After Rarity has died due to heavy illness with no cure, Spike hears the legend of Dormin, an ancient god who might be able to revive Rarity. Spike travels with Rainbow Dash into the forbidden land to help get Rarity back, and soon finds it will be harder than they thought. But Spike takes big risks to get a chance to revive Rarity, even if it means taking his own life.
After all, love can be painful…
