blue box appeared were they were. “Well that’s quite interesting.” Star Swirl said looking at the box. “What the hay?” Luna asked looking confused. Suddenly out of the box steeped a brown earth pony with very light lavender unicorn filly with golden hair and eyes. They looked around and sighed. “Dinky, where did you lead us this time?” The brown earth pony asked the small unicorn standing next to him. “I thought I was right this time, I mean I only tried once before!” The Unicorn said in a huffy manner. “Who the buck are you and what do you want?” Night Fire demanded from them. They turned and their surprise was obvious, as if they had only just noticed him. They ran over to him and out shouted the filly, “I told you doctor! I told you!” “Fine Dinky, you win. Ugh, what do I owe you this time? Another muffin?” The doctor said with a sly look on his face at the last part seeing the filly nod. “Who are you?” Night Fire asked using his voice in his calming way causing both to stop and look at him. “I am Doctor Whooves, and this is Dinky Hooves,” Said the earth pony with Dinky smiling a mile wide, “We need your help.” “Let me guess, save Equestria, life threating, different countries and all that?” Night Fire said not looking interested. “Try save universe, not likely to ever return, different world and different time.” The earth pony said. “And mommy and I will give you muffins!” Dinky said smiling. “I’m curious, so I’ll go with you, but if I don’t want to can I drop out at any time and return to this life?” Night Fire asked him to make sure. “Sure, I don’t see why not, it seems reasonable.” He said with a kind smile. “Star Swirl, catch!” Night Fire said tossing a scroll, “You and Luna figure out that spell, it’s very helpful. Luna here have this.” He pulls out a box which on the inside has a black gold pendant in the shape of his cutie mark, and on the inside was a picture of him and Luna cuddled up under the moon. “Don’t ever forget about me, I’ll be back.” He said putting the necklace on her. “Night Fire, don’t leave me.” Luna said nuzzling him with tears in her eyes. “I don’t want to live without you being by my side.” “Don’t you worry, I’ll be back, just remember me until then, and besides, I won’t die that easily!” Night Fire said with a smirk kissing her before heading into the blue box. “So what is this called?” “The TARDIS. It’s a machine that we use to travel through time and space.” Dinky replied with a smile bouncing into the box. “Well she is lovable, now that I think about it, who is her father?” Night Fire asked the doctor as they walked in. “Well I’m not sure, but I am as good of a father as any I suppose.” He replied walking over to where Dinky had gone gesturing for Night Fire to follow. Night Fire was mainly surprised how big the inside of the TARDIS was. He followed the doctor into what appeared to be a kitchen of sorts. “This here is my lovely girlfriend Derpy Hooves, she is Dinky’s mother.” Doctor Whooves explained, with Derpy walking up with her sweet smile on her face. “Hello, it’s nice to meet the mother of this incredibly cute and well-mannered filly.” Night Fire said with a smile that made Derpy very happy. “Well thank you, would you like a muffin?” Derpy said holding out one. “Sure, I’ll try it.” Night Fire said popping it in his mouth, he chewed it and swallowed. “It was amazing Derpy, you sure know how to bake.” “Thank you, and I told you doctor!” She said with a smirk at him. “You don’t get twenty bits unless one of the other two eats one.” The doctor said to her. “Wait, other two?” Night Fire asked. “Yes, I am going to pick up two more, one is a Pegasus by the name Swift Whooves, a distant cousin. He’s next.” Doctor said going up to where Dinky was pulling a lever. “Dinky if we end up 2 feet away from a star this time, I drive.” He said opening the door. “When did that happen?” Night Fire asked her. “The first time I tried to drive. I like you, can I call you uncle night?” Dinky asked sweetly. “Sure thing, I like you kid very nice and smart also.” Night Fire said with a kind smile. “Alright you two, there he is.” Doctor Whooves said pointing down to a race track where two pegasi were racing each other. As they neared the finish line it seemed close but the obvious winner was the female, a rainbow maned pegasus, with a blue coat. The other pegasus, with blue fur and a dark blue mane and tail flew up and hugged her, then flew off to rest on some clouds as she flew the other way. Night Fire could make out her blush from the TARDIS which was floating above Swift. “Hmmm how to go get him…” Doctor Whooves said thinking. “Dinky jump onto my back and hold on.” Night Fire said making sure she had a good hold he jumped and glided down to Swift. “Oi, Swift Whooves, your distant cousin wants to talk to you, come with us.” “If you do you get MUFFINS!!! Dinky said happily to him. “Ummm okay?” Swift said confused but he followed them back to the TARDIS. “Doctor, is that you?” “Yep, it’s me.” He said with a smile. “Nice, now I heard the word muffins.” Swift said following Dinky to the kitchen. “Shit! I better go get my money.” Doctor said walking into one of the many rooms and coming out with a bag that said 20 on it. “Here you go Derpy.” He said walking into the kitchen. Night Fire’s violet and Swifts emerald eyes twinkling with laughter. “So cousin of mine, where do we go now?” Swift asked taking off his hidden weight harness. “To pick up the third person, and Night Fire, can you please turn into like a unicorn for a second?” The Doctor asked trying for them to look normal. “Sure, that’s pretty simple.” Night Fire said cloaking his body till he looked like a regular unicorn pony. “Alright we are there.” The doctor said to them when they shuddered suddenly to a stop. “Um we appear to be outside a bar.” Swift said. “Thank you captain obvious. It’s INSIDE the bar that we need to go to find him.” Night Fire said to Swift who looked back with a ‘no shit’ look. “Both of you follow me.” The Doctor said walking into the bar with both of them following him into the bar. Upon entering it looked like a normal Canterlot bar, with a bartender, low lit booths, and a bar. At the Bar sat a pony with a black blindfold on, with a sanguine coat and silver mane and tail with black streaks among the silver. In a booth towards the back however, sat a very familiar alicorn, Princess Luna. She was drinking vodka and was looking sad. Night Fire noticed and then went to the bartender. They talked, some bits were exchanged and when he came back he had a beer, and a sowerful expression. “Let’s hurry this up.” Night Fire said downing his beer very quickly. “Alright, excuse me, are you Chromatic Reverb?” Doctor Whooves said to the unicorn at the bar. “I go by Chrome, time lord, I know you want me, I’ll go only because I have nothing better to do.” He said getting up and walking towards the door, when they followed suddenly they heard loud sobbing and turned to see Luna crying her eyes out. “Doctor can I get some business out of the way and bring along Luna?” Night Fire asked when they got outside. “Fine be back in 5 minutes or we leave without you.” He said. “Got it.” Night Fire quickly turned into an alicorn then decided to make his hair flow like Luna’s making it look like live fire. He then flew to the palace gardens and saw Celestia strolling among the plants. “TIA I NEED A FAVOR!” He yelled gliding down to her. “Night Fire, after a few thousand years you appear and ask for a favor, on your birthday. I should banish you to the moon!” Celestia almost yelled at him royally pissed off. “No cause the favor is if you can take over Luna’s job for a while while she travels with me.” Night Fire asked looking with pleading eyes. “Fine, go find her and tell her your wonderful news, if she doesn’t kill you.” Celestia said turning to walk among the garden once more. “Thanks!” He yelled flying back to the bar, he walked in and made his body covered by a black cloak he magically made before Luna could see him and changed his voice to a bit more gruff than it usually is. He walked up to her. “What do you want?” She asked with tear filled eyes. “An explination upon why a woman such as yourself would be crying.” Night Fire said not letting on it was him. “Because I haven’t seen the one I love in a long time.” Luna said with more tears. “Ah but you see, that’s where you are wrong. You have seen him very recently.” Night Fire quickly disappeared to a booth behind Luan and took off the cloak silently walking up to her. “What the buck did he mean by that?” Luna asked herself. “Hmm maybe if you turn around you would find out my little slice of the moon.” Night Fire said to her in his normal voice. She quickly turned and saw him in all his glory with his hair actually flowing. “Night Fire…” Luna said then suddenly her eyes blazed in rage and she shot the very fire spell he had given her all those years ago at him yelling, “DIE IMPOSTER!” When the spell subsided Night Fire was there scorched but alive. “Ugh, I’ve told you a thousand and one times Luna, I won’t die that easy. I might get the living shit kicked out of me but I won’t die.” He looked at her with his cocky smirk. She teared up and walked to him as he case his healing spell getting rid of the worst of the burns. The bartender looked at them and just shook his head, never wanting to understand alicorns. “So how was all the adventures?” Luna asked curious. “To be honest, we have yet to go on any. We came here to pick up the third dude and I asked if I could grab you also, and yes Tia gave me permission.” Night Fire said with a grin. “Well what are we waiting for?” Luna asked him confused. “Nothing if we want to go, because we have less than a minute to get on the TARDIS, so grab on.” Night Fire said his horn glowing. Luna quickly wrapped her hooves around him and they disappeared in a burst of fire. When they dispelled the fire around them they were inside the TARDIS and Dinky and Derpy were holding out a muffin with a smile plastered on their faces. “So these are your companions?” Luna said looking around the massive machine and seeing everybody they would be traveling with. “Apparently and also I think Dinky wants to ask you a question.” Night Fire said pointing down at were Dinky was. “Hmm? Yes child, what do you wish to ask us- er me.” Luna said to Dinky looking at her curiously. “Would you like a muffin?” Dinky said holding out one. “Sure, it sounds and smells amazing.” Luna devoured it and then smiled, “Thank you it was amazing.” Luna then went and nuzzled up to Night Fire, who nuzzled her back then kissed her. Everyone saw this and here are their expressions; Chrome didn’t really care, Doctor Whooves smiled with a knowing smile, Swift whistled, Derpy looked at the Doctor and blushed and Dinky smiled jumping up and down with glee. When they stopped kissing Dinky bounced up to them. “Uncle Night, does this mean that Princess Luna is my Aunt Luna?” Dinky asked sweetly looking at him with an innocent smile. “Ask her kid, I’ll let you call me Uncle but you have to ask her about calling her your Aunt.” Night Fire replied looking at Luna. “Well I see no reason why she can’t; I mean she is sweet, nice, and incredibly smart and well-mannered.” Luna said with a smile, causing Dinky to bounce as high as the ceiling then she and Derpy went into the kitchen, probably to make more muffins. “Well now that introductions are done with as well as they will be, I guess I should tell you all where we shall be going.” The Doctor said looking at them. “I wish I could just send us to any point in time and relax like I usually do but it came up recently that you guys have to save the world from the infinite cold, were are not sure what this really is but clouds are disobeying the pegasi and it seems the reason are that unicorns are enchanting them. We don’t know why but it can’t be good, so who is in?” “Um I think I speak for all of us when I say this, but we came here to do just this remember? So we all are in.” Swift said with everybody else nodding. “Alright then, it will take about a day to get there so go find a room and make yourselves at home. There are weapons, tools, training equipment, a pool and a room of clothes back there.” The Doctor said turning to punch in the coordinates in time and space to go. Allright my fellow Bronies and Pegasisters, this is my newest stories first chapter. I want to know how you guys feel about it and I will upload it as soon as the sight is back up. I honestly take your opinion into account. I want to thank everybrony who reviewed on this and yes I am sending this to my editor before I post so you guys should be pleased as punch. Anyways this is being made up on the go so sorry about random stuff that I might insert. ONWARDS TO GLORY AND GREAT STORIES!!!!!!!!!!!!! They all headed to the rooms they were told about, and each chose one that miraculously ended up matching their personality very well. Swift got one where he could fly and dive around, and it also had a cloud bed and a rainbow pool. Chrome got a room full of musical equipment with a giant bass amp. He opened a door to his own personal heaven, a second room filled to the brim with every stringed instrument known to pony-kind. His bed was a simple hammock. Night Fire got a room full of magic books and plenty of space to practice spells, and had a giant memory foam bed with black silk covers, with vibrant red and blue flame designs. Luna got a room that matched her perfectly. It was lined with spell books, and had intricate drawings of the moon, and in a vase was a bouquet of moon lilies that would bloom only when hit by the power of her domain. Her bed was also black silk, and had a star pattern all across it. ***** After they had all checked out their rooms they all headed to where the pool is and started to swim, even Chrome, though he kept his silk blindfold on. “Yo chrome, ever heard of relaxing and just being normal?” Swift asked taking off his harness and setting it off to the side of the pool. “Yeah, my two top students tell me that quite often. But I never take this off.” Chrome said motioning to his blindfold. “Why?” Night Fire asked, confused. “It’s... a veil. I can see out, but you cannot see in. I don’t really like other ponies looking into my eyes…” Chrome said, looking at the far side of the pool as he did so. “You said you had students… what do you teach?” Said Luna, attempting to change the topic. “I teach music theory, and just about all music in general. It seems to bring out all different kinds of ponies, which is very good for the university at which I teach.” “Well then who are your top students?” Luna asked, knowing most musicians that were popular. “My current top students? Two mares by the name of Octavia and Vinyl Scratch.” Chrome said. “Really? I thought you taught at a university, those two must have already graduated by now. So why are you still teaching them?” Luna said. “Let’s just say, I have far more experience than any of the other professors, and just four years doesn’t cover all that I have to share.” He said. Suddenly, he remembered something, and teleported away in a burst of white. “Why did he leave?” Luna asked, confused. “white? I thought that the color of the magic depended on the coat, or mane... neither of which of his are white... odd...” “Well at least he told us what his job was.” Night Fire said floating on his back relaxing. “Are you ever serious for even 5 seconds?” Swift asked looking at Night Fire who simply opened up one eye. “When I have to be, I just chill until then.” He said shooting a torrent of water at Swift drenching him. Fire burned in Swift’s eyes. He flew up to the ceiling and then simply stopped flapping, plummeting faster than a boulder. The splash was massive and caused even Night Fire to try and escape. When it had subsided Luna and Night Fire were on the side of the pool, coughing, and Swift was laughing his flank off. This sadly started a splash war. MEANWHILE WITH CHROME “Hey doc, how much longer till we get there?” Chrome said teleporting into the control room. “About 20 hours, why?” “Eh, figured I might give Dinky here some lessons in magic and maybe, teach her some music.” Chrome said, where Dinky could hear from the kitchen. “Plus, I think I should let you have some alone time with your girlfriend.” Chrome muttered under his breath to the doctor, as Dinky ran out of the kitchen with a huge smile on her face. “Mommy said I could learn magic so let’s go!” Dinky said bouncing on her hooves wanting to learn.” “Alright let’s go, I’ll see if I can teach you some magic, and perhaps how to play some music.” Chrome said with a hollow smile. “Yay, magic and music!” Dinky cheered following Chrome as they went to his room. ***** “Honey, are you okay?” The Doctor said, going into the kitchen to find her pulling out a new plate of muffins. “Of course I’m happy. My muffin is learning magic and music, why wouldn’t I be happy, honey?” Derpy said with a smile. “Oh just wanted to make sure, I haven’t really had a lot of time to spend with you while we take care of Dinky.” The Doctor said with a sad smile. “Well the others are taking care of her now, so she can’t interrupt us now can she?” Derpy said giving her boyfriend a nuzzle. “Careful, we can't get too loud, there's other ponies on here too.” The Doctor said with a slight chuckle. “Of course! We are not married… yet.” Derpy said adding yet as an afterthought. “I promise, when we head back to what we call the present we can get married. As long as I have permission from your daughter, that is.” The doctor said with a slight grin. “Oh well then, let’s stop talking and find a more productive use of our mouths, right Doctor?” Derpy said with half closed eyes. “Of course, my sweet muffin.” The Doctor said leaning in and kissing Derpy with the passion that even the Alicorn rulers of Night and Fire couldn’t match. MEANWHILE WITH THE OTHERS IN THE POOL. “Why do I get this weird feeling that somepony is saying they are doing something I can’t?” Luna said with a weird shudder. “Eh, ignore that feeling, it’s nothing.” Night Fire said before getting downed in another wave Swift made. “Ugh, that’s it Swift, I’m going to kick you bucking flank right now!” Night Fire said, levitating multiple pillars of water to surround the flying Pegasus, and then closed them all around him, pulling him down into the pool. BACK WITH CHROME AND DINKY IN CHROME’S ROOM “So let’s start off with some basic levitation spells.” Chrome said demonstrating by levitating a book that was on the floor. “Like this?” Dinky said levitating multiple items and then proceeding to juggle them. “You certainly have the basics down, how about teleportation?” Chrome said teleporting to the other side of the room and back. “Uh, I could try.” Dinky said appearing on the other side of the room after a burst of light, and then back but highly tired and dazed. “Alright, you’re really good at that, but we should probably keep it easy for now, so seeing as you have basics down, how about I teach you how to read music?” Chrome said pulling out some basic notes, “I’m going to teach you in treble clef first, if you do good at it, we can do some bass and alto clefs also.” “What is a clef?” Dinky asked with an innocent smile. “We have a long way to go.” Chrome said, reminding himself why he wanted, no, needed, to do this in the first place. “Out of curiosity, have you ever played an instrument?” “Um, not really, I can sing, kinda.” Dinky said looking down. “Hey, don’t look so sad Dinky, nothing wrong with you not having any clue about what music is, that’s how everypony starts out.” Chrome said. “Watch what happens with practice.” He then levitated a pure black double bass over, quickly tuned it, then played. It was an old jazz piece designed for Princess Luna, and as he played, Dinky thought she heard many other instruments in the room as well. When she finally looked at his face, she saw two things. His horn was glowing the most brilliant white, and he had the biggest (and only) smile on his face. When he had finished he set it down and returned to his normal stoic demeanor. “See Dinky, I started off like you but I can now do that. Don’t be sad that you can’t play yet. I’ll teach you how to play in time. Now we need to get some sleep, let me take you to your room, which room is it?” “Uh, I er, I can get there by myself!” Dinky said quickly teleporting in a quick flash. “Huh, she seemed nervous by the end of that, maybe I should have played something simpler.” Chrome said. He climbed into his hammock and slowly started to drift to sleep as the TARDIS hurtled through time and space. BACK AT THE POOL “ALRIGHT THAT IS IT! BOTH OF YOU STOP SPLASHING NOW!” Luna said in her royal canterlot voice, making Swift drop like a stone and Night Fire to grin sheepishly. “Sorry Luna, but I kind of lost myself in the game.” Night Fire said. “Dude, I get somepony like me but you’re a bucking PRINCE! How are you this immature?” An astounded Swift asked. “What makes you think I’m a prince?” “I thought all alicorns are royalty. Then again I also thought they were all related.”. “Well I’m neither prince, nor am I related to Luna. I was once a prince, but I decided to give up that title long ago.” Night Fire said jumping out of the pool and drying his coat with a quick spell. Swift got out and flew around in a circle spraying water everywhere and soaking Night Fire again. “Sorry. Why did you give up your title?” Swift asked not getting why somepony would not want to be a prince. “Because I don’t like the big life, I was a prince of magic, whoop-de-bucking-doo. I just prefer to live in the middle of the woods and train.” Night Fire said, “Of course, when Luna wants me, she gets me.” He said with a cocky smirk. “Well I’m tired, and you two should be after all of that, so let’s go get some sleep.” Luna said ending the discussion by walking out of the pool room. “I agree with your girlfriend. Let’s crash.” Swift said flying out of the pool room to his room. “Ugh, I’ll sleep then. Night Luna.” Night Fire said flying by and kissing Luna on his way to his room. THE NEXT DAY The TARDIS crashed quickly into some snow waking up the ponies inside of it. They all got up and felt the chill, and proceeded to get whatever they thought they would need. Chrome grabbed an electric blue bass; Swift grabbed a weird blade that was in the shape of a key and strapped it on his back; Night Fire and Luna both just drank an energy drink; The Doctor grabbed his sonic screwdriver, while Derpy put on some winter clothes and helped Dinky into hers. As they all got to the main room everyone looked at the Doctor minus Dinky who looked at Chrome, blushed, and looked down at the floor. “Alright, from what I understand, this is before the founding of Equestria, and long before the alicorn sisters began their rule. Some unicorns have enchanted the clouds to disobey the pegasi. If you will, please fix this problem.” The Doctor said. “lemme guess, kick their flanks then disenchant the weather?” Night Fire asked with a smirk. “Exactly that, now allons-y!” The doctor yelled, exiting with everyone behind him. They got out and saw multiple unicorns everywhere, casting spells and murmuring. Many of them had assorted weapons and armor, most of them simply sharpening daggers. When they saw the newcomers they stopped what they were doing and just stared. After the brief moment, one of them shot a bolt of ice at Night Fire... and missed. This started a fight between the two groups. Luna and Night Fire both sent spells at the unicorns that came at them, Derpy kicked the ones that were by her, while protecting Dinky with the Doctor punching them with his hooves. Swift used his mysterious blade, slicing at the unicorns, not killing them but giving them some cuts, and Chrome just played his bass, causing the enemy’s ears to bleed by controlling the low sounds to even lower frequencies. What Chrome was not aware of was the fact one unicorn had cast a muffle spell on his ears to stop the bass sound and came up behind Chrome. He stabbed at Chrome who heard him at the last second and moved, getting his “blindfold” cut off. He quickly closed his eyelids and refused to open them, until he heard the soft crunch of hooves on snow in front of him. He looked through his eyelashes making sure not to make eye contact and saw it was all enemies. He then opened his eyes full and said in a soft whisper, “Look into my eyes, and feel what I feel.” And within seconds they were all on the ground writhing in pain. Chrome quickly levitated his “blindfold” back on and picked up his bass. “Alright that’s all of ‘em. So... Chrome... what the buck was that?” Night Fire asked hesitantly, observing all the comatose unicorns on the ground. “I don’t want to talk about it.” Chrome said noticing Dinky, who was once again looking at him in awe. When she saw him looking back, she blushed and looked away. “Now to get rid of these clouds.” Night Fire said flying up and slamming into a cloud, quickly being thrown back down to the snow with a thud. “Ow,” was all he said, sitting up and rubbing his head. Swift did the exact same thing, getting the exact same results, except he slammed into a cliff, seeing as he flew into the side of the cloud. “Ow, what the buck is up with these clouds?” he asked rubbing his head. Luna and Night Fire flew up and magically scanned a cloud for a spell and found, well, nothing. The clouds had no extraordinary enchantments on them, other than what appeared to be an enchantment for making clouds. “Well pegasi ways won’t work, because these are unicorn made clouds, and we don’t know the spell to get rid of them.” Luna said flying down with Night Fire. “I’m going to fly up and when I come down, I’ll be using a special spell to dissipate the clouds, I trust Chrome could create some sound waves the get rid of the others.” Night Fire said looking at Chrome who nodded, “Alright be right back.” Night Fire then flew into the air, and went far above the cloud layer, to where they couldn’t see him. When he came down though, he was akin to a comet. The fire surrounding him was so intense, his outline was barely visible. The fire tail behind him trailed for about ten meters, before dissipating, just as the clouds did when he rammed through them. He did this for ten minutes clearing half the sky, with Chrome playing some notes to clear out the rest. Then Night Fire’s body extinguished itself as he fell from a thousand feet, unconscious, to the ground below. And that is the end of this chapter. I know it’s a bit weird and all but that’s because I’ve never done an oc based story with ocs that I didn’t make. So anyways, comment below and tell me what you think. intermission 1View OnlineThe Time Adventuresintermission 1Hey! This is going to be a filler chapter for Time Adventures, I am probably going to write these in between every adventure so that I can have some fun with this story. They’re going to be short stories that will tie together the plot. (Also, dinky will get older.) Night Fire was falling from the sky at over 10,000 feet… unconscious… again… Luna was running to save him… again. As Luna got there she used a spell that slowed him down till a gentle descent was what he was in. As she caught him Swift fly over and helped carry him back to the Tardis, Derpy, Dinky, and Doctor Whooves all watching worriedly. Once they set him down he let out a groan and opened his dragon pupil eyes. “Ugh, what happened this time?” Night Fire asked, shaking his head. “You passed out after lighting yourself on fire… again. You fell from over ten thousand feet, unconscious… again,” said Luna, looking at him. “What?! How often does he do stupid stuff like this?” Swift asked, quite worried for his alicorn friend. “Too often. I stopped trying to keep a record, and now I just do what I need to.” Night Fire said smirking as he ducked under Luna’s blow. “So, you’re a dumbass in other words?” Swift asked looking at him. “Eeeyup. So where did the others go?” Night Fire asked looking around and not seeing anyone else. “Derpy is making lunch, The Doctor is helping her, and Dinky and Chrome went to his room, I believe.” Luna said right before Chrome came up behind her. “That would be correct, Luna.” Chrome said walking by her on his way to the kitchen. “Well if it isn’t Mr. Mysterious. What do I have to do to see those eyes?” Night Fire asked ,staring at the black cloth strip covering them. “Become my enemy, try to kill me, and pose a possible threat to me and I might show you my eyes.” Chrome said walking by him, “Possibly.” “Chrome, why do you take Dinky to your room all the time?” Swift asked not knowing why. “Because she needs to learn more magic, plus she is learning how to play music.” Chrome said looking at Swift, “Nothing more, nothing less.” “Wow, don’t accuse me of thinking anything bad like that!” Swift said reaching for his weapon. Just as well, Chrome’s horn started to glow white when suddenly this bright flash appeared betwixt them, Dinky being in the center. “Chrome, what took you so long? I thought you were going to get us some food.” Dinky said looking at him, then looking at Swift who still had his weapon half out and then at the alicorns who were holding in laughter. Dinky sighed, “Why were you both about to get in a fight?” “Sorry kid, Swift is a bit hot tempered.” Night Fire said barely containing his laughter. “Next time, use your soothing spell before they try to kill each other.” Luna said smacking him. “Fine, I won’t let them shed too much blood.” Night said sighing, “Got to ruin some good old manly fun….” “Shut up, you’ve helped stop Tia and I before.” Luna said looking away. “Because you both tried to kill each other.” Night said in a deadpan voice. “Everyone! Lunch is ready!” Derpy called from the kitchen, making them all stop and head into the kitchen/dining room to get some sandwiches and soup. As they gathered around the table Doctor Whooves looked at all of them. “Hey, I have some news, before we find any other part of time that needs fixing we’re going to relax, then we are going to Derpy and Dinky’s present time and Derpy and I are going to get married.” Doctor Whooves said nonchalantly, holding a glass of cider to his soon-to-be wife. “Well congratulations man, that’s great!” Night Fire said standing and patting Doctor Whooves on the back. “Well Dinky, looks like you’ll have a daddy after all.” Luna said smiling at the young foal who giggled and hugged Doctor Whooves. “Yay! Now you can really be my daddy!” Dinky giggled laughing. “If anypony needs me, I’ll be in my room playing some music.” Chrome said getting up and walking back to his room. “Geez what’s his problem? Doesn’t want to be in a celebration, can’t show his eyes, anypony else find something wrong with that?” Swift asked watching him leave before shrugging and hugging Derpy and Dinky, quite happy to have a new cousin and a second cousin. Night Fire stood and started to walk off before Dinky called out to him. “Uncle Night Fire, where are you going? Do you not want to be with us?” Dinky asked confused. “No Dinky, I do, but I think Chrome should have some company.” Night Fire said with a big false smile. Dinky smiled back and listened to the adults talk about what they are all going to do for the wedding. Night Fire wasn’t really worried about Chrome, but he was worried about the threat he posed to Luna and Dinky if his blind fold came off. Derpy doesn’t make eye contact, The Doctor wouldn’t look in his eyes, and Swift wouldn’t be that clumsy, but there had to be something up with his eyes to have them hidden, and Night Fire was determined to find out. Night Fire reached his door and knocked on it and heard a “Come on in.” before walking in. He saw Chrome in his hammock, blindfold in place, holding a crimson electric bass playing some song he knew. “Why did you come here?” Chrome asked pausing in his playing to look up at Night Fire. “Well I can play the double bass, but I don’t have one, nor somepony else to play with. Know any other instruments other than the bass?” Night asked lying through his teeth about why he was there. He could play the bass, he was tall enough, he knew how, he wasn’t the best but he wasn’t the worst either. Chrome set down his bass and went over to a cello and set it up and motioned to a pure black bass over on the wall with a bow sheath, that had a bow with black strings on it. Night grabbed it, made sure it was tuned and he and Chrome started to play a smooth jazz piece for a while. Once they were done, they set the instruments back on the walls and looked at each other. “Well you are pretty good Night Fire,” Chrome said, “Now tell me the real reason why you are in here.” “I’m worried for Luna and Dinky’s safety with you losing your blindfold. I saw what you did to those unicorns back there. What is wrong with your eyes?” Night Fire asked glaring down at Chrome. “Kid, if I even tried to tell you, it would give you nightmares.” Chrome said standing and turning around. “Who are you to call me kid?” Night Fire asked getting mad. “That’s for me to know and you to never find out.” Chrome said not letting anything slip. Sadly this just pissed of Night Fire and mad him more determined to find out so he did the first thing that came to mind. He tackled Chrome. Chrome was expecting a series of things, just not full out physical attacks. It caught him by enough surprise that Night managed to get his blind fold off and flip him over. Chrome instantly shut his eyes, but Night Fire decided to be stubborn. He used magic to hold him down and then did the first thing that came to mind. He punched Chrome in the gut. This gave night fire the exact result he needed. Chrome’s eyes opened for just a second but that was all Night Fire needed, he froze his eye lids and looked him dead in the eyes. And directly after making eye contact fell to the ground screaming in terror at what was happening to him. “Ah, this isn’t good.” Chrome said right as somepony knocked on his door. “Chrome it’s Luna, is Night still in your room?” Luna asked. “Yes, and I need you to come in. We have a problem.” Chrome called through the door. Luna came in and saw Night Fire and the floor screaming with tears pouring out of his eyes. She instantly ran to his side. “Night Fire! Wake up! NIGHT FIRE!!!!!” Luna was screaming trying to get him up but he wouldn’t stop screaming and crying. He was too far gone. And that is the end of this chapter. Stuff like this will happen betwixt Chrome and Night quite often. Also Swift will eventually have some bigger roles. In the story. Bless your face. If you sneezed during this chapter bless you.
