"Haha. Now, Discord, why so serious?"

"I am done playing around Nova. You are a threat to the ponies and I can not allow that."

I give Discord a light glare. "Really? How do you plan to stop me?"

"Simple. Like this." *SNAP*

The last thing I see before feeling space warp around me is Discord snapping his talon. I could stop him if I wanted to, but I want to see what he plans to do. Next thing I know, I feel a large amount of heat wash over me, and radiation; lots of radiation. /So, where am I? Swimming in something hot and radiated. Very bright. Oh! Haha. Discord you fool. Teleport me into the sun. Foolish bastard, I'm immune to the sun's power.\ I slowly float to the surface, and look down on the planet below.

/It's actually a nice looking planet.\ I think to myself. Been a while since my last solar swim, like a hot bath. Rejuvenating and relaxing; just what I needed after thousands of years in a box. So much light I can absorb too. I think I will stay here till I gather enough energy to hit my Legendary form. Let them think they won, only for me to pop back and take over. King Nova, ruler of all. Sound nice. Think I'll learn what I can while here. Using my Spacial Awareness, I stretch out my mind to find every book on the planet below, and begin reading. Soon I will know everything.

Well then. Discord pulled through. He got rid of the monster. I am not surprised when Discord appears in front of me. "Very good Discord. You saved Equestria!"

"Hm, yes. I suppose so."

I am quite puzzled by his tone. He sounds saddened. "Why are you not happy? You saved your friends." Discord then moves close, to whisper into my ear.

"I am very sorry, I had to kill him by sending him into the sun. There was no other way I could think of to get rid of him. He is more powerful than you, me, and even Tirek, Faust help us if he escapes. I didn't want to kill him, but I could not hope to fight him."

"I see. Do not tell the Elements of what you did, only reassure them that he is handled. Did you happen to learn the creature's name?"

"Nova. He is from another world, his ended and he came here. He was imprisoned by your father, 10,000 years ago."

"He, he knew my father."

"Yes, and he attacked you, thinking you were him."

"If my father, peace be upon him, saw a need to imprison him; it was probably for the best." Hopefully this event will not interfere with my plans for Twilight's ascension. She is so close. Speak of the pony, here she comes.

"Princess, is it done? Did we win?"

"Yes Twilight. I believe we did."

Time to have my revenge. Now, first I need to make sure I don't have a forced reversion. I create a micro sun about the size of a small marble and place it in a containment field within a ring; I'll make it into a crown later. /There, that should make enough light to keep me going. Wonder why I didn't do this sooner. Oh well.\ Focusing my mind, I find the band of ponies I plan to enslave, done. Next to make myself invisible. Teleporting there is not hard. Looks like they are going to be surprised. I float in front of them and drop the illusion. "So, think you can kill me that easily huh? Not going to happen."

"What! But how? You should be barbeque."

"Well Celestia, I'm not easily killed. Also, Discord." I blitz forward and punch him straight up, launching him into the air. "Shoryuken!" I chuckle to myself and fly up after him, then grab him by the neck. "Now, how about I send you into the sun? Think you can survive that?"

"Pardon my French, but, fuck off."

"Now, is that any way to talk to your future king?" I spin around and throw him a good 50 feet. Before I can follow up, I am hit with the Elements of Harmony again, not that it matters anymore. Looking down, I see another blast heading my way. With a simple thought, I redirect it at Discord to see if it really will turn him to stone. The blast hits, and just as expected, a statue in his form appears. Only for it to plummet to the ground; before it can hit, and shatter completely, I open a portal to my pocket dimension to keep it in. "Well then, that worked better than expected." I reappear in front of the 8 ponies I have been dealing with today. "Well then. Looks like Discord is out of commission. I hereby proclaim myself king of this land. Bow down to your new king."

"No Nova. I will never bow to you."

"Oh Tia," I smirk appearing on my face, "that was not wise to say." I reach down, grab her by the horn and yank her up to my eye level. "I was gong to spare your lives, and I want to, but perhaps I need to make an example out of you." I create a short sword out of light, sharp to a subatomic level, hold her out to get a better angle, and with a quick slash, remove her horn from her head; leaving only an inch tall stump still attached. The rest of it still in my grasp. Celestia falls to the ground, her face contorted in a silent scream, tears running down her face. I bend down to whisper in her ear. "Disobey me again and it will be your wings I take. Count yourself lucky I don't kill you yet." Luna then takes that opportunity to hit me with her magic. I learned why it effected me before, she was using dark magic. Now she isn't. Standing back up, I see angry looks on the faces of 5 ponies. Fluttershy is cowering in fear and Pinky Pie is crying. "Now! Bow to your new king."

"How dare you hurt the princess!" Rainbow Dash then charges at me.

What does she hope to accomplish? She hits into me, not even making me budge in the slightest. I use this opportunity to grab on to her by the back of her neck. From what I learned, she loves to fly. Perhaps I will take that from her. I grab her left wing by the main bone, and snap it in two; the right wing follows right after. Her scream is more audible. With both of her wings broken, I toss her back to her friends. By this time, a large crowd of ponies has gathered to see what is gong on. "Are you done trying to fight me? The next one to try will die without hesitation. Bow before your new king!" Tired of disobedience, I amplify the local gravity, forcing them to their knees. Only Luna continues to resist. "Bow down like your subjects and I shall spare you your horn and wings, for now." With a look of defeat, she too bows down. I release the gravity field, allowing them to try and get back up, but none do.

"Luna, you are to return to your castle in Canterlot and draw up papers declaring your formal surrender to me. Don't even consider deviating from this, I see all and will know in an instant if you try. Understand?"

"Yes."

"Yes what?"

"Yes Master."

"I was going for 'Sir' or 'My King' but I like the sound of that. Master. Very good Luna, you're my new favorite. Now, I will be in your old castle with your sister and the element bearers." That reminds me, with a quick thought, I take the Elements of Harmony and place them in my pocket dimension to keep them out of use, along with Celestia's horn. "When you are done, come there." I then warp myself and my 7 pitiable pony prisoners to the castle in the Everfree forest. "Hmm, needs some redecorating." With a thought, the entire castle is rebuilt better than what it was when it was new. "This, is a castle fit for a king. Don't you think so Tia?" She only glares at me, if it could be called that much. "Nothing to say to me? Oh well, that will be handled later. What of the rest of you? Anything to say?"

"You're... you're a monster."

"So, Fluttershy is the only one that feels like saying anything. Well Fluttershy, yes; I may be a monster. But I am also your king. Now, I wasn't always evil, but when you are imprisoned for ten millennia you get a bit angry."

"A bit? You reckon taking over all a Equestria from a bit angry?"

"No Applejack. I call that Revenge." I look at Rainbow Dash, curled in on herself, weeping. Perhaps breaking her wings was a bit harsh. Eh, what's done is done. I create chains and shackle them all to my new throne. "You will stay here. Don't try to escape." I then head out of the room where they can't see me leave and teleport to Canterlot. "She should have listened to me."
